Another three weeks passed and when I tried my eyeglasses, they still didn't fit my vision, in fact, the lenses got worse! Another 3 weeks went by and I finally called Serrins about my eyeglasses, to which the staff said that it was delivered to the wrong lab and that they're going to send it back to the correct lab. Frustrated, I decided to retrieve my frame back and go somewhere else where they know what they're doing! Overall, there were 2.5 months without my glasses! Unacceptable! I doubled checked the number & tried again, same thing. Totally creepy, not a normal "wrong number" situation. I called the phone number I found on Yelp (not the same as the one on EyecareLive's website), and no one answered. I tried the Yelp link for EyecareLive, and yep! It's the same website & same company. Only thing different is the phone number. No one at EycareLive has responded to my e-mail about this, either. This is obviously a scam, and I doubt I'm going to get my money back. I cancelled the fake "appointment", but I'm sure the "hold" amount is going to become permanent & I'm going to have to try to dispute the payment.
