The building is large and it seems like they utilize their space well. It's a family owned business, which is already a plus in my book. While I didn't notice anything cheap, I did see some really high quality items with reasonable prices for what you are getting. Several weeks prior, my parents made several purchases here with Debbie. They bought a stressless recliner and a new mattress, both of them referred to the mattress as the best they've had in their lives. I tested out the recliner when visiting and it certainly is comfortable and relieves pressure. When making a purchase for medical reasons, if you provide documentation from your doctor they will waive the tax. They also provide a free mattress cover with mattress purchase. Delivery on your initial purchase is free and they will remove your old mattress (always a huge plus). There is a 30 day window in which you can exchange or refund with just a $50 fee that I believe covers their removal. My father was in the hospital and was going to need a different bed with adjustable capabilities. My parents wanted to continue to do business here and since their purchase was within the last 30 days I found their invoice and called to find out what hidden problems might occur. Mike answered the phone and was extremely helpful and sympathetic and made the entire situation seem very easy. When I arrived with my mother, Debbie was there waiting and clearly had been briefed on the situation. She remembered my mother and was very kind and inquired about my father's health. She even asked my mother if she would like them to wear masks. Both Mike and Debbie addressed our concerns about the height of the bed and their alternate solutions and it was a huge relief. They made the exchange paperwork completely painless and were very patient with our exhaustion levels. Later Debbie called me to assure me they had the appropriate paperwork filed and would call when the mattress arrived to schedule the delivery. This gave me so much peace of mind, I'm really glad she took the time to give me that call. The way they treated my family during a difficult time means everything to me and I highly recommend this helpful and kind staff that sells great quality furniture. If I lived in the area I would gladly give them my business. In fact, since I will be visiting often, I will most likely go out of my way to purchase accessories or office furniture small enough to fit in my vehicle from this location.

My problem was I had to wait for delivery, as I work out of town for weeks at a time. They actually held my purchase until I was ready for delivery! So when it was delivered, these two very young men called me ahead of time, knocked on my door, moved a small table and lamp out of their way and helped me remove the bed skirt still attached to the box! Then after the removed the old stuff, I asked for time to vacuum under the bed and when I finished, one of them grabbed the vac and moved it out for me! Then after bring in the new box, they helped me put the bed skirt back on, then brought in the mattress and put it in place. There are many great things I want to note about this company and this location: 1. Free delivery and same day delivery 2. Great customer service! I didn't feel like I was being followed by a sales associate while I was awkwardly laying on various beds! 3. We told them what we were interested in and they immediately showed us 3 options and they all had great deals! 4. Once the bed was delivered they were extremely nice, clean, and efficient! The value at Ollie's is great. We didn't have a ton of time to shop but we nabbed an A&M garden flag for $6.99 and a big bag of Brownie Brittle for $5.99. (Now I will note that we have been "burned" by food at Ollie's in the past -not this particular location- when we bought some mint patties which were infested with bugs. So yes we are "nervous" buying food here but I think that if they are well packaged, that shouldn't normally be a problem.) Now for the service. Wow. Aimee was our cashier and was FABULOUS. She was so friendly and helpful. She got us signed up for Ollie's rewards and explained everything so thoroughly. I honestly don't know why we didn't sign up before.
