This store has poor communication. I placed an item on hold to and was willing to pay for the item to secure the purchase and I was refused to. Saturday I went to pick up the item and the item was trashed gone! No where to be found! Talked to Sharon and her attitude stinks very very rude and unprofessional! She acted like she own the store! I will placing a complaint on her with corporate! People like her don't need to work around customers. I'm not sure where the lack of communication went cause I could never find one sales representative in the floor. No one knows anything! read more

Location is located in a up and coming neighbor. Small but great store. Friendly staff. Has a Starbucks located inside of course.

I really like this Target and wish I could, in good conscience, rate it higher but a solid 3 it stands. When this location first opened I easily would have rated it 5 stars but it has not kept up with its initial opening. Depending on when you go now the store may be freshly stocked or it may appear on the edge of closing, so that is very frustrating as a consumer as I am unable to gauge between the feast and the famine. It is the same with service. Just a few weeks ago I stopped by on my way home from my credit union to get one item. This was at 11:00 am. No cashiers. Three employees helping out at the self checkout kiosks. Over thirty customers in line (add in family and friends the number increases to 50). After I checked out I walked around looking for the manager. I found him in the parking lot driving around on an electric wheelchair. I waved him over and explained to him that had I not had the day off I would have set my item down and left the store EXACTLY like I had seen at least 3 other customers do! I also informed him that instead of employees offering to help shoppers they tend to stand around gossiping. I asked why the shelves were so empty and he said they had an issue with deliveries. I returned to this location this week and found the shelves stocked, an employee who actually offered to help me, and three cashier lanes opened in addition to the kiosks. The young man who helped me was stocking the dairy section. I was looking for the unsweetened soy milk. He asked me if I needed any help finding an item. I said I don't see the unsweetened soy milk and he said I think it just came in. He looked for it, found it, and handed it to me still ice cold! I was a happy camper...now, if this location is able to keep their shopping carts clean, the Starbucks staffed, the shelves stocked, and cashiers lanes opened I will update my review and add a star or two! read more

I love target but this one is very unkept and unorganized . The employees as well as guest services are very rude. It was hard to get anyone to help me find shoe sizes. I tried to use an email coupon (bogo on sandals for kids)which they said they wouldn't honor because it was only one day when the email said it was a 2 day sale. read more

I love target. This location is pretty good. not my favorite but i dont dislike it. I do love that this location has a great kitchen section with amazing bar supplies that are always in stock. I found some supplies here that I could find anywhere else. Also the makeup section is pretty good. They have the best selection of ELF cosmetics that I have EVER seen in a target. they had basically their entire line. Normally target just carries the brushes and a few other select items. read more

This is a warning to anyone making a big purchase at target. CHECK YOUR PRODUCT BEFORE TAKING IT HOME. Even if you see that it's "protected" by the safety encasing . Me and my sister bought a $165 J. Henckels knife set for my mom the night before Mother's Day complete excited about the fact that this is something she's been needing and wanting for a very long time. Note that the box containing the knife set had those protective wire casings with the theft proof sensor on it , wrapped in a way that made it pretty much impossible to open the cardboard box contains the product without ripping it apart. So come Mother's Day, she opens it. The first thing that sets us off is that there are some knifes in the box that were Kitchen Aid brand. The second thing that was wrong was that some of the knives were missing! ( 16pc set, only 12pc in box) . To top off this embarrassing nightmare, the knifes that were there were USED. They were rusty and also showed signs of extensive use ! I am SO enraged by the lack of respect this target has displayed for their customers and their products. I don't care how this happened because there is no excuse. The bottom line is that Target was negligent in their quality assurance. We are going to return the product TODAY and hopefully the quality of their customer service differs from that of their products. read more

I went to target to return a keyboard I bought for my daughter on Christmas, they denied my return because the value of the item . I paid $100 for this keyboard. The policy says to present a valid Id to return the item. I presented the Id and they continued to refuse stating policy. I asked to see where in the policy it says they can refuse so in the future I can make an educated decision in where I decide to shop. They looked for the policy but could not find it and then made me wait over an hour for them to print one out. To which nothing was never printed out. I am extremely disappointed because I shop at target exclusively . I hate Walmart and I love the products carried by target . I have a one year old and a two year and now I have to find a store to buy their future gifts from. This location changed my opinion about target and how I feel about those company. If i could give this store less than a star I would! Never have I ever had such a bad customer service at a target in general! I have dealt with so many customers in my years in customer service and NEVER have I ever reacted this way but this manager was the most unprofessional and had a DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! I do not understand how SHE was the manager & I can tell you when a person is right and this lady was NOT right in anyway shape and form! This was the most horrible experience and it's so sad that when I was trying to explain to her how you should treat customers and how I understand customer service... she tells her team members to all "walk away" and let "us" talk to ourselves. Her name is SAMANTHA. Definitely feel bad for her partners that are under her and so thankful that I work for a wonderful company that would never allow this. This target is literally a Walmart, save money and head over to either the baybrook location or another store all together. I know when customers give attitude or act a certain way but I have never told a customer it's 12 come another day while we have been in the store since 10:45 and we were over our transactions by 11:45 but mistakes had happened with the TRANSACTION and we were trying to get it fixed. I have had heard a situation with the same manager and can tell she does not handle customers well. Target really needs to reconsider who is managers at this company. read more

Went to this Target over the Fourth of July weekend to get some last minute items. It was very clean and staff was friendly. The lines were a little long but they had a store associate directing traffic so one line was not longer than an another. I don't live in the area but have relatives who and will definitely be returning if I need to purchase anything. Way better than the scary WalMart on Almeda Genoa. read more
