The delivery crew told me that the headboard was not in a box when he got it . It had been" repackaged". Just a guess but someone else had rejected it and they were hoping I would not notice the flaws. The next date to get a new bed is unknown but at least six weeks away. I mentioned to the rooms to go customer service representative that if they can't deliver undamaged furniture on the third try that I'd like my money back. She informed me that their policy was " no refunds". So if you shop at Rooms To Go keep in mind that they won't refund your money even if they can't deliver furniture that is not damaged.

The Sofa isn't even 2 years old and we called the warranty company and told us it was wear and tear which is not covered. Real leather does not peel. I wrote a review on Google and they replied back if there is anything we can do to help so we called back and they told us it's just a 1 year warranty and there is nothing they can do, totally ignoring my 3 year extended warranty. THIS IS A RIP OFF COMPANY AND WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. THEIR FURNITURE IS JUNK AND ESPECIALLY NEVER BUY AND EXTENDED WARRANTY IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY.

I had only ever brought one other thing in years ago and I don't recall being treated so badly. The two items didn't fit into their plastic bins (in the little serve yourself area), so I asked Becca at the counter how she wanted me to handle it. She was nasty and truly rude to me. She snapped at me like an grouchy old dog. I took my stuff and went to another bigger, nicer consignment store less than 10 minutes away on McKenzie St. The people there were much kinder (and friendlier, and patient). Pretty sure this place only stays in business because the location is central to PGI and convenient. Also, some folks are willing to put up with Becca's distainful treatment just to get rid of things. It'll catch up eventually though. Look at the recent reviews... someone is not happy in her business anymore and it shows.

We just couldn't work it out without doing a lot of remodeling of our back yard and lanai. Called them after about 11 months with only a few inquiries from them time to time to see how it was working out. No pressure just a check in. In the end we decided to wait on getting one and we received our deposit back without any problem. Whenever If I buy a hot tub or pool or anything they sell they will get my business.
