When we went to checkout the coffee pot we got was more than double the listed price. Also, we had paid for icees and the machine did not work. The cashier refused to refund our money saying we would have to go to customer service and then go find the coffee pot that was on sale and stand in line again. I needed the coffee pot because tomorrow is Easter and I'm having people over that my small coffee pot won't accommodat. I just bought the stuff and left. I will never go to another Target unless under duress. That was a horrible customer service experience. No wonder everyone just orders things online. read more

Last night for the first time I went to this location with my girlfriend. We are both Black and yes, GAY. There were two associates at the counter: An older Black lady and a White woman who appeared to be in her mid to late 30s. The moment she saw us, she called over the radio loud enough for us to hear, that she was going on break for 15 mins. It was BLATANT why she did it. It's because she did not want to ring us up. It is a shame what humanity has become. It was obvious and blatant discrimination. And Target wonders why. I just moved to the town and will take my business elsewhere going forward. read more

Staff isn't that friendly. Normal target, nothing necessarily special about it besides the Pizza Hut express (that always closes early) and the Starbucks. I feel as if the store is always unorganized. I prefer Burlington if this location. The deals aren't always as great as they seem. read more

I went to this Target on a Sunday afternoon with a local resident. We had to walk through a group of young, unsupervised kids on bikes to enter the store, and some of those same kids were running around inside like they were on a track field. Walking around, we watched a kid leave her empty Starbucks cup on a shelf, and found several discarded Starbucks cups throughout the store. There was lipstick smeared all over a display in the makeup aisle, open product smeared all over one of the travel section bins, and products lying on the floor as well. The locals should be ashamed of how this store looks - I've been to inner city Targets that are cleaner and more put together than this one. The Target associates should not have to be cleaning up after your children. read more

Here's the thing about Target. No matter what you think you are going in there for, you are always going to come out with a bunch of random stuff you didn't even realize you needed. Take last night. My mom and I walk in and see the bargain stuff on our right. Suddenly, it is imperative that I own a large black plastic bowl. Only 99 cents! Next up, jewelry section. I really need new earrings. Sold, for $4.99! What's that? Clearance picture frames? Well I DID just order all those pics from Kodak Gallery. Cha-ching! Wait, what did I come here for? Oh yes, mascara and razors. (I especially love that since this Target is in a pretty nice neighborhood, the razors aren't kept on lockdown with built-in alarm systems. Just grab and go!) $50 later, we left the store. P.S. At first, I was not a fan of this Target. When it first opened years ago, I tried to return something, and the manager lied to me so she would not have to deal with a return. And we asked for that woman... A few years after that, a woman having a loud nervous breakdown at the checkouts was serially cutting in front of customers. If she waited too many seconds, she would move into another line. I was cracking up at this, until she cut in front of me, and stayed there. I stopped cracking up. And a few years after that, we had the nicest Target employee ever to grace this earth help us locate Monster High dolls; he even went to the back to get us the latest models. He was an older gentleman with a mustache. I hope he's still there! Last summer, my daughter really enjoyed the Starbucks at this location. She likes the fact that it is an eat-in one, which we do not have in our hometown. I did not enjoy one of the cashiers, though. She was very rude, as I discovered. She told me that a certain brand of nail polish was on sale, but I told her that my mom was paying for my more expensive one. She did not like that fact for some reason, and slammed it down on the counter after bagging it. I inspected it to make sure it had not broken. As I walked away a few minutes later, I caught her staring at me. It was very disconcerting. This summer, it was different for me. I wanted to move into this Target. The cashiers were nice. It was not super crowded in mid-August, so it was so quiet that you could relax and make wise purchasing decisions. One weird thing, though, is that it was really messy in the bathing suit section. A disgruntled patron knocked like twelve bathing suits off of a rack. And the dressing room did not have an attendant. Maybe she was cleaning up messes...Anyway, when you combine the quietness with the lack of maintenance, it felt like The Twilight Zone. Which I like. The people of Delran are lucky. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. That's always a plus when you have monkeys in tow. Always clean,great dollar section. Yes, I must get the pack of stickers, plastic cups and movie theater candy. It's only 3 bucks, so it a deal right? They have an awesome selection of cheap t-shirts for me and the boys section is great for tees and running pants. Both usually are under $10. A decent grocery selection, the snacks are always cheaper than the Shoprite in Delran. The fresh meats may not have the best selection but if you are in a pinch and only want to make one stop it can't be beat for a dinner run. The pharmacy is top notch! George and the other pharmacists know you by name, when they see you they can tell you if you have an auto-refill ready and usually a drop off rx can be ready in 15 minutes. Who gets that kind of service in these days and times. Overall, my favorite place on a budget! read more

So wanted to use a coupon I received in the mail, said I needed to print my receipt from home and bring back so they can do a price adjustment? This was ridiculous he didn't want to his job! The absolute worst. I called another Customer Service desk at Target earlier today and asked if they would be able to assemble the bike I was buying for my daughter's 4th birthday this weekend. They said yes, that once I got the email stating the bike was ready, I was to call back and tell them I needed it to be assembled. Then I got an email stating the bike wasn't in stock and to choose another store. I chose the Delran, NJ store which would work out better as my mom is picking this item up and it's closer to her house. After an hour I got an email stating that the order was ready for pickup. As instructed, I called the Delran Target Customer Service desk and told them that I needed this bike to be assembled and that it's for my daughter's 4th birthday. At first the person said okay, took my phone number and said that she would call me back once it was assembled and ready for pickup. I was so excited! But wait...she then called back and said the bike can't be assembled and that they only assemble the "bigger Huffy ones"... soooo.... you have someone there who can assemble the harder bikes but not the easier one? For my daughter's 4th birthday? And you tell me this 3 hours later? Riiiiiiight. What a waste of space these people are. Now I can give my daughter a bike in a f*cking box for her 4th birthday. Worse target. Have purchased multiple items that were months out of date. Examples: baby food, gerber toddler yogurt, target brand diet shakes. Shelves are often empty at all different times of day. Used to go to this target to avoid Walmart but now they seem to be equal in lack of quality. Won't be shopping here any longer even though it's less than a mile from home. read more

I am very unhappy with the lack of assistance cashier Karen N gave today. My friend and I were in there with an infant child and she gave absolutely 0 squats about the cashier process or overall store information. Everything out this woman's mouth was I don't know and shoulder shrug. My friend literally had to ask her is there anyone who could help because she simply didn't care - they attempted to charge my friend $6 for a bag of on sale $3 apples and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know what to tell us. I had to make my friend go and get the sticker and let her know she had to honor the price, which she did with an attitude - I insisted to my friend we leave everything in the store but she of course had to feed her child and didn't want to keep him out longer than need be in the rain. Overall this woman was HORRIBLE!!! And I would demote her if she was any type of manager - put her on the floor to help with her knowledge because cashier is not her forte - and if she don't care about her job the same way she didn't care to help us - fire her ass! My special needs son bought a gift card for a friend and the cashier did not activate it. He did not realize this and unfortunately did not keep the receipt. The friend returned the card and the receipt form the restaurant that said the card had zero balance. We took the debit card he used, the receipt and the gift card to the target store where he bought it. They were unable to help because they did not know which number on the gift card was the serial number. One manager was doing interviews and the other was having their break. I called the manager a few days later to see when a manager would be free to help me and she was able to help.over the phone and I went and picked up a new card a few days later. I think the service staff should be trained to know where a serial number is on a gift card but I was happy it eventually got taken care of read more

Target in Delran is a organized and friendly store, unlike Walmart which can be a little crazy at times. I can usually find what I'm looking for and get out quickly and be on my way. This store has a Starbucks located inside so you can get your coffee or tea fix before or after you shop. Employees are friendly if you need the assistance and are easy to spot with their signature red clothing on. It's a nice option on the 130 corridor. read more

It's the day after Christmas Holiday 2018, so I headed to Target in Delran, NJ off Rte 130 to take back a Wok, my husband received yesterday as a gift. The gift came wrapped in gift wrapping paper and that's it-no gift receipt or original receipt. We didn't think much of it because it's Christmas and most stores return policy around this holiday allow customers to return gift products up to a certain period of time after Christmas with or without receipts. Well, Target is not one of them; not only that Target deducts $2.00 off the price of the Gift you are returning. So you the Giftee, will be penalized for the Gifter having not provided you with a receipt Instead, you will be offered a store credit minus the $2.00. Also, the woman possibly a manager of some sort, who returned my item stated all this to me and explained that she was informing me of this so I can "manage my expectations", really lady. Bah humbug Target, your return policy around Christmas Holiday STINKS. Just to let you know that up until this very morning I was a very regular Target shopper, clothing, bathroom products, toiletries, gift cards, movies. Yes, Target was my go to store--NOT ANY LONGER. Target, you will most likely continue on but I hope that all who read my review will think twice before purchasing a gift around Christmas time from you. My final comment--it very well could have been that the store clerk didn't provide the gift receipt as so often many of them do. For example, I gifted two of my staff with gifts from Target on 12/24/18; one was a scarf and another a gift card. I asked the cashier to print me out a gift receipt for the scarf and she stated she would. She placed the gift receipt in my bag; however, when I arrived home to wrap the gift there was a gift receipt for the gift card but no gift receipt for the scarf. Why would I need a gift receipt for a "Gift Card"? Clearly, this was the cashier's error so the one who received the scarf will have $2 deducted from her gift if she chooses to return it.
