This Target used to be a go-to for me and it still would be, if they actually had any staff working. Waited over 30 minutes for a cabinet to be unlocked and had a hard time finding a staff member. We pushed the button and waited....and waited. Eventually a line of people formed in the aisle and I found what seemed to be the one staff member working at the return and exchange counter. She called someone to come to the aisle and we continued to wait another 10 mins. All the registers are empty and the only option is self checkout. Target is a HUGE company who could afford to hire a few more people. I won't shop here again. read more

Super small Target store. Mostly same stuff that you would find at any other Target location, but cut down to about 1/4 of the size. Store is clean and well stocked. Customer service was non-existent, and as per usual for Target, checkout lines were super long. read more

I don't mind that this is a smaller Target location that doesn't have all the patio furniture and as extensive of a grocery or clothing/houseware sections because they are usually consistently stocked on the essentials. What I do mind is that the parking lot is flooded with transients begging for money that can sometimes get pretty aggressive, and that leads me to avoid this location because I don't want to deal with being harassed by people when I'm on my way in and out of the store. The security in the store will not handle security issues even right outside of the front door. So, you're on your own if you get badgered outside of the building. It's a shame because this location has the potential to be a great location if they would be willing to get a handle on the parking lot transient problem. read more

This Target should honestly shut down. It offers zero value, even Walgreens has more to offer. Socks and Tide detergent are locked up, and it takes 15 minutes for someone to open them. The store constantly lacks basic items, and what's left is often expired or sitting on empty shelves. Food is genuinely dirty or months expired. If crime is so bad that laundry soap and socks need security tags, that's a sign this location shouldn't exist. The snack aisle at a Michael's has more variety than this "Target." This place feels like a pop-up shop experiment gone wrong. For the sake of their stock price, they should save themselves the trouble and close this location. read more

It's just your average Target, but smaller. I know they won't have anywhere near the same inventory as the larger Targets, so I always check the app to see if things are stock before coming here if I have something specific in mind. If I'm just browsing, or running in to pick up some basics, I really like coming here. It's definitely less of an ordeal than the bigger Targets since it has a much smaller foot print. My go-to place a few times a week while working in Phoenix. The employees were user-friendly, and helpful in a clean environment. Inventory varied a tad bit as I couldn't find certain hair products for ethnic hair as with the other locations further east. I have tried to warn the manager over and over that there is something in there that is harming the dogs and no one is taking me seriously. All The check out lanes with an attendant was closed so I had to go through self checkout I didn't want to because I feel like every time I do I'm being questioned by the attendant if I scanned something, And that's exactly what happened mind you I am a black female. an older white lady was watching me like a hawk I had a case of Aquafina at the bottom of the kart and I grabbed the scanner to scan it. And I was asked if I did... I said yes I know you saw me scan it did you want to see my receipt. She said no. I am the world's biggest Target fan. Target is a regular stomping ground for my shopping needs so I was excited when this little pop up shop opened. Even though it is more of a grocery store establishment they still offer many regular household items. You won't find everything but you will find items to meet your basic needs. What I like is they open at 7am which makes a nice quick stop before a busy work day. They have a Starbucks inside that tends to be out of stock of popular order items. Which is hurting them because there is another one that faces the Target shopping center establishment. What I don't like about this Target is the service. They have not managed to get this right since day one. Never a greeting when you walk in or a thank you when you leave. You see unfriendly associates who seem bothered. It is by far the weirdest experience as this is not Target's culture. This happens on the floor, registers and service checkout. Plan on waiting a while if you order online for pickup. That process needs some help as well. One major warning you can't return items unless they have that item in stock. I guess there warehouse is small so they only accept returns from purchases in their store. Great concept as they offer items that many may be need last minute and have groceries that are much higher then a grocery store and a regular target, but great idea. I found a lady and asked her if she could assist me in grabbing a controller. She turned around and gave me the nastiest stare ever and didn't even respond she just started walking towards the case. This is the teeny tiniest little target I've ever visited. I stopped in to kill some time while my car was being fixed at a nearby auto shop. The selection is very limited, especially in the children's clothing department. I should mention that every department is small, but that is to be expected given the space they have to work with (not their fault). The service here sucked today, was at the skincare isle where cerave , cetaphil area is located. Now it has a button to call which I found kinda annoying since I don't like bothering ppl, and we rang it twice because I've had experiences where no one shows up or stop by which has happened before but I made sure to not ring it anymore . The lady came by and gave us the silent treatment and was being passive aggressive. She kept looking at my friend after I had told her I needed the lotion. She stared me again and finally used her words , I asked politely toward the lotion and pointed at it. She stared at me again until I picked it up myself which is fine but weird cus I thought they are supposed to hand it to you. I would definitely give this place zero stars if I could, being as pushy as some of the employees are is obnoxious. All the employees come up and consistently bug you if your ready because they are closing and they are turning the lights off so for safety reasons cannot have customers in the store, well why would you start turning the lights off if there are a lot of customers still remaining in the store and for "safety concerns". I'm sorry but this definitely was not a good visit at all to this location and I would suggest shopping elsewhere especially smaller chain stores. This is the note I gave to Target Customer Service, but there so lame it wont matter... I made a purchase below $20, and was forced to go to a store for pick up twice due to a mistaken delivery for female products- I am a male. I called to get Customer Support, but rather than understanding my frustration I was hung up on for raising my voice- why would I not raise my voice afte 6 callsa without Supervisor assistance. After hours waiting and beginning to understand the burdensome Terms of Agreement between myself and Target as pointed out by a clever associate; I still have to wait and return the item to Target myself to collect my refund although Target has not apparently charged my account yet, but my bank will dispute this. I only wanted to buy a Coin sorting device for less than $20, but because this is a Third-Party transaction- I am told that NOTHING can be done by Target to make me whole. This is dissapointing indeed and I will share the truth to Yelp. Instagram, Facebook, X, and make a plea by YouTube hoping that customers become aware that the truth is Target is not to be bothered with a customer relationship of less than $20. This is offensive to me and this is NOT about the money, but rather the incredible inconvenience the entire Customer Service structure must support without bothering a Manager despite begging for a supervisor repeatedly on more than 4 calls where representatives rudely hang up when an upset customer raises there voice- ofcourse one raises their voice when frustrated in 114 degree weather in lowly Mesa Arizona- I guess I will just have to brave the heat again and make to additional trips to get my refund. Thats fine, I will share this truth with as many friends and Target Customers as possible especially since Amazon gladly took my same-day delivery request for the Coin Sorting device. How the great have crumbled. Target used to be considered a leader in the field, now a mear skeleton of its former self. I ask myself whenever I go by one or, thro caution to the wind and actually go inside one, what is the family that created the supply and demand store out of love and necessity, feeling about the way the once "SUPER" store is not only being run but running around the very folks it was built to help. I grew up with the Dayton / Hudson families and know they would not approve. The store was hatched from their mega brainchild 'Daytons', a luxury department store that sold the best of the best, and invested its profits and core values in the communities around it. They built "happiness" and gifted it to those who needed it. They made "affordability" an art and spread "love" as far as you could imagine. Target these days has lost sight of the" TARGET" and offer a building full of overpriced items that most likely will never be seen again after the first time introduced. Went to check out at midday today with a full cart and not one check-out lane was open. However, several employees were standing around the self check-out area chatting while customers were forced to use the machines. There are multiple reasons why someone may not want, or be physically or mentally able to use self check-out machines. This demonstrates a total lack of regard for customers. read more

Finally visited this place after being open for about a month. I live and work nearby so it's a convenient location for me. They seem to have a little bit of everything - and yes, even a Starbucks inside! Unfortunately, during my first visit, I didn't find what I needed (valve caps for my tires) but I knew it was a long shot. They had a tiny area for automobile things, and this seems to be the case with all the other departments - a little bit of everything. Overall, I'd come back here if I need a few, basic items. Need to revamp the self checkouts and also have at least one or two full service registers open. If you don't take a cart and just use a basket, you end up having to put your bagged items on the floor as you're using self checkout bc they're so crammed, there's nowhere else to put them. Sometimes they'll have one regular register open, but very often they don't and the self check out can get pretty long while there's employees just hanging out shooting the sh*t together at the self checkout. read more

Customer service is the one thing you guys should be able to offer yet you lack on a major skill, I went to this location to get some snacks for movie night at my place. Saw some cinnamon rolls on sale for $1.89 so I grabbed them, went to self check out bc that seems to be the only option at this location, scanned my items and the cinnamon rolls rang up at the normal price of $3.99, got the attention of an employee, explained that they were ringing up incorrectly, instead of walking 20 feet to check for a sale sign, she goes to customer service, scans them and says, they're $3.99, you must have read the sign wrong. No I didn't, I can read. So after ringing my items I go back and take a photo proving my point. Basically I did the lady's job for her, you're welcome. Soooooo annoyed!!! read more
