This store has numerous items sold out and not available. Many items on the shelves do not match the flavors on the labels . Food dept is terrible with empty shelves and I can always find numerous expired products . Employees are not helpful at all . Try to avoid this target . The one on soscol ave is way better. read more

I am not a box store fan at all, but if I need something from one I will go here. Clean, well organized....so much better than Wal Mart.

This store employee's never know where their products are. You ask a simple question where something is, and you get the run around. One person will say oh it is on a certain area, and then you got another employee saying oh no it is over here. You end of leaving empty handed, because the employee's don't know their store. Also at the fitting room you see all the employees in a conversation and not even paying attention to it's customers. I purchased Odoul's non-alc beer, and the cashier insisted on scanning my ID, because the CYA product declaration is 0.5% alc. Some apparatchik in HQ wants it that way. This is just absurd, as absurd as the "manager" (all of her 19 years) insisted she could not sell the stuff. I suggested she send my complaint to HQ, but couldn't give me the phone number. She suggested I stand in line for customer "service" to get the number. Asking for an ID for Odoul's is unnecessary and wrong. Until you change your Soviet-style policy, Methinks Target is no longer my store! read more

I just want to say that My Husband & I went grocery shopping last night, Feb 4,2013 at the Target Store on Soscol Avenue and it seemed like every employee asked if we needed help finding anything. We shop here frequently which is just about everything every 2 weeks and last night the employees were EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! When we checked out we made sure to be in RYANs checkout!!! He is FUN, Personable and ALWAYS a PLEASURE to see at the end of our grocery shopping!! He is Enthusiastic and makes you feel at home there!!! My shopping experience at this Target was horrible. The lady that works the fitting rooms in the women's department was harassing me and my 10 year old daughter and made us both feel really uncomfortable and disrespected. I will not be taking my daughter shopping there again anytime soon if ever. read more

3 stars for this target just due to the fact that it is a lot smaller then the other target here in town and they don't have the same wide variety/stock as the other. That said it is still a nice store and well up kept. read more

Just got off the phone with a lovely young woman named Rosa. I have been desperately trying to find a striped scarf that is not available for shipping anymore and has limited stock throughout the bay area. I came in a few days prior in search for this scarf, as Target.com said that this location had several in stock. The employees helping me that night were less than helpful, including the young man at the guest services desk. I called back this morning to see if anyone had found one of these scarfs and Rosa did not see any, but put me on hold for about 20 minutes to search for them in store. Last Saturday, March 19, 2016, I visited the Target at Bel Aire Plaza shopping center in Napa California. It was my first outing since I've lost all my hair to chemo/cancer. I met my friend for coffee at Starbucks and we were sitting and enjoying our drink. Because of chemo and the way it makes me feel I had to use the bathroom desperately. So once I was able to get up and run to the bathroom to my surprise it was closed for cleaning. I hesitated and I thought "I really have to go". Reluctantly, I went in and a guy was in there cleaning; I looked at him and said, "I'm sorry, but I really have to go to the bathroom bad". He said, I will be done in a few minutes". I looked at him, and said, "I'm really sorry, but I have to go really bad". His comment to me was, "Well you can go ahead and go but I'm staying in here and cleaning". To my shock and disbelief, I had no choice but to go ahead and go while he was still in the bathroom cleaning. He did not bother to give me any privacy whatsoever. So, I went down to the very last bathroom stall to use that toilet, hoping for some privacy. To my surprise he continued cleaning and was walking back and forth cleaning right in front of the door where I was at in the bathroom. The reason why I wanted to go the last stall was in hopes to avoid that and to be the furthest away from him that I could be. After all, he gave me no privacy. Which made me feel very very uncomfortable. If I could see him he could see me. Very embarrassed, very humiliated, and very much an invasion of my privacy, I had no choice but to continue to use the bathroom. When I was finished, and came out of the stall, he was standing right there in the middle of the floor. I washed and dried my hands without looking at him. As I walk past him I looked right at him and said, you were very rude and very unprofessional. He shrugged his shoulders and said, "So". I walked out in tears. I asked an associate standing by if I could talk to the store manager. She directed me to a floor supervisor. As I was crying I explain my situation to her. Although, I didn't feel I needed to explain my medical condition to her, But I did. I even told her, I don't feel I need to explain my medical condition to you. She did apologize profusely, and was very kind. She gave me a $20 gift certificate and 4 coupons for four dollars off!!!! That does not even come close to the humiliation, the embarrassment, and the invasion of my privacy that I experienced in that store on March 19, 2016 at approximately 4:15 PM. I will never be able to walk into that store ever again. It's hard enough having cancer and my appearance changing drastically, but to have been so humiliated, so embarrassed, and my privacy taken away from me. I will no longer shop at that store. read more

This review is for the dark-haired young twenty-something man in the electronics department at this store. I went there yesterday afternoon (around 5 pm) for a cord for my iPhone. I am not an electronics-savvy person by any stretch of the imagination - I just wanted to charge my dead cell phone, and when I asked questions to make sure this was the right cord to fit my phone (thinking that was not unreasonable to double-check before leaving the store), he gave me that arrogant "never mind" - you are stupid - attitude of superiority. I thought that was very odd, considering he is in customer service and there to help and educate the public. One, I will never shop that department again, and two, I hope the store gives him a lesson in what real customer service is all about - courtesy and hospitality to the buying customer. read more

Today I went to buy a new iPhone 8+ for my son in the black Friday ad, a deal for when you buy a new iPhone, you receive a free $250 target gift card with the activation of the phone. Before I even go to the store, I call in advance to make sure this promotion was valid this early, having the understanding of which the Samsung promotions were valid. After saying confirming with the TARGET Tech that the promotion is valid as of today. We go there and have to wait 15 mins or so, and while we wait i grab a few household items we commonly use in the house. Once it was our turn, we go entirely through the process of deactivating my son's phone, running over to AT&T down the street to pay off the remaining cash on his installment plan, buy the new iPhone 8+, set up the phone, the young woman helping us tells us at the end that the promotion would not start till Thursday when doors open for Black Friday. So, after the 2 hour fiasco that we were there, she deactivates the new phone, returns it, and I get my full refund and I am free to go. After leaving the store we realize after ALL OF THIS, she never reactivated my son's phone he uses already. We go BACK TO AT&T, pay for a new sim card, and everything is working again just as it was over 2 hours ago before this all happened. Lets make the final point as well, the young woman who did happen to help us in the store, was the woman who i spoke to on the phone. I've bought one other phone from Target, the South Napa Target and the process was very similar, a long wait as though it was a day trip. Thus when I could have done the exact same thing at an AT&T store in less than a 1/2 hour. DONT BUY PHONES FROM TARGET EVER read more

Stopped by here in a pinch for a camera tripod at the last minute. I was surprised to see three tripods of acceptable quality at very reasonable prices! In and out in under 10 minutes -- which is good since I can only stand shopping for 10 minutes ;-) read more

This is the worst target I've ever shopped in. The black haired supervisor/lead was very disrespectful and provided horrible customer service. She didn't have a name tag on and when I asked her what her name was she responded, "I don't have to tell you my name" very rude! Definitely, didn't feel like a "guest" if that's what they call their customers. If I remember correctly from previous shopping visits her name might be Kenia or Kenya. Sadly the store is changing. More groceries less of what I'm looking for at a Target. Just went in this Saturday with a list of 20 items.... they didn't have one! NO mens slippers, NO Thomas the train tracks, NO PJ's for a 3T, 4T or 5T toddlers, very small selecion of toddler clothes (#1 reason I shop at Target), NO kids bingo games, NO kids rain boots, etc, etc, etc..... I think that was my last trip to Target. read more

This is the worst Target I have ever been to, and I've been to a lot. They never have everything I need so I envitably end up going to the one on Soscol (which has more to offfer). I always want to like this location because it is close to Trader Joes and Cost Plus, but have yet to leave completely satisfied. read more

I enjoy coming to this Target from time to time. I've never had a problem finding items and the store is very clean and orderly. My only problem is with an employee. She is very rude and loud. At first I would brush it off but now if I walk in I will walk out of I see she is there, I'd rather drive a crossed town or shop elsewhere. She runs the cashiers area and every time she is working I feel like everyone is stressed. I have actually seen her snap at her cashiers. It makes me wonder what kind of management is running the place if they allow her to treat them that way. She is a bit shorter with dark curly hair. The only this I recommend is to avoid her while shopping at target. Other than that it's a good store. I will keep shopping here as long as I don't run into the sort front end manager. read more
