I really enjoy this Target location. I've had very good luck with their online ordering and being able to pick up my order quickly. I usually do not have to wait too long once I'm at the store waiting for pick up as well, which is always appreciated! The curbside pick up staff members are very friendly and efficient. Although this target is very crowded, I've learned that they pick up ordering is successful without having to go inside with the crowd. read more

As much as I frequent Target I can't say I've been to this location and let me just say, wow. The selections and set are way different than the North Buffalo location and now since the Blvd location is temporarily closed I'm hoping they can upgrade! read more

This place is ok. Sometimes messy and out of product. Employees are not always around when looking for something. But it gets the job done. When having to use the auto checkout. I do like the worker standing there helping out and get the line moving. The one employee got my 30% off when it was cheaper online. Targets are all pretty much the same, so this is just like any other... same merch, same layout, same same, same... If you find that comforting, this is the place to go to find just about anything you want... if you are looking for really inexpensive, Target doesn't fit that bill anymore... prices have increased but they aren't prohibitive, just not as many great deals as in the past... This place is great!! I don't come here much at all. (I've been here twice in the last four months and prior to that, it had been a few years.) They are currently redoing parts of the store. I'm sure it'll look great when it's done. A new Starbucks is where the return area used to be. I'm not sure what they're putting in where the service desk used to be. The area in front of the registers is being redone too. I came in last night to get a new blender. I picked up gummy bears from their dollar section. I also picked up a few grocery items. (A few new to me products like chick pea pizza from the Banza company.) I decided not to go through their self checkout area. Owen was my cashier. He was really great. He was funny, we joked around, and he fit my blender in one of their small paper bags!! Bonus! My experience at Target last night was really great. read more

I went to the electronics department and asked the worker who was wearing an IT shirt on what size band I would need for my Apple Watch.He replied "I don't know" and walked away.Luckily I found another worker in the department putting stock away and he was much more cooperative and helpful.Why they gave this worker a position in IT is crazy. read more

I purchased a few items on their website with payment through PayPal .I received a notification from PayPal that the order was completed with all the appropriate information sent to me However when I went to the store for pickup they could not locate my order. I waited 20 minutes for them to try to locate along with calling someone in another area of the company.They indicated that there was no order placed but I had all kinds of information on my phone indicating store location, etc Since I had frozen items in my car I could not wait much longer for them to try to locate the issue. I even asked to call me upon resolution of the problem. I left very frustrated for their lack of concern I then called 4 hours later to ask about status of my order & they referred me to contact PayPal. Cassie took no responsibility to try to help or fix the problem. So much for customer service. No one cares anymore. I am calling Management to express my concerns & frustration. read more

What happened to the courteous, kind, obedient etc...? This incident happened a few weeks ago now. It was not busy at that time either. I had 4/5 items I was looking to buy. A couple shirts, LEGO, a pop and something else. The shirts... I found these shirts 1 royal blue, the other red; both same brand, size, and on the discount rack. I asked the gal if she could match the price of the cheaper one. We're talking a mere .50/$1.00 difference. The gal says "No, they are 2 different item numbers and that's the price of them. I thought damn that was a fairly haste answer. Not wanting to argue or cause a scene I said "ok, fine... I'll still take it I guess." She gives me my total idk $23.36 or something close. I hand her a $50 bill I frantically look for a penny. I found one behind me at the other register. She says "No, I'm sorry I can't use that penny. I'm like what?! What do you mean you can't use this penny?! It's a penny... I'm trying to help up both out. The gal proceeds to tell me these coins are accounted for at each register and they need to remain at that register. I looked at the lady and said are you serious? With a snicker; she says "yes" very sternly. Like I'm a 5yr old or some shit. I said ya know what? Forget it... I don't want this stuff anymore. She turns to me and says "you don't?" I said hell no... not the way you just treated me and reached over the little kiosk and literally snatched my $50 bill out of her hand and she didn't know what to do. I know just me won't ever make a difference to Target, but me knowing I didn't flip out, retaliate with this review, and never going back makes me extremely happy. They're losing their touch anyway. Bathroom was filthy! All they did was close it. The store is always in a remodel phase. Shelves are usually poorly stocked. Huge mess in the back. Staff is difficult to find. Two hour orders are actually pick up the next day and that's after trying over half a dozen times to get orders. Customer service and item pick up never have enough employees. Last time I waited 20 minutes and it was only one Employee, this time there were a dozen people in line and two employees trying to help everybody. From now on I'm just gonna do delivery. read more

I just don't shop here because it's just too busy. But this morning I got there at8am. They have a senior & high risk hour. They had security at the door letting in only the appropriate people. Thank you to target for standing up for the high risk people. Some stores do a senior hour but they let any one in. Target is doing the right thing. I will be back. read more

This is by far my favorite local Target. Maybe because it's newer and clean... Yeah, that's probably it. But it seems more peaceful and it reminds me of being out of town, for some reason. That's always a good thing when you're used to the same old scene on most days. There's a Starbucks here. Their 1 Spot is superb and easy to walk through. Overall worth a trip to, if you're a Target fanatic like I am. Though, I also work close by. But you'll have the added excitement of visiting the Homegoods and Marshall's also. And I like the Rue21 because even though I'm decades beyond the teenage demographic, there's sometimes a nice item of clothing I can add to my wardrobe inexpensively. SO, come to this Target, and then hit the other stores. This is a great plaza, and a great Target! read more

Because of my angst with Amazon I have been purchasing online from Target with pick up at this location. What can I say? Prices are competitive and pick up is a freaking breeze. I was dubious. I've had mind numbing experiences at Walmart after purchasing online. The last couple of times that I have done this - easy ! Walk in with ID to the front guest services desk. Show aforementioned ID and walk away with product. I hate to shop. I order the product(s) online and get a purchase confo#. Usually within an hour or two I get a pick up notice. And seriously, the stuff is there and not in previously opened packaging. Cool. Now I have a lovely new iron that I can use on hubby's clothes. Life does not get any better than this! read more

This is one of the best Targets in Buffalo, having only been renovated within the past two years. It's a big, beautiful store that has the new Target standards of Starbucks and Pizza hut in it as well. However the plaza that Target started years ago is now way over-developed and is a slight hassle to get in and out of. Definitely has the merchandise in stock and associates are always near by. This target is neatly organized and I can find anything that I need. I like that the specials are posted right when you walk in so you can check out what's on sale that week. They always have new items in stock and the workers are full of energy and willing to help you out. If you need something carried out to your car they can help you with that as well. Terrible service. Cashiers take the last people in line when they open a new cash register. Ordered a grill with 2-day shipping, now it's going to take 10 days!!!! Can't cancel, Oh NO, IT'S PROCESSING!!!!!!! They don't even know where it's shipping from. They don't care. Minimum service for minimum wage. So sad to see this store go so far downhill. It's always empty too. Could own the whole retail market, but just not smart enough. read more
