The customer service was non-existent and the quality was reminiscent of dot matrix printers from 1992. Let's not visit those bad memories (of Vistaprint, not 1992) and instead talk about Prestone Printing. Wanting to support a local Queens business, I contacted Prestone for a variety of print jobs I needed to have done: postcards, holiday greeting cards to send to clients, and customer loyalty "punch" cards. I had very tight deadlines for all of these print jobs and was worried that I would be spending quite a bit to have everything expedited. Enter Carlos and the team at Prestone Printing. After requesting quotes for each of the projects, Prestone was the most economical option! And if you want to see your emails responded to at the speed of light, definitely contact Carlos. Whenever I had a question, whether it be about card stock availability or getting my print job a day early, there would be a response from Carlos in my inbox 5 minutes after I had sent him an email. And talk about great service: it can be difficult to park in this rather industrial area of Long Island City, not to mention carry numerous boxes filled with 40 pounds worth of printing (especially since I had injured my arm at the time...lifting heavy wine boxes). Carlos and his colleague made sure that my car was safely double-parked in front of Prestone's offices and loaded my car with all of the boxes. So now that you know that the customer service is fantastic, how does what REALLY counts when it comes to impressing clients (the marketing collateral) look? Prestone created sharp, professional, and vibrant materials. In fact, I was so pleased (and many customers as well) with the work that Prestone has done that I will be commissioning them to print an additional 1,000 postcards, a paella recipe leaflet, and business cards for my entire team. And those are just the current projects on the horizon! Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level. I needed to get a few packages taped up prior to taking them to the counter and they had plenty of room for me to spread out and do so.
