This is for the Starbucks at this location. I went in with my family to do some shopping tonight, and on our way out we decided to stop at the Starbucks since it was happy hour. There were only two employees, one of which who was making drinks and the other who was a cashier. The cashier seemed like she had no idea what was going on or how to even remotely do her job... As I was trying to explain the drinks I wanted to buy, she had issues even writing it on the cup! This is after I waited 15 minutes in line. It took another 10-15 minutes for me to even receive my drinks, since as stated before... there was only one person making drinks. The lady making the drinks seemed to be doing her best at trying to keep up but seemed overwhelmed with the volume of orders... as someone who has worked in the food industry before... I don't understand why there were only two people working a Friday night with a deal like happy hour?! This seems like a problem with management and not properly staffing for said event. At no time should anyone ever have to wait 20-30 minutes for 3 drinks? Maybe hire more staff...? And at no point did I see any sort of manager present to sort out this situation. Went in this morning to pick up a new release movie. I wasn't able to find it so I asked JR in the electronics department. He was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me. He located the movie and tracked me down to make sure I received my item. I am impressed with his willingness to help me. JR is a great employee, thank you for your help sir! read more

This location is our go to target in Fresno because it is always so clean and the staff here is so friendly! They always have tons of checkout lanes open and that's great when we are in a hurry. Keep up the great work with organization also because it's nice going in and everything is where it is supposed to be. Regarding the CVS Pharmacy inside. Randle the pharmacist is rude and has poor customer service skills. He's very unfriendly and snappy. Today I had the battery in my remote control in my car die! After sitting in my car trying to get assistance from AAA and On-Star and my car dealership with no help, I gave up! I called Uber to take me home to get my extra remote! It's 100 degrees and no Uber after 30 minutes! A young lady, employee of Target who is delivering purchases to cars in the parking lot stopped when I asked her if I'm in the right place for Uber pickup and she tells me yes! She made a couple of more deliveries passing me and then stopped and asked me if I was ok. I told her my situation with my dead remote and she said well come in the store and we can fix that! Her co-worker opened the remote and removed the dead battery! I bought the new battery and the co-worker (Karen) replaced it! I left a very happy and grateful Target shopper! Those two ladies, Alyssa and Karen are the true meaning of customer service! Thank you! read more

Just came back from the Target at Herndon & 99. Great service from Alex and his manager (so sorry, I forgot to check your name). Alex dropped what he was doing to help my wife and I buy two end tables. He arranged for them to be delivered to customer service so we could go on shopping. Saw manager who asked if we were finding what we needed, with sincere friendly attitude. I remembered to give props to Alex and one minute later heard Alex being acknowledged over sound system. Manager helped us to our car with the end tables. Made this little outing sweet, since had spent the morning working. Great job everyone! read more

The store itself is great, the location is nice, clean aisles, but the FEMALE employees are RUDE (but the male employees [under 6'] have short man complex, they're rude too). There's no eye contact at the cash register, I don't know if it's because they're short and ugly and I'm way out of their league so they try to act that way to hide their inner anger and lack of self confidence, or what have you. Or maybe they're too intimidated by me so they act out, but I'm still a customer at the store they work at and they have to treat me as such. OBEY. I'm nice to them, but I'm starting to think that next time I will just yank my receipt from their hand, to fight fire with fire and show them who's boss. Anyway, I still prefer this location to most others in Fresno, only because it's closer to my house, but if I'm in the River Park area and I'm heading home, I'm stopping at that Target instead. I hate the lack of self-checkout service here because the location and Shaw and Marks has one and that location isn't a very good one, to say the least. Upgrade, man! I do recommend this place, minus the rude employees that suck. That's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. 5 stars for the store itself. read more

So I visited this targets cafe today and while the girl who helped me out was great. I couldn't help but notice that her coworker I believe her name was Briana had long black hair that was not pulled up... she was working around food. In my experience your hair needs to be at LEAST to your shoulders to minimize the risk of it going into your food!!! I made sure to really look for any black hairs lucky there were none. Just think that should really be cracked down on. No one wants to find hair in their food.. read more

You can never be too disappointed with Target. Target is always clean, great savings and lots of varity. You can tell this location however is newer than other stores. The staff is not as helpful as the rest of the older targets. It is bigger and newer, but you may spend a little more time in there than your typical target visits. Today(November 10) I went to this Target and found some Halloween candy. When I scanned the candy it stated no item found. I took the candy to guest services so that I wouldn't hold up the checkout line. The employee told me that the candy was the regular price. I reminded him that they had marked down the Halloween candy 90 percent. He then asked his supervisor and he told me that he could give me 10 percent off. I told him that didn't make sense when they had marked all their candy 90 percent off. After I left I went to the Riverpark location and purchased Halloween candy at 90 percent off with absolutely no hassle. read more

I spent over an hour in here today, with my 1 year old, we had a full cart, kids clothes, home stuff, food, organization bins, and tons of stuff for Valentine's Day for my son's school. I'm beyond ready to be done and go home because my 1 year old doesn't want to sit down in the cart, I have things to get done before I go get my son and we've already spent too much time here. We head to the checkout, which there is only 1 register open with a line of 10 people...and then there is self-checkout, which I hate while wrangling a toddler...but it seems better than wrangling her for 15 more minutes waiting in line for 1 register!! I push my cart over and the employee tells me I can't use self checkout (which nobody was using) because I have too many items. Ok, if that's the case, you should seriously open 5 more registers to accommodate the ridiculously long line for 10:30am on a random Thursday. I pulled out the 5 items that I desperately needed from my cart, grabbed my toddler and self checked out. In which the same employee asked, don't you want the rest of the stuff in your cart? Yes, I do, but you told me I can't check out here and I don't have time to wait for 10 people to check out in the one line you have open. During this pandemic, Target doesn't fail to amaze me everyday I go. The staff are always sanitizing and wiping down carts for people who come in to shop. They wipe down the card number pads, self check out isles after it has been used, and they have hand sanitizer for you after your done buying your Items. They always, ALWAYS have the face mask requirement sign in the middle of the walk way before you come into the store, enforcing the mask requirement which I love them for that. I love this target location! I love the promo mark down section in the front of the store. You can always find cute things there. It gets a bit messy at times but you can see the store in general is well kept. I also love the baby section and how it has more displays then the target on shaw. I usually get really good service at this location and this review is solely based on the Target food court not the store itself. Its 8:50pm and the food court doesnt close till 9pm. I tried to order a pizza which i know takes 8 mins to make and was told no by the girl behind the counter because she wouldnt be able to make one before 9. So i settled for the alfredo chicken for my kids. I purcheased the alfredo and an icee and went and sat the kids down at starbucks in the store. I walked back over to the food court and it was 8:57 pm. I asked if i could order a hot dog and the girl turned the lights off of the heating area and told me sorry, im closed. Really? Its not 9pm yet and the hot dogs dont take all but 20 seconds to put in a bun and ring up. She seemed like she was in a hurry to just close and get out of there. Sad because as i stated above I usually get really good service in the store. read more
