But as I was trying to find the office supply section, someone saw me looking around with a look of "I don't know WHERE?????!" and she asked me if I needed help. She directed me to the right area and I was able to find the items I was looking for. I found this store very nicely set up and all the items were neatly stocked on the shelves. This location is so cliché. Teenagers in their pajamas and Starbucks walking around acting as if they're going to buy something. Entitled soccer moms, oblivious to all the other customers just simply walking in and out of aisles looking at their phones. Cashier didn't have much personality. I gave him two gift cards and explained I didn't know how much was on them. He scanned one didn't say a word to me. It had $50 on it which he applied. He then scanned the other one which didn't have anything on it and again he didn't say anything to me just processed the transaction. This morning I went to the Milford Mass. Target to return a box of legos that I had purchased just 2 days ago. I had found the same item at Walmart for $12 less. The customer service rep told me that the box was opened and that they could not take it back. When I told her it wasn't, she called the manager (of course two showed up) and one proceeded to try to get the box open enough to get a bag of legos out. Of course she couldn't and the sides of the top weren't open so she told me I would need to go to corporate to help me. So of course, I call corporate because I was so embarassed that they wouldn't listen to me. Corporate listened, gave me a code and told me to go back to that store, call for a manager, call them on the phone, give them the code and then put the manager on the phone. The manager kept saying they have never done that but eventually spoke with the woman from corporate. No matter what the woman said, the manager kept saying the box is open and she cannot take it back. The manager actually called security and a gentleman came over to see what was wrong. Corporate still on the phone listening to it all and he said that if corporate said give her the refund, then do it. She proceeded to give it to me but refused to actually open the box so I could show her that I had not taken anything out. Granted, they cannot sell an open box so it is already not able to be put back on the shelf so why not prove whether or not I was right. I will never go to Target again. The gentleman before me was so irate with the same manager and what did she do, call security. read more

Have you ever tried to call Target? There are three options and no one answers the phone. I recently purchased a Fiskars 30 gal Kangaroo gardening container. It is supposed to have a lifetime warranty and after using it it now has holes on the bottom. The Fiskars Company told me to return it to the store for a refund or gift card, etc. I don't think Target is going to abide by what the Fiskars Company told me and my trip to the store, I'm afraid, will just be a waste of my time. The store was much cleaner than several months ago, however, when it was a mess...lots of items from the ladies' clearance racks all over the floor. No bargains at Target. I didn't really shop at Target before I downloaded the Cartwheel app and looked at pricing online. Although I'll take target over Walmart any day. The weirdos that are usually in Walmart's scare me lol. Cartwheel and Target have both saved me quite a bit of money just by purchasing items either through discounted items that I needed or gift card offers for certain purchases. Most importantly Target usually always has my nephew's formula in stock (Earth's Best Gentle Infant) which is harder to find than regular formula. I've saved quite a bit of money through Target and Cartwheel which is pretty awesome. Customer service is usually pretty good too. read more

I love shopping at Target, I'm here like 3 times a week but I noticed it's getting gross. The store is just always dirty and messy and things are just kind of everywhere. The bathroom is disgusting, like I'm talking urine on every toilet seat, one toilet was flooded, a tampon with a pube on it was on the ground, trash everywhere. I said something to a front desk employee and just out of curiosity I popped in the bathroom and hour later before I left, it was the same. I'm constantly seeing empty drinks and candy wrappers on shelves and things put anywhere. It's hard to think this place is better than Walmart when it's filthy 24/7. Might have to switch it up and start going to either a different target or a new store all together. read more

It takes a lot of aggravation for me to write a negative review. I rarely post them However this will absolutely be the last time I shop here. It has always been my go to spot especially when I need multiple items. But over the past year the cash out area is managed so poorly that it results in my waiting time to triple that of my shopping time. There are never enough cashiers. I was here today and every open cash line was backed up with a dozen people. Cashiers were utilizing their time figuring out mistakes made and the manager was a just standing there. This was the second time that I have returned all of my goods after standing in line for over 30 minutes. I am a Target fiend, but I hate rude employees. This goes to Curtis R who was at the register ringing my husband and I out on 5/28/19. Lets start off with how friendly he was with the lady and her son in front of us he was. Now it's our turn, not even a hello or anything even when my husband said hello to him, no response. My ONE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER, was saying hi to him and he literally ignored her and kept a straight face not even looking at her. He looks back at the lady BEHIND us and was engaging conversation with her laughing and smiling, why because no man was with her? By then I was fuming. This has happened more than once with Curtis but if I am alone WITHOUT my husband he tries to be friendly. No dude you are disgusting, stop preying on women. Piece of SHIT! Variety and selection are limited compared to Walmart. The prices are higher and the quality of their in-house brands doesn't seem to be much better. I do love their app though in how it tells you exactly on an aisle map on where an item is. There appears to be a large turnover of employees in the electronics dept. which is a shame. The guys who could answer questions seem to be gone leaving the kids who just shrug off or run from any potential customer interaction. One bright side is the clientele seems to be an upgrade from Walmart. Some good looking women here. And finally they have a Starbucks in the store which is not a point in their favor. I love this Target. For years, I worked across the street and would have cause to run in for emergency supplies. They always had what I needed. This Target is clean, well organized, and the staff are helpful. It now has quite a grocery section, and recently, Starbucks was added into the front of the store. It makes me sad that this Target is no longer the closest to me, but I still go there whenever I can make it on my way somewhere. It's rarely crowded (except during the holidays, but that's to be expected everywhere), and well stocked. A couple of years ago, I lost part of my keys, the section that had all of my savings tags and spare keys on it. After a couple of days of searching, I figured I'd try Target; it was one of the last places I remembered having it. Sure enough, customer service told me that someone had found it in the parking lot and turned it in; they had been holding onto it. So, not only are the staff great, but the customers who use this Target are pretty awesome, too. read more

There is simply put no better Target around. This one is the best! Between every single cashier, including: Sarah, Erica, Benjamin, Krista, and every other employee throughout the store makes this "THE" best Target store in the area (I would bet on best in the state!). Everyone is SO friendly, helpful, efficient and makes the customer experience amazing. At the service desk, James (I think..... it's a young guy) is also very friendly and helpful with returns with and without your receipt. The store in general is always great. Always organized and clean. The price scanners ALL work (something I cannot say for other Target stores), and all print labels, which is very helpful, as well as they have HUGE clearance sections at the ends of aisles which are very entertaining to look through. They also have a great amount of "The Spot" bins, at the front of the store for seasonal - everyday items for $1 or $3. Overall, great store that is as good, or better than my local Walmart (which I didn't think could happen, since most of the other Targets, aren't like this one... talking about you Stoughton, Plainville, Braintree Targets) Located in the Granite Heights Shopping Center on Fortune Boulevard in Milford. What the hell happened to this place? Went in 11/3/17 for running shorts for my husband. We had gotten them there before. The place was a MESS!! A bunch of cashiers standing around chatting. How about picking up the clothing all over the floor! I have never seen anything like it! It looked like a bomb went off. LITERALLY! The mens section had shrunk to a tiny portion of the back of the store. Not one pair of running shorts. Not that it was easy to even find as all the colors and patterns were mixed up and out of order. Bye Target. Amazon is so much easier!!! read more

First off... Who doesn't like Target?! Right! This target is by far the best! It's always neat! There is never a time I go in and it's a mess. There is always a carriage or a basket ready to use. The customer service is wonderful and friendly! I love the baby section, it's very easy to find everything I need. Everything is so clean in there! The lines usually aren't long but sometimes you can catch some busy days because again who doesn't like target! The Starbucks in there is pretty good too. The parking lot is very spacious and always enough spots! Con: the maternity section should be a little bit more organized and maybe have a better selection of clothing! Swung into Milford, MA Target this afternoon to pick up an item for my infant son. Had a question for the pharmacist. There was one customer ahead of me so it was reasonable for me to expect a small wait. Within a couple of minutes it was clear that the pharmacist and other customer knew each other well, and are from the same town. I kept waiting, as they talked about their families. Kept waiting. Decided to attempt to find the item myself, to no avail. Went back to the pharmacy, two ladies were still chatting it up. There were no Target workers on the floor nearby. Had to walk back to the registers in order to get the direction I needed. Pharmacist, the only person at the CVS counter at the time (2:45), should have stepped away to do her primary job and then return to her friend afterwards. I was delayed getting back to my sick son because of this lady's need to gossip. There is a time and place for that---when no other customers are waiting for your advice. Be professional. This Target is good. Doesn't have the huge selection like more and more of the Targets do, but it still has everything I'm looking for in a department store. Even though it isn't a Bloomingdales or Norstrom, I still expect a certain level of good customer service. Which I feel this store lacks. When I go in here I feel depressed. Most people working there seem miserable which can rub off on the customer. When asking a question, they either seem like they were really caught off guard, just plain 'ol don't know where what I'm looking for is, or they look at me like I have 10 heads or am speaking to them in some foreign language. Yes I am being dramatic, there are several nice and helpful 'team members' that I have come across, but there are much less of them. I however can't really complain about the cashiers. They are polite, but not overly polite and cheerful as that would be a little annoying. They ask me how I'm doing, and I give my nice "good, how are you" and they reply simply "pretty good" or something like it and that's it. no unecessary chatter. guest service on the other hand, DO NOT GO IN on saturday mornings (or mornings during the week) to do anything there unless you want to be greeted by a RGOW (really-grumpy-older-woman). anytime i need to go to guest service and see her standing there huffing and puffing (when there is no line i might add) i immediatly think to myself "i knew i shouldnt have put this off til this morning, i shoulda just sucked it up and gone last night". so i go over return my things, made to feel like crap that the item i bought was the wrong thing, or that the item came broken or that i somehow did something awful to this woman by making her do her job. on to another.... the store is very clean and organized. everything is where you think it would be (all the clothing together, everything for infants is together, every type of storage product is all the same area) so everything is easy to find even if you've never been in a target before. The pharmacy here is awesome!!!!! They are super helpful and extremely nice. They seem to always be on top of everything and they know exactly what they are doing! I moved to Watertown about a year ago and have tried the local pharmacys and everytime they messed up my prescriptions pretty bad and would tell me 8 hours after my doctor sent in a prescription that they never got the fax, after me telling them 1 million times that it should be there, they find buried underneath things and say "o well the computers shut down earlier today". which isnt much of an excuse to me. SO i now make the hike to the milford pharmacy on the weekends to stock up on my prescriptions because they are the only people i trust getting it right the first time. when it comes to medications that i need or im really sick and just want my stuff and go home take it and pass out in bed i dont want to be standing around arguing with people, i want my meds and leave! So overall I really like this Target, but just keep in mind you may encounter the occasional debbie downer or negative nancy. happy shopping! read more

I love this Target. They have great hours and the staff is always very helpful. They have great selection of workout clothes and cheap, pretty jewelry that doesn't break. I love using the Cartwheel app as well as the RedCard they offer for 5% off all my purchases. They also donate money to local schools through customer's RedCards. This specific Target keeps their shelves stocked and everything is always very neat and organized. read more
