You would think the company would take more ownership and accountability for providing me with a damaged product. Once I was inside, all I could think about was, "Why didn't I come here sooner?" Not only did they have a lot of cozy Christmas decor but they also had some everyday items. From home and kitchen decor, and even stuff for your bedroom(s) and bathroom(s). They even sold furniture and lighting fixtures. But I'd say more than half of the store was Christmas-related. Think: Pier 1 Imports. The workers were all busy but helpful. A young man helped me look at something from one of the top shelves. Overall, I came out with more stuff than I needed - at a fraction of the cost! I'll be back again to check out more everyday items after the holidays. Shortly after delivery, I discovered what appeared to be a bed bug issue, which caused major stress and expenses for my family. I immediately contacted the sales representative and customer service, sent pictures and video evidence, and explained my concerns. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was told there was "nothing they could do" because there was no proof it came from their delivery truck! I feel my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. As a pregnant customer, this situation created unnecessary stress and concern for my family's health and safety. I expected better customer service, accountability, and compassion from a company of this size. Based on my experience, I would not recommend shopping here.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Quality and No Accountability…read moreSherwood mattresses We've been loyal customers of Sherwood Bedding for many years, purchasing around 12 mattresses over time, each costing $600-$800. We always ordered the same model -- Firm. About a year ago, we ordered four more mattresses, specifically requesting the same Firm model we've always bought. To our disappointment, what arrived were Soft mattresses -- so soft that you literally sink in the moment you lie down. They are completely unusable. We reached out to customer service dozens of times by email and phone, begging for an exchange to the Firm version we originally ordered. They refused, saying they couldn't replace them because the driver had opened the packaging during delivery. After endless back-and-forth communication with the store and the company, they finally agreed to exchange them -- but only if we paid an additional $200 per mattress. We reluctantly agreed, as we had no other choice. When the replacements arrived, the mattresses were labeled Firm, but to our shock, they were exactly the same soft mattresses as before -- again, completely unusable. Since then, we've been in an endless loop between the store, the manufacturer, and customer service -- no one takes responsibility. Upon further inspection, we discovered that the new mattresses are no longer made in the USA like our previous ones, but appear to be manufactured overseas (possibly China) with very poor quality and materials. We paid the same premium price for an inferior, low-quality product, and have received no help or accountability from Sherwood or the retailer. We feel deceived and deeply disappointed. We will never purchase from Sherwood Bedding again and strongly recommend others look elsewhere if you value quality, honesty, and customer service.
