So much for a "2 of an item per customer" limit on sports card/trading card purchases. There's a new, highly/coveted football card product out. Gal was doing inventory on the entire section, said I couldn't take anything because she was doing inventory (I understand completely). Meanwhile, there's a mysterious "WTF are they waiting for?" line adjacent to her. I left, came back, 30-40 minutes later. Said football product is gone, and 2-3 guys are standing there with multiple boxes (more than 2 for sure) in their baskets, almost taunting anyone who dared to think they had a chance to get one. I overheard 3 pre-teen boys lamenting how "those guys cleaned out the Topps Chrome football". I wanted a box, yes, but assholes like that are actively preventing kids from participating in the hobby. And on the back end, they'll try to (and probably succeed) sell those boxes for double the retail price. If there's going to be the 2-per item per customer trip/transaction limit on these products, enforce it!! Otherwise, just take the meaningless, overwrought signage down. read more

So few cashiers open now, most customers use the self-pay option. I'm not really interested in saving them any more on their staff, so we opted to use a real live cashier. We picked out an item from the other side of the store, it was on sale! Bonus! Walk up & wait in cashier line until the lady ahead of us checks out her groceries for the week. No problem-we can wait. Finally, the cashier announces a price $5 OVER what the price should be...WHAT? No, the sale item didn't scan into the system. I offered to walk back to the other side of the store to prove the sales tag, but how could I do that? Take a photo of the sales tag? I was tempted to walk back & pull that sales sign OFF the shelf, since obviously they don't expect customers to actually watch the scanning prices. Luckily, the cashier dude manually corrected it in the computer because, well, maybe he knew his system was flawed. Thank you to the cashier who knew my eye was twitching & I was ready to storm back to the area & pull off the "sales" tag! Came home & wanted to verify the "sales" price & found the identical item for less on Amazon without the Target "sale" price. read more

This Target is so nice and clean inside. I didn't realize it was one of the first stores I went to when I moved up here. There's a particular part near the center of the store that stood out to me from months ago, and I immediately recognized this as the location I've been looking to come back to and visit. It is so bright and well lit without being overwhelming, it made me happier and more excited to shop. Weird how the brain works with certain tactics, huh? When I went to check out, Abby was at the register, she asked if I found everything ok. I told her yes but I was looking for one product in particular so she immediately pulled up this handheld device and said, "Let's do a search real quick to see if we have it in store." The store's handheld device was a bit slow so she offered to pull it up on her phone. Though I had an idea of why she pulled out her phone, I have MUCH respect for her voicing what she was doing. I know other people would have assumed she was just being rude by using her phone, even if it wasn't the case. She was just trying to help me. Abby was so helpful, attentive, caring, and went above and beyond to try and help a customer out. I left without the product (they don't have it) but I did leave with a smile on my face. I hope Managenent sees this and takes note of their stellar worker. She asked paper or plastic which surprised me. I can't remember the last time I was offered this sort of treatment. Having a weird request but she didn't bat an eye. I may turn this into my new Target of choice! read more

WOW!!! This Target got a major makeover! Verrry NICE! This used to be one of my least favorite Targets to visit. It seemed like I would go to other Targets when out an about the cities or traveling and I'd always catch myself saying "What the heck! My Target never had this nice of stuff!!". Well they do now. They not only seem to have added more of the cutsie stuff but they painted, put in awesome dressing rooms, moved the store around (dang if I can find anything now but hey- I'm seeing so much cute stuff while looking for what I came for!) and have more eye pleasing groupings/displays. They also now have an small but decent alcohol store as well. And the fresh cut flower selection?? I'm impressed with that too. Bummer I move out of the area in a few weeks. :/ read more

Stuck in a hotel w/o a car... Craving sushi... oh great! I can't believe that I ate Target sushi and it wasn't even half bad... pulses are normal, breathing is steady... no food poisoning symptoms. It's been over 3 days and I'm still alive. phew. Clean store, huge selection, I got a workout just from walking around the store. Staff is very pleasant. No complaints. read more

We were really disappointed with JC Penney last year so we decided to give Target a shot. Even though it's another Life Touch studio, we really had a great experience. I believe our photographer's name was Kelly and she took great care of us. She did a great job with our little boy and got some great shots of both him and the family. We prefer to buy the CD of photos. Last year they (Life Touch) had decided to stop including all of the enhancements and collages the photographers made for us. We were only able to get the basic photos. Fortunately this year, they're giving those to customers again -- for $20 extra. There is also a $10 per person sitting fee so be warned that while you may have a coupon or a budget in mind, there are a lot of extra charges that pop up. Ultimately, I'm thrilled with the photos we got and we'll definitely be back again. read more

Seth Berlin is hands down the best cashier I have ever had. I find myself spending days at a time in this fine shopping facility, they have a beautiful staff and a great selection of merchandise. Although their is a new liquor store nearby I prefer Target's great selection of fine alcoholic beverages. After the extraordinary remodel it is always clean and is even better than before. The staff is always friendly I love spending my free time browsing the store and bringing them my great business. This Target is the busiest and the best in the whole state of Minnesota. I love that their is a McDonald's close by that is just as good as Target. read more

Me and my friends got accused of stealing AirPod pros and iPhones MANY TIMES. The Starbucks put me in the bathroom more than seven times in three hours and the toilets stink. Their music was awful. I was so scared of being accused of theft I hid in a changing room. read more

I cannot get cellphone reception in this store. I've tried connecting to the WiFi and still cannot load my cartwheel or send a text. I am also a Shipt shopper and have the worst time trying to communicate with customers because of this. read more

Please explain to me why I'd need to provide my receipt and the purchased item for an item I purchased 24 hours before it goes on a sale when I have my red card and I paid for it on the app? Your customer service rep on Sunday 2/10/19 around 1:30-2pm was rude and wouldn't even scan the barcode on my app to pull up my receipt from Saturday 2/9/19. I have never had prior issues with this store until recently. Your quality service keeps slipping more and more with every visit I make there (which is multiple times a week). I love this Target! I have 3 SuperTarget within 8 miles of me and this is my go to favorite. Why? They typically have the things I need in stock and sale items in stock. Not so much with SuperTarget on 105th & Central in Blaine. This SuperTarget is not as busy or a zoo as with the Blaine location. The employees are usually very helpful if I can't find something or it's out of stock. They carry a couple of items I buy regularly, such as the 24 pack of Colby Jack cheese sticks, that I have not found at Blaine and Shoreview locations. I also had a great experience with an associate in self-service that helped me find a lower price match on a product. Sorry, I don't remember her name. She found it cheaper on Amazon than I did at Fleet Farm, where it was on sale. CVS Pharmacy at this location has be awesome as well! Keep up the great work! read more

I've never had an awesome experience at Target, usually just average. But it has to be said that the 3 times I went to the Lino Lakes Target were the worst Target experiences by far. I had just moved into the area and this location was closest to my home. The first trip, the cashier was 2/3 into my transaction of MANY items and she accidentally voided the entire transaction. Sure, everyone makes mistakes, but I got a half-assed apology and I had to unbag my 5 bags groceries and other items so she could re-ring them. The second trip, I had been waiting in line for more than acceptable amount of time and when a back-up cashier came to ring, she didn't take the next person in line over to her line, she basically yelled, "Aisle 9 is open!!" And of course everyone who hadn't been waiting in line ran over. Not too big of a deal, but it just isn't the way a business should handle their front end. My last trip, I got to the register and I realized I forgot my wallet after everything was rang up. I asked about a couple of options (telling them my cc info, since I know it by heart, or writing a check without ID) and I was told no. Fine. I told the man I would be back. Less than 20 minutes later, I arrived at the customer service desk where I was told my cart FULL of items for my new home would be waiting, and was told that they had JUST put it away. By this point, I'm steaming. I have a 3 year old nearing nap time who needs lunch, I didn't have time to re-shop for everything. But I did have time to speak to a manager. He barely apologized for what had happened and offered no empathy for my situation. As I walked away, I turned back to say something to my child and witnessed the manager saying something about me to the service desk member and rolling his eyes. I have not stepped foot back into the Lino Lakes Target and never will again. There are other places to shop. In fact, Costco has seen much more of me lately. Shame on you, Target. read more

Use a coupon, try to arrive on time, as your selecting will be cut off by the next scheduled appt., then beware that as of 12-13 they are charging a sitting fee ( used to be waived ). Photographers are positive and accomodating tho ! read more
