Sooooo overpriced. I literally saw them selling a used cube storage for $150 absolutely insane prices.

Honest, full of integrity and have great merchandise at a reasonable price. 10 out of 10 every time!

They had a lot of nice furniture. Some was modern and some was fairly old. There was a good selection to see.

I just had the pleasure of visiting this consignment store. The selection is amazing. Not only is the condition of the merchandise excellent the quality is there as well. I believe there is something for everyone. The store is huge, therefore, allow yourself enough time to see everything available. 15 minutes won't be enough. Purchased a couch for a rarely used room from this 'shop'. We noticed a small red marking (photo 2) but were assured by the sleazy salesman that this is the only blemish. I was shopping with someone else and we were both told by the 'salesman' that this would not spread and we would not see additional damage in this area. Flat out, the salesman lied to both of us. We both heard and remember his lies clearly, so please take that into account when dealing with this store. The salesman seemed to be in a huge hurry to have us pick up the couch, but agreed that we could come by the next day (we now realize that he was in such a hurry to have us pick it up because the peeling arm was going to continue no matter what we did). Upon pickup, the couch was not cared for and was outside, not inside of the shop, which, in hindsight should have raised flags that it wasn't cared for once he had a few bucks in his pocket. We picked up the couch, placed it in the spare room, and went out of town the next day for several weeks to spend time with a family member in a cooler climate who was recently diagnosed with cancer and having surgery. When we returned, the couch, which was untouched, indoors, not exposed to the sun or any elements, was massively peeling. It's unclear how this could have happened, as the 'furniture professional with years of experience' ensured both of us this would not happen. Additionally, we inspected a bit more to find significant damage and multiple filthy tears on the couch (photos 3 and 4). While we understand this wasn't a new product, the store had strategically placed signs on the couch covering damage and had organized and presented the cushions in a way that the additional damage wasn't visible! We immediately contacted the shop, and naturally, the salesman was of little help, although, bizarrely, we were offered a $100 check, a fraction of the cost of the couch. I guess he realized what a piece of trash he sold us and felt bad? Who knows (we did not accept and chose to dispute the charge, which is ongoing). Ultimately, looking back our experience was dreadful. Most of the products they sell appear to have been garbage picked or bought at goodwill and marked up to a premium. Clearly I would caution anyone from shopping at this store, and surely what the 'salesman' says is to be vetted by a professional. Phoenix has many good consignment shops and unfortunately this isn't one of them. Oh yeah, they received over $10K in PPP loans, which were forgiven, so I guess they got our money twice! read more

Really really cool selection of stuff here, but the price tags made me very sad. Just beware of the prices

Drove an hour to get there. They had a chess of drawers that I was interested in that I saw online. When I pulled up it was a cute place very quaint a lot of character. They had customers but it was at least two employees from what I can see. No one acknowledged me at all. I looked at everything ......scanned the area a lot of quality pre-appreciated items. I walked all the way to the back. I was there to spend money. I looked at the drawer that I want and it it was the right price. And I didn't have a sold item on it. And I needed it as I am moving into my new home this Saturday. Lingered around no one asked if I needed any help. The only person that was aware of my presence was the customer who looked at me and gave me an acknowledgment smile as if he knew I was being ignored on purpose. The owners or people who work there gave me no eye contact at all and because of that there was no way that I would spend any kind of money. You know it is a vibe that you get when a person is lacking professionalism and /or experience and/or trained or common sense Customer Service. And then there is a vibe that you get when your money is not green as anybody else's because of the color of your skin. If you decide to have a business open to the public and you don't want other peoples business it might be better to just put a sign on the door to say no colored allowed. Which is crazy coming from me because I'm actually of mixed breed and I'm the last one to feel any type of segregation compared to some people in my family or friends when is actually happening. This is such a fun local Mom and Pop or rather Brother and Sister store. Always great fun cool unusual stuff, and check out the prices! This is the store on Bell Road in Phoenix, AZ. Just left and I gotta say, this place is a treasure trove of pretty things. We needed a desk for our home office and Aaron was a delight to work with! We wandered a bit and spied so many things for our new place .... from beds, to consoles, to a fainting couch, to the long sought after desk! Aaron helped to load and it turned out the desk is from one of my favorite places, the Bombay Company, which is no longer available in the U.S. Did I say this place is a treasure trove?
