I never had a problem with this location's TJ Maxx. I think it is beautiful -- it's a combination of both TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, so you are greeted at the door by many decorations. They even color coordinated the decorations too. When I came, the door had a table full of blue and white porcelain decorations, and at another table, there were many green vases and statues Lots of variety of clothes and makeup, skincare you could find here too. I'd say the value is great for those items in particular. My only gripe is how MESSY an USED the makeup were -- I didnt find any lip products and powders I liked because they were all smashed up, or someone had opened them before I arrived. This store is half Home Goods, and half TJ Maxx. Ultimately it is the best of both worlds. It is full of fun and unique finds from clothes, to perfumes, to toys. Once you get finished with the TJ Maxx side, then you can get your fill of homeward shopping. Tins of holiday decor, cutting boards, and finds for first time home buyers to the homemaker that enjoys revamping their home. The location is always very clean, the cashiers are always super friendly. Only issue is check out can be long, and standing in the queue you may often make a ton of impluse/unnecessary purchases. I love this Tjmaxx with Home goods. I bought a corner table with a few paint chip. It was 24.99 I asked if I could get a discount. A manager came by, looked at it and said you can have it for 20.00 yippy I also got a beautiful laundry basket, quite tall , we can't take the shopping cart outside, they met me at the curb for curb side delivery Then I met someone really nice in front of me in line, she also met me outside to help load stuff into my car. Hi there, Wanted to shout out employee, Harriette. I was in there shopping for the first time, at the end of April. Love the store by the way! I was looking for a graduation gift for my son. He earned his Master's Degree! Boy! am I proud!! Anyway, I found some cologne and to my surprise, it was reasonably priced! Found some face wash and a few other things. I went up to pay for the items and Ms. Harriette suggested I get a charge card! Oh man.. I was thrilled! She was very patient, kind and knowledgeable! Funny too! Fantastic personality! Last week I went to return a rug or get just store credit , I lost my paper receipt and I usually do the option to send the receipt to my email , so some reason my email isn't working and I couldn't find the receipt , but thanks to Ron (cashier) hands down he was able to help me to get store credit , I really appreciate all his help , since I paid for that rug $80 bucks which I got as credit towards my purchase! If I could put 0 stars I would the customer service was not good and the cashier was straight up rude. We got a couple of things and only ended up buying 1 because the prices were wrong and some of them didn't even have a price. What made me upset was that one of the items (Nike hoodie) had a red tag saying it was 20$ and the cashier was implying that we changed the price tag on it. Wasn't expecting for this place to be so busy on a Thursday morning. I waited 30 minutes (yes I timed it) in the que which started at the entrance near purses! I've never seen the line so long here. Ok so this store is connected with home goods which is amazing, I couldn't even believe it when I saw it. The store is awesome and great deals ready to be purchased. Since the store are together youbhave clothes shoes and home stuff at your disposal. Walking in there's is a lot of people looking for deals and enjoying themselves. I saw some shoes on sale good walking pair. I even bought some Christmas socks for 50 cents lol so cute though. We look for deals of course not everything there is a good deal, but its nice to look at the pretty things. I gave to a 4 stars because I could l not find these basket I was looking for. Lol I use there bathroom and they were decent noting too complain about. The lines were super long but the cashier did not make it feel long. read more

Just left this store it is 9:20 ish on 5/21/22 and me and my sister have our 3 year old daughters. They needed to pee and we took them. The toilets were disgusting and we could not even put our daughters to sit down. I went to go speak to someone to clean it (politely) because our girls really needed to go. After the associate went in we waited. All she did was sweep and flush one of the toilets and told us with a really horrible attitude that they were clean after she completely ignored...does this look clean to y'all???? This was all after we were told us it was cleaned! This place discriminates if you don't look rich and white. If you're not white they always ask "if you need help shopping" and they follow you around to "make sure you're not stealing" I got followed around by a fat lady with glasses and a pony tail with dark hair , I guess she was a lead or a manager, and when I confronted her about following me she denied it. I used to love this TJ Maxx, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere, someplace that doesn't discriminate because people look different. read more

This IS a good TJ Maxx connected to Homegoods which always makes it just that much better. I prefer the Runway locations and didn't find anything here any of the times that I have been here but they do have a good selection, its not as full as other locations and its clean and well organized. I received very excellent service from this TJ Maxx today. Came in browsing for some clothes and found a pretty good selection. When I went to try on some items I liked, the girl that helped me was very friendly. There was a lot of people in here today for some reason and this girl managed to take care of everyone with a smile and really good attitude. This is the type of employees that should get promoted. Her area, that I assume she's responsible for was kept neat and clean. This was my first time visiting this particular TJ Maxx, even though I'm local. Worst customer service ever! Staff is beyond rude never helpful. They don't have a return line so you have to wait in line all over again and the line alone is always ridiculous! You ask a employee a question and they act like your bothering them, no eye contact. Place is a hot mess merchandise over cluttered and on the floors. I love TJ Maxx but I'm never coming to this location again. The other comments about bad customer service are absolutely right. I had a return. I bought an item at the Menifee location and visited Moreno Valley's location because it's close to work. I figured I'd pop by on my lunch saving me the time after work to do it. I walked in and since I had a TJ bag they all knew it was a return and I automatically felt unwelcome. I saw eye-rolls, sighs and avoidance from people on the floor and at the register. The line was SO RIDICULOUSLY LONG. So of course it took a HALF HOUR of my lunch because of course they don't want two separate lines for Home Goods and TJ. Once I got to the register the lady had no smile or no "how can I help you". I was the one who said "Hi". Once I explained she doesn't even look at me and gestures over a supervisor who looks at me like I'm trying to pull something and says "if I take this it'll mess up my inventory". WHAT?! I spent a half hour here and that's it? Two seconds to tell me to get lost? If this had happened but was more polite, respectful or kind I'd be frustrated but since it didn't I'm beyond frustrated so beware this store. One or two bad reviews is one thing but with how many are listed for this store, I'd heed the warning. read more

This TJ Maxx is really big! It is connected to their affiliated store, Home Goods. The store has everything. There were tons of purses & an entire wall of scarves! The womens and jrs. section was plentiful! I didn't get a chance to look through the mens section, but will do on my next visit! Store policy says returns are accepted without receipt for store credit only and they refused to return my NEW unused item saying it was against policy to take returns without a receipt this was said by the store "manager" she hadn't even looked at my item she only went based of what the cashier told her ! I love the HUGE variety of clothes and beauty and that it's connected to Home Goods!!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVED that! It caught me completely by surprise! BUT.... I did witness a couple of employees opening their checks on the sales floor practically smack dab in the middle of Home Goods! Not even in a discreet back corner! But right there in the center! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! There does need to be better management there.
