The vendors that are in there aren't too intrusive when you're walking by them. The Eden places aren't completely packed even during busy hours. That said, the University Place mall may be immune to that simply because it's located smack in the middle of town with so much around it. People will come just out of convenience of location. There are all the stores you'd expect, and a few surprise ones too. It may not feel like there are a lot of people inside, but the parking lot is always crowded. I think this is because there are lots of adjacent or nearby retail places that share the parking, and it can get a little congested.

The mall has an amazing play area for the kids, a massive parking garage and events and activities frequently outside. English is my first language but I choose to speak spanish with Carlos during our transactions, to sharpen my literacy. The fact that he reached out and wanted to make things right really made a difference. He is a very nice guy and I believe that he is fair and honest.
