I am planning a wedding and had a faux pas with my invitations from another vendor. I needed printing immediately on my inner envelopes, but had a difficult paper material and color to print on. In a tizzy, I called SO many other printing companies, to which everyone said, "No, we can't help you," for one reason or another (they don't help with invites they didn't do...or can't print on that envelope, etc.). When I called Ruth, she was on her way out for a vacation. She said she didn't think she could print on my envelopes, but "come in and I'll give it a try - you seem stressed about this." I came in, she gave it her best, although we weren't actually able to print. This upcoming week, it is time to send out my 2nd round of invitations, so I reached back out to Ruth to help printing on my outer envelope. I only had just enough envelopes. She told me to come in and she would help. She took so much care to ensure she didn't create any errors with the envelopes I had and she did such a FANTASTIC job. I can't express my gratitude for her efforts throughout this process. Otherwise, her store is so cute and she has very nice cards, cardstock, and little nicknacks for gifts. I certainly would recommend Ruth for any invitation needs (including full set wedding invitations, and otherwise). She is just so accommodating and willing to help with her services. Thank you Ruth! Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level. I couldn't believe how beautiful my sign looked and how sturdy it was. The Christmas cards, I was worried because I had ordered them last minute and wanted them done that day. I was also worried about the quality because I had used a low-lighting, cellphone camera picture. Amazingly, the cards were stunning and they were able to accommodate my last minute order the same day... specifically within, I think, an hour or two of my call. Maybe less. The manager here (large, heavy set woman) has the customer service skills of a paper clip…read more I tried picking up my package, but I forgot my ID, and asked if there was a workaround the system since I couldn't procure my ID in the near future, and instead of offering me assistance or explaining there was no workaround, this woman IMMEDIATELY went on the defensive claiming that the package I PAID for, was HER PROPERTY and wasn't goin to release it to me, accusing me of trying to commit identity theft and theft. Mind you, all I did was ask if there was a workaround the system. I didn't demand one. I asked for one. Didn't expect one either! But that was enough to set her off and accuse me of trying to steal my own package, and claim it as her own. Mike no mistake, her language was extremely manipulative. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in my life. Genuinely. Not a shocker considering the other times I've been here, I've been directed to a kiosk every single time without failure, when I was trying to pick up a package. No one wants to help you here. Go to UPS or USPS. And to the large heavy set woman, if you're reading this. You need to find a new profession. You're incompetent at your job, and need customer service training. If you're going to look like the way you, you should at least be nice. You can't be looking the way you do and being that hostile.
