Target drive-up has been one of the best things that has happened during the pandemic. I have been doing mostly drive-up orders since they started offering it because it's so darn convenient. Instead of having to shop and stand in long lines on a busy week night, I can place my order up to 2 hours before I get off of work and the drive up and get my order before heading home. Planning on making tacos for dinner but realized you don't have tomatoes or lettuce for them? Put an order in for drive-up, arrive after you receive your email that your order is ready and wait 5-10 minutes for the clerk to bring your order to your car. How to get extra out of Target shopping? Sign up for Target RedCard debit. It's not a credit card although they do offer a RedCard credit card option. But you really don't need the credit card when the debit gives the same benefits. You are linking your bank debit card to your RedCard account. Now you will save 5% on Target purchases in-store, drive-up or online. Another great benefit is you will get free shipping for online orders. Now some items say that they only ship with orders over $35 but what I have seen is that if the item is valued over $10, then you will get free shipping without your total requiring $35. If it's under $10, you will get a message in your cart that the item will only ship with orders over $35. You also get free 2nd day shipping when using your RedCard debit. It's MUCH faster than Amazon these days. Another benefit with using your RedCard debit is you get a longer return window and fast refunds. Ok end of my raving of the RedCard. (Oh shoot! Forgot to mention free $50 giftcard for signing up!) I just got over Covid and I had to rely on Target pick-up for a few items I needed right away like Covid tests to test my family and basic items to battle the symptoms. This location has a Starbucks inside and you can now place Starbucks orders in the drive-up app when you are on your way to pick up your order. The only issue is there is no way to use your Starbucks account or loaded Starbucks cards to pay for your order and earn points. They add the order fee onto your Target drive-up total. read more

Customer service in the electronic department is horrible! I won't be going back. They sold me tablet that had previously been sold. Fingerprints all over it. I need to update my 8-year old review! This Target location is close to my home and I have shopped here since it opened. Service was excellent years ago, but things change. As more and more customers turned to online shopping, and self-checkout became more popular, the service here has faltered. A checkout lane is not always open, especially if you shop before 10 a.m., and the customer is requested to use the self-checkout kiosks. Shelves are not always stocked because the workers who are available are doing shopping for online purchases. I too like to order online and have my products shipped to my home so I understand. The company itself does a good job, this location does the best it can with a shortage of employees. Lots of parking is available. read more

I come to this Target very often recently as a personal shopper in the evenings. However, this Target Store was probably my first Target I have ever walked in as a little girl and knew this store is for me. I do LOVE how every Target that all Staff is so helpful and friendly even when they are in a rush they are seriously take out the time to help me with any questions or finding a particular item. Targets in my opinion is very elegant, clean, and organized compared to the other competitor (Walmart - not a fan). Their prices can be more expensive and you just have to remind yourself you are paying for quality. When Target does have sales jump on it!!! As the sales are pretty good. Make sure to sign up for your very own Target Circle account as you earn points/rewards as you can redeem for cash, nice perks for birthdays as I got 25% of an order or something like that which is Ah-mazing. Returns are not that bad either and it is quick process if you lost your recite like I always do after scanning them into fetch for rewards points (on my own personal orders) I usually cannot find the recite anymore which is not a big deal if you download the Target app and all your purchases will be there and you can just return items using the barcode on the app which is awesome! So Target is very up to date on the latest technology. Self check out is awesome, guest services and most have a Starbucks inside which you can't go wrong! Overall, my LOVE from Target grows each day and I would also recommend if you are strapped your time, little ones or just plain don't like going to the stores you can have almost any item delivered to you same day via Shipt Shopper/Target. Definitely has it pros. Overall, I would recommend Target been a member in their rewards and Target Debit card since 2013 I believe and couldn't be happier! Overall, all groceries seem fresh and even their Good and Gather brands too! You can find anything you want here from toys to groceries and pet care I can go on and On! Plus it always seems like delicious popcorn one of the reasons why my dad would take my sisters here sometimes when we were younger!! read more

Racists. Wouldn't let me wait for AAA in the parking lot. One hour after store closed, my AAA tech was 15 min away. The employees bombard me, and surround my vehicle on foot. I told her I'm waiting for AAA. Then she goes "no we can't have anyone waiting in this lot sorry" then four vehicles line up behind my vehicle. Then within minutes scatter to the perimeters just watching me like a hawk. Target doesn't own the parking lot. I drove my flat 0.3 miles away to escape the nasty up coming confrontation. These employees are strictly following rules that they can't legally enforce. They aren't the police. This situation was poorly handled. Pathetic management. Obviously you can't do anything about someone in the parking lot. If you could, why didn't you call the police? You literally are creepy af. Starring at me for 30 minutes. Are you waiting for me to commit a crime or are you just a creep? Or are you just racists? Why does it matter if I'm in the parking lot waiting for roadside assistance? Received a gift card from this store, but the balance was at 0 when I tried using it. After doing some digging, I found out it was used, for the exact balance, at the USC Target in dtla. I ordered items online to be picked up at this store. but when I arrived to pick them up, target wasted my morning by looking in vain for my order. It took almost an hour to realize they had lost my order. Then they checked the sales floor, only to realize the items weren't even in stock. We loveeeeeee Target! My son specifically loves! He's in the stage where he wants to be more involved wit paying for his own things wit his own money. It's so cute! We literally spent an hour walking all toy areas/ aisles, checking out each toy before him making the final decision on a mine craft lunch bag lol. GREAT CHOICE BABY!! Once upon a time there were only two Targets in town and this one still holds a nostalgic place in my heart. Sadly even after a remodel it isn't quite as nice as the other shiny new one on Herndon by 99. That being said it has an easy to navigate layout and plenty of parking as nobody shops at the other big stores that share the parking lot. If I find myself at the Sweet Tomatoes around the corner it's nice to come here afterward to walk off some of the necessary calories consumed! They have a good selection of product and friendly associates that work here. read more

O target how you love to take all my money!!! Big fan of target and this one is known as the slightly ghetto one but the employees are always so helpful and do it with a smile which goes a long way... Anytime we need help in electronics we press the help button and a team member comes really quick and gives us the info we need! Facilities are clean and parking lot also. Only tip is don't come to late because there are sometimes bums out walking around and might bug you. Returns are also very easy but sometimes the employees have issues and don't know the answer and gets manager but it's simple and could be covered in their training. I get the manager override function is needed but showing them how to do everything else is important in my opinion and can avoid annoyed or angry guest in the future! read more

This is a review for the CVS pharmacy inside this Target. I have never had so many problems with a pharmacy before in my life. The head pharmacist (old guy) didn't want to give me my medications so he tried to tell me that my doctor changed my prescription dosage and then refused to give me my medications. ( Both for Psychiatric and hypertension). I will NOT be returning to this pharmacy, and if you want to stay on your meds, id suggest you don't come here either. read more

The pharmacy was very quick and receptive. I prefer to shop here rather than Walmart because Walmart has dirty floors and always looks like its been ravaged like the world is ending. This is usually my go to Target when I am in this neck of the woods. It's large , updated and has good sales. One weird thing though , I went to Self check out to buy 3 sweaters ( bulky beautiful things!) and the check out lady that mans the area followed me to the check out station and STOOD BEHIND ME THE WHOLE TIME. It was creepy! She took the little hand basket from where I put it before I had even left the area. Be very careful when checking out. If the cashier says you owe an amount, even though you pay with a debit card ask to see a manager.. if the cashier states age can cancel and start over you should look at your mobile backing app.. you will note that a payment has been posted to Target. If the cashier says to leave your goods you played for and the manager gives you a 1 800 number beware it's for the target red card not customer service as she states. Make the manager go to the register and pull up the payment transaction. It will show paid and they need to 1. Give you the merchandise or 2. Refund your money..This is mandatory under the law. read more

I went to Target at Shaw and Marks to pick up a few items. Since there were only two cashiers actually checking out purchases, I decided to go to the self check. I had two cases of water on the bottom of my cart and as I was getting ready to run my card, the line patrol person yelled at me, "Did you scan the water?" I snarled at her, "First items I scanned. Wanna check?" I'll be darned if she didn't march her bottom over to make sure. I told her that if I was going to shoplift something it wouldn't be from Target and it wouldn't be water. I also announced that I didn't use any bags and offered to let her check that fact. She declined. I should've left everything there. Customers aren't right anymore. Amazon is better and better. Compared to other Targets , this location never has anything in stock compared to other Targets I've been to but this store is down the street from my place so that's why I come here often. The curbside pickup is fast and efficient. The employees are always friendly also. read more

I decided to give target one more try and once again had a horrible experience. Went to self check out and forgot to pay for a bag and Mr. Denis was standing right behind me not practicing 6ft social distancing and told me u need to pay for the bag very rudely. Went and added it to my transaction. They need to retrain their employee on how to be friendly and remember if you have no customers you will go out of business. If you wait in line for 29 minutes and ask them a question about aspirins they bite your head off because they"aren't part of target"! Target is quite possibly my favorite store, but I absolutely hate this one! I'll drive WAAAAAY out of the way to the Bullard or River Park store. I've had photos printed there before and the quality was terrible. There were lines through all of them. They refunded my money and I drove to River Park to re-print them all. This store doesn't seem very organized and seems to be busy any time of the day or night that I happen to be there (and no, not just around the first week of the month either!). But my absolute biggest complaint is how much expired food I've seen/bought there! I tried to buy sour cream and EVERY container in the fridge was expired! Bought orange juice, got it home, and it was expired. Bought cereal there, got it home, expired. When your Cheerios have an off taste, that's a big problem. So the moral of the story is, don't go here to get pictures printed, or to buy ANY type of food (at least that you want to eat). read more

It's a retail store. I know that is not much of a review, do not worry I am here to write more that just that in this review. I was in town for business and needed a few items of course what I forget to bring with me on this trip. I found this location in my yelp app on my smart (dumb) phone. When I walked it you did notice that dollar section of the store, and trust me if a general manager walked in people would be working in this area to get it back to normal, it looked like 20 children walked in went straight to this area and pulled everything out and then placed it back in their section. Oh wait those were adults that were doing just that while I was in the store. I know can not believe what some people would do to things they do not own. I did then move to the restroom, which was a good thing as it was right next to the door, I decided I wanted to use the men's restroom, but since Target allow me to say I am a woman I could have used that too, but did not. The restroom were clear and well maintained. Now time to find my way in the store, over the year with many store like Target, they are keeping the layout of the stores about the same, so all I had to do was find my way in a specific direction to find exactly what I needed, this did not take a lot of my time. I was able to find what I needed and of course at a good price. Next to the self checkout....watching people here is like watching people figure out what came first the chicken or egg, it is funny to watch them fight with a machine and then talk to themselves while they are fighting. Once a machine was available for me I walked up and was done within 2 minutes, yes these machines are easy to use. I have to say this is about normal for a Target store, they can always do better with cleaning throughout the day, but then I know they are usually shorthanded in employees. the employees that are there just need to take a few minutes out of their day and help clean up and feel good about their store and not just a paycheck. This is the reason for the 4 star rating, I hope to give them the 5th star next time. read more

We always see something new when we go there, watch for deals I got a few t-shirts for a great price. I normally like shopping here but I seen a lot of their workers not wearing masks and allowing customers to walk throughout the store without masks. I went up to one of the managers or their supervisors to ask them about and they weren't wearing their masks properly and had it on their chin. Shopping here isn't too bad but I would like to see them enforce the mask policy to their workers and customers. read more
