I went to my neighborhood target to get my shampoo for my hair. I check Google to see if they had it, and it verified that targets did. Target recently did a remodel on the store so it made it hard for me to find what I was looking for. I notice that every turn I made there was someone following me, so abort the mission. As I was leaving I say a young man stocking in the main aisle not knowing that 5 aisle over that the young lady was still following me. Upon asking the young man if he had the ability to look in his system to find a shampoo for me, I felt someone behind me and it was the lady again. I just simply told the young man I'll take my business else where and I left the store quietly. Upon reaching the handicapped parking WITH my unexpired sticker in the window a police pulled up on a motorcycle and asked me for drivers license, I asked what was the problem, He said I didn't look handicap! Now I know this officer has been educated on ADA ACT. Why would u tell someone that they don't look handicap and I had a big ass Service Dog with me as well. Now I know gooden well Target did Not call the police on me, "on the cool". I would never in my life shop at Target ever again. worse target in Huntsville I bought three shirts at target. They left their security tags device on my shirts. I live 30 minutes away from target so it was not convenient to come back in have the security device removed. I tried to remove one of them and leaving a small hole in the shirt, I tried to bring them back and they would not would not take them back if anyone wants to steal anything at target, be my guest because they leave their security tags on things and they don't even serve a purpose, except headache tried to return some sheets. They claimed that they look like they were used, but they were not, and they would not except that either. Don't go to the target in Huntsville, unprofessional for customers, they would not have a job, bad rating bad customer service and they need to learn how to train their employees to takeoff security devices read more

In a college town, sales associates come and go but in Huntsville they love it and we love them so they stay. Everyone is always helpful and smiling. I like that. Smiles are contagious. The pharmacy is my favorite pharmacy in town. Stephanie is so knowledgeable and helpful. The Best. read more

So I really have to say this is the nicest, cleanest, most well stocked Target I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of Targets. I was in Huntsville for the day and ran in to just grab a new Fitbit as I lost mine while hiking the Lone Star Hiking Trail. The layout is exactly the same as my home Target but just so much better. The employee that helped us was so friendly and so knowledgeable. If this Target wasn't an hour away it would be my regular Target. read more

This review gets 5 stars mainly because the pharmacist, Daniel, is spectacular. I've called several times with questions concerning medication side effects, insurance refill questions and with questions about OTC medications, and he always takes ample time to explain his answers as well as to offer resources for my own research. He has never rushed through my inquiries, though if the roles were reversed, I probably would have rushed through them. I filled my family's prescriptions at this Target by fluke the first time, but they'll have my business as long Daniel is around! It's just good, old fashioned, customer service. Needed a target in Huntsville and luckily It appeared. It was spooky how I would talk about needing to find certain products then bam find it at this target. It is in a nice location with plenty of parking. Clean and well organized in side. It's great to get grocery items and not have to worry about long lines. Employees are rude and disrespectful. Walking in! Was greeted by an employee and before we had a chance to reply there was a smart-ass rude mocking reply from the employee next to her. Loud enough for us all to hear. Not the first time we've come here and dealt with rude employees. I don't think we've had a single good experience in this target. Safe to say we won't be coming back. I have been too many Starbucks and NEVER have had someone treat me so rude and unprofessional. Anthony was his name I believe. They ware limited to what drinks they could make but either way we don't work there or have the knowledge of what the drinks consist of for him to treat us like we do when we asked for certain drinks. Would NOT recommend anyone going to this Starbucks. You are better off driving to the location in Krogers. read more
