HomeGoods seems to be the company that doesn't appreciate their customers. They talk and socialize between themselves and can sound so sweet and nice to each other.... When it comes to customers they walk by them and if they are stocking or putting things back on the shelves or racks... they don't greet or ask if they can be of some sort of assistance. Today I returned a few items and the cashier was not pleasant to save the day. Talking to a manager is futile because the managers don't even greet the customers. Been coming to this store a long time nothing ever changes. Fortunately for HomeGoods this store sells itself ... to depend on the employees would be disastrous. read more

BUT WHY????? Is there no other place to put the stickers? Perhaps on the paper package that came inside or on the bottom? Bad enough yous have the worst stickers that break apart into a million pieces and dont come off in one sweep but love spending the day trying to get these off then smearing the glue and scratching the plastic all up. Yes I took the time to write a review about this because it is that annoying that someone must point this out! With that being said, you have a great selection of containers/organizers for pantry but please spend one more second to double think the placement of the price stickers. read more

Home Goods has been one of my favorite places to shop in MoVal. When it opened I was the first customer walking through the doors purchasing quite a few items on that day and after. It has been many years since then and the good feelings that I felt previously was diminished today. I felt an air of superiority from my cashier onto security following me throughout the store. I'm biracial but to most they believe I'm African American. This is not the only incident. This is the one I'm sharing though. I believe that Home Goods management does not tolerate profiling or classism. I could be wrong! I won't be supporting this store anymore. It's unfortunate. We need and deserve a place to shop with enjoyment. read more

This is one of the coolest places to go if you're looking for cool stuff for your house. The selection is awesome and they are always getting in new things. It's the best place to browse and find off the wall unique items. Clean store and friendly staff what more could you ask for, and it's connected to my TJ Maxx. read more

Love going here once in a while to buy things, I'd say it is a little annoying that the workers are SUPPOSE to be working. But they're also shopping with us and stashing things for later, seen this for a long time now and been telling them how unprofessional it was and didn't seem to be heard bc the manager too does it. Feels like I can't shop comfortably because I get beat to the item by the worker trying to also buy when their on the clock.... besides that I love shopping here everyone including shoppers seem friendly. My pregnant wife just bought a cart full of items there and was told she couldn't take the cart outside of the store. They didn't offer any other help so she said she did the pregnant waddle carrying items over several trips to the car. Shame on you guys, that's terrible customer service. read more

This store changes about every other day. It could be a great store for furniture one day and a great place to buy bedding the next. Lots of kitchen goods. The knives are nothing to write about but the pots and pans are usually vast. read more

Love this store. On one side is TJ Max. Clothes, shoes and accessories at reasonable prices. On the other side (the dangerous side) is Home Goods. This area has everything for your home. From the bathroom to bedroom. Living room to kitchen. Outdoors to pets. Everything is organized in an "messy" sort of way. There are always some unique or unusual items that can really make your space individualized. I really appreciate their displays and the set up. This is a fun place to shop. read more

(I am giving 4 stars but it's actually 3.5) The selection of items is plenty and the prices seem fair. The items are also well-organized and easy to navigate. HOWEVER, the check out line is always slow whenever I visit, so be forewarned. Don't come here if you're in a hurry because you can be standing in line for 15+ minutes especially on weekends. The issue is that they seem understaffed; there are more unmanned cash registers than there are open ones. read more

Love it!! I can get lost for hours here not to mention they bring in a lot of stock and it's HUGE!! I recommend this location because not a lot of people drive out this far for this location and it truly let's you find treasures. read more

Great stuff. Clean neat store. Great deals love that it's joint with TJ Maxx. Lots of selection.

I used to like coming here because TJ Maxx and HomeGoods are connected, but now it's an inconvenience. I recently came to shop for the holidays and they don't allow the shopping carts to leave the store. So imagining hold my toddlers hands as we crossed the parking lot and lugging a bunch of goodies was not appealing. On top of that, they were out of large shopping bags, so the large frames I had in my cart would have been impossible to get to the car without damage. The answer from the cashiers was to give me a large trash bag to take them in. No longer interested in visiting this store...there are other more convenient places to shop that can have my money, or other Homegoods stores that are not making it inconvenient for the customer to get their goods to the car. read more

I was thrilled they opened one of these stores in the Riverside area. I am seriously addicted to this place though and probably should cut back on my visits! Home goods has very stylish home necessities and accessories for remarkably less money than at the department stores. read more

This Home Goods store is huge! They have everything you could possibly imagine. Decorative plates, silverware, pots & pans, wall decor, bedroom, bathroom, etc... The prices are relatively low! Even better, they have tons of stuff on clearance! The store is a little bit cluttered, but what can you expect from a store linked with TJ Maxx. Still, worth looking to get a good buy! This Home Goods is connected to TJ maxx so you can browse both stores and pay at one time! I find this convenient. This is one of my favorite Home Goods! I will be returning shortly! read more

I don't know the other TJMAX & HOME GOODS, store, but this store in Moreno Valley the staff is rude, it seems like they don't need customer.

HomeGoods needs to occupy the entire space of the building and not share with TJMax, even though connected. Items would be better displayed and make room for additional merchandise. TJMax should be able to move into a vacated store nearby, which would be a much better setup. Because of the lack of display space at the Moreno Valley store I prefer visit other locations, such as Rancho Cucamonga where one at least can use the shopping cart to transport purchases to ones car, which they won't let you do at Moreno Valley. It can be a problem when one is by oneself and can't carry all bags in one swoop or items are too heavy. read more

This place literally has the cutest home decor! I don't even go here for things that I need, I go for the store to tell me what to buy! The prices are reasonable although their rugs are on the higher side. (You can certainly find them cheaper somewhere else). The home decor is priced well for the styles and unique pieces you can find. read more

Awesome selection on furniture and other decor for all parts of a home. Lots of great clearance stuff that can easily be refurbished and purchased at a half and sometimes a quarter of the cost. This location specifically is large and has a great selection. It is also connected to the TJMaxx so you can shop for clothing as well. read more

This specific Home Goods has a Customer Service rep by the name of Rich who is awesome!!! Last Sunday, he helped load two really heavy chairs into my husband's truck, wrapped them up, and secured them with a rope. We trundled home with the chairs intact, no problems en route. This is great store. I have fond some really nice pieces that now decorate my home. I love color and different styles.

First off, I usually love home goods. My experience at this location, however, was awful. I found a few things which I just loved along with some glasses which would make a perfect gift. Unfortunately one of the glasses was chipped but I figured that I could still give two of them just rewrapped. I brought my selections to the cashier and I asked if they had any kind of discount for damaged items as this was the only set they had and I could only give two. I would have been fine with a "no" but instead they brought over a manager who said that she would take care of it and that she "probably took more off" than she should have. When the new price was run up the glasses came in as $48. Original price was $49.99. Are you kidding me?! $2 off of a $50 purchase is "more" than she probably should?! I would have rather she just said no. I decided to skip the glasses because I was so annoyed but still would get the rest of my selections. After I paid, the cashier proceeded to toss my glass pumpkin in the air. He caught it but that behavior is completely inappropriate and just confirmed my feeling that this location does not care about your experience or satisfaction. Although I love this store with their good finds and prices, I have had horrible experiences with management. Never have I met a management team in customer service where they make you feel like you're lying or trying to cheat them. As a former customer service worker myself, I know there are people who steal, lie, etc. However, you are never to imply or make assumptions. I have been a long time customer. Even a platinum card holder. Today I tried to return some storage bins that had been in my storage for about 6 months. They were never used with the tags still attached. However, because there were 2 strands of hair in them the manager said she could only give me half my money. All I wanted was store credit which I was literally going to turn around and use. Then later she changed her story saying she would only take off $2 per bin. The manager even smelled the bins in front of me. I walked out upset and insulted. However, the cashier was very sweet and kindly explained the store policy without making me feel like a fool. This is just 1 of 2 bad experiences I had with management this year. read more
