Patty asks us what the item was priced at and we tell her $10. She then rolls her eyes and says "$10 ?" Like a 'yeah, okay' response. She says she'll need to verify the price but then says she can't leave the checkout and tells us her supervisor says the price it rang up as was correct. I go back & take a picture of the item and shelf because Patty basically just called me a liar & go to self checkout to see someone named Mia. Mia checks the item for us and sees that the price isn't matching up either and I show her the picture I took of the fully stocked shelf of the toy & price. Mia tells me that someone stocked the toy under the wrong tag and that the price is listed for an 'LOL' toy that isn't even there. She didn't honor her advertised price & I decide to take my business elsewhere after being treated poorly. I could've paid the difference for my child but I'd rather take my family & business elsewhere

I tried his product on my speaker, and as I figured, it did not work. These people working at this establishment; I've had issues before, must realize that one size doesn't fit all. And stop recommending the wrong product; even after I told him it wasn't right. He basically just walked away, 'walk of shame', thinking that I didn't know what I was talking about. He couldn't admit that he was wrong. He gave up on me, and walked away. He didn't suggest another product-'probably his pride'. These associates are amateurs, basically knowing the minimum possible to 'get by'. Management needs to have better training sessions, and teach his team more knowledge on the products in the store. And teach that pridefulness is considered a mortal sin (Christian belief). The product he suggested was way under valued and obviously not for my high fidelity Bluetooth speaker. Such a simple solution, but his lack knowledge hindered the sale, and I walked away.

That manager went above and beyond for me after getting the dread information my gift card was fraudulent and whomever stole it used all my funds. He worked with me so I was still able to get the things I needed. His compassion and above and beyond problem solving was something you rarely see these days. He even told me which aisle it was in. There were boxes in stock. Big fail Rob. When we tried to checkout, one of the items wouldn't scan because of an invalid barcode. The last tried a number of things to no avail and so she called the manager. The manager then redid everything she did, in front of her. I called him on not trusting the employees and he shrugged his shoulders and said he has to make sure. He had to call his manager who then checked again and then provided a new sky, which didn't work. Eventually they decided to code in a price that was the website. This took 20 minutes. Overall, I'd say they have a staffing issue starting at the top of the branch.
