The cashier rung everything up, told me the price $112, I swiped my card, the machine said approved, but before I got a receipt, the computer went down. At first, the manager said my card didn't get charged. I pulled up my bank app and showed him it did. He then said he would cancel the transaction and it would be refunded. We'll, it's been almost a week and it hasn't been refunded. We went back to the store today, Friday, and all he did was give us the customer service number. She was no help. So I'm going to the back and file a fraud report.

So disappointed with the Customer Service and treatment by Manager Amy with Southern Tractor. We…read morepurchased a Stihl weed eater from Ace in Willis 8 months ago and the unit would not stay running. It would start and work for 1 minute and stop. Ace Hardware Manager told us to take it to Southern Tractor that they perform Warranty for Stihl purchases from Ace. Also, Ace told us that the Stihl Warranty covered any issue for the first year up to and including replacement of the unit. We then took the unit to Southern Tractor and the gentleman that helped us took it and said "Oh yes, any issue would be covered by warranty". We received a call from Southern Tractor telling us the unit was ready - no mention that there would be a charge. My husband went to pick up the unit and was told, that it required a carburetor adjustment and the charge was $55.00. Manager Amy at Southern Tractor, says that they had to adjust first before they can find out if there were any other issues - no other issues - so they say we are responsible for the adjustment fee of $55.00. Amy was also very rude on the phone when I called to discuss. I do not recommend Ace Hardware for lawn equipment or Southern Tractor to perform work. Remember the warranty on lawn equipment is not worth the paper it is written on.

Bought a display fan a month ago. Was told they would take down and make ready along with ordering…read moredown rod. Then was informed remote missing and they would order remote. Was notified everything was ready and went to pick up three days later. Notified store I was coming to pick up and Upon arrival, The fan was still mounted in showroom. Sat for an hour to take delivery and when home noticed fan had black hand grease marks all over blades and electrician found that mounting pin was missing. Called store and nothing!! Dealing with this store is a complete nightmare! Customer service is horrible!!!

Trish, which are one of the employees that work here is my favorite, she's very sweet, funny and charming. To be honest sometimes i come up here to volunteer just to hang out with her. i wish more people like me with a passion of genuinely liking to help out people would come and sign up to volunteer i think you would love it. :) God bless.
