So I had received a Target gift card for Christmas and just so happened to run completely out of cat food, so I decided to venture out tonight. Note to self: never go out to shop the day after Christmas again! Everyone was flooding the store trying to make returns/exchanges and probably just looking for last minute post-holiday deals as well as using gift cards they had received. I decided to go to this location for the first time, as I was already in the area. I usually go to the Peachtree Corners location and prefer that one, as it is usually dead even post-pandemic. In any case, everything seemed well-stocked. I found the wet and dry cat food I needed without any issue. When I made it to the self-checkout area I was redirected to the end of a huge line that was wrapping around to the end of the store. So if you wanted a cashier or to self-checkout it was all just one big line. I was almost ready to give up when I saw how many people were waiting, however, I am glad I didn't because the line actually moved a lot quicker than you would think. I spent about 15 minutes total from wait to checkout time to be out of the store. That's faster than waiting in the self-checkout line at Walmart Jimmy Carter or Walmart Duluth, I know that much. Those can take a good half hour sometimes. So I can't really complain I guess lol. It was an okay location, but I'm guessing because of the complex they are in and being right off a major intersection they are still usually this busy no matter what. I would come back if I had to, it's just a little out of my way and busier than I like, but overall not bad. read more

Since my initial review a few years ago this Target had improved. When I've gone in to make a purchase and needed assistance the employees I've encountered were helpful. If you use their curbside service they are definitely quicker when it comes to getting your order ready. After placing my orders in the past Ive never had to wait the two full hours that they allow. I believe this service came about due to Covid buts definitely a keeper. read more

I have a hate love relationship with this Target. The inventory is iffy, customer service is flakey but the worst part of all is the lack of cashiers! Every time I go there there's at least 10 people waiting in line and the longer I'm there the line grows by 3x! The Starbucks is ok, but they ran out of basic things such as milk on multiple occasions. The only decent thing would have to be their grocery section. read more

You would think that COVID would make this Target have more controlled lines with less contact, however, now-a-days lines look like this. This Target location is so so. They don't always have items in stock even though it states it online/website that it's in stock. This location is most of the time a mess and not organized. Their clearance sections are pretty good yet still a mess at times. Most of the associates are friendly and helpful, but most of the time there seems like no energy and the store does seem a little down. I try to go here only if I HAVE to because it's the closest location and it helps that there are other stores in the strip like TJ Maxx and Marshalls. read more

I was in this store a couple of hours ago and got the rudest cashier. Not only did Madison throw my stuff around she didn't say a word! I understand everyone has bad days, but there's no reason to throw customer's items around. If that's going to be the case I'll just go to Walmart. Avoid this Target at all cost if you care about 1. Not over paying and 2. Want certain items. Twice I have gone into this Target because according to the app they had what I wanted only they can't find it and 3. If you need to be in and out in under an hour. I wanted a DVD series, I asked for help and was told oh we have 8... but the guy couldn't find any, and his supervisor wouldn't help him. So I ended up ordering it online. I grabbed another DVD set that interested me from the wrong spot hidden behind a bunch of other DVDs. (The complete Harry Potter series for $39.99 according to the app when I scanned the barcode with my phone.) Then I decided to look at books because Easter is coming up and I didn't have my girls with me. I picked up a couple of books one of which was a graphic novel for $13.03 on the app again when I scanned the barcode with my phone. I also picked up an item that said buy 3 get a $5 gift card . I get to the long lines in the front, the buy 3 get $5 is apparently not true because the computer doesn't say anything and she can't find the code regardless of it having stickers on the shelf. No one offers to even go check. Fine you can keep those 3 items. I really only needed one at the moment and was getting 3 for the sale. I check out and check my receipt... I was charged an extra $6 on the Harry Potter DVD and an extra $5 on the graphic novel. I then had to get back into line at the costumer service department, they had to return the items and recharge me on my card... so I have to wait for days for the $80 or so dollars to be retuned... I hate when money is just tied up on my card for no reason. So recap they don't have items they say they do, they don't have help that wants to help customers, they overcharge people and don't even apologize for it... they don't honor their own sales stickers in their isles, and it took over an hour to check out 5 items! read more

Overall, this is a nice Target, the staff at this Target are friendly. This Target does have a grocery section with basic produce (fruits mostly), a freezer aisle and aisles with the essentials. I just wish that Target had a better return policy, for example, if you purchase something that was $49.99 and return it, they will only give you about $32 back for it, if you do not have a receipt. They also keep track of returns, customers are only allowed about $100 a year in returns without a receipt, so make sure that you keep your receipts anytime from purchasing from Target. I have a bad habit of just tossing them out with the rubbish. If you plan on shopping at this location, make sure you arrive off peak hours, the parking lot here gets extremely packed, as this location just does not have a big enough parking area. The dollar isle in Target has gotten me in trouble way too many times but I just can't help myself and keep going back for more. It's sinful I tell ya! This particular Target has a wide selection of home decor to choose from which is a plus for me since that's one of my favorite areas in Target. Inventory is usually great. The Starbucks is quick and accurate with friendly staff. The cashiers are nice but the managers? Cant say they all are. There's a lady that's rude each and every time I go. At times she directs the customers in line on which register they should go to. Today she approached me looked me in my eyes and said "9". Not hello ma'am how are you? Or, ma'am you can go to number 9. Hopefully a higher up notices the lack of guest service and corrects it. This target is very organized and clean. I like that when you walk in the store stuff isn't all over the place. I was specifically looking for a certain deodorant. I asked the team member Raj if he could help me. He and I were both looking for the brand and was unsuccessful. He was clearly trying to complete other tasks, but was very patient with me and was empathetic to not being able to find what I was looking for. read more

Top notch service. As Covid-19 changed all the retail rules, Target stepped up with absolutely perfect drive-up service. Your order gets pulled usually within an hour or two instead of waiting sometimes days for grocery orders, pet stores and Amazon. GPS on your phone app tracks you as you head to the store, so the order is practically out there waiting when you drive up. They have started selling more basic groceries, too, so I can do all my shopping in one order. Free. No minimum that I know of. Whenever we can shop normally, I'm going to keep using this service because it's much more efficient. read more

So I tried exchanging a baby item out that we got as a gift, I had the gift receipt and everything. I came up and the cashier right off the bat gave me an attitude. So when she rang it up, apparently it was $19.99. I was exchanging for the same item just a different size, and she refused to even exchange it out. So I asked for a GSTL, her response was "oh so you've done this before, you know how to play the system." In my head I'm saying, " well I used to be a GSTL up north so yeah I know how this works." The GSTL however must be new, because she just listened to her cashiers story and was like sorry I can't do anything about it. Apparently cashiers run the store now, and your GSTL was incompetent and didn't care for customer service. Who doesn't love a Target? This is a Target I love to hate. The lines are ALWAYS backed into the clothes department. It isn't unusual to have two cashiers on a Saturday. Even on Black Friday not all the lines were open. If you decide the line is worth the Target experience, don't get too excited. Usually what I want is out of stock. It is truly baffling that this is the Target that took out the Stone Mountain Super Target. I have never really had a great experience here. They're always out of stock. A manager wants was pretty rude , no idea if they're still here . Check out the huge NYX selection (not) and this is the norm. A wide selection of empty shelves regardless of when you come in here . I told her that gift cards don't expire, but when it was swiped it was declined. Husband was already at the truck. I kind of wonder if we briefly lost our minds here in Snellville but as time progresses I become more and more cloudy about what that is really. It all becomes blurry and as I look back on the time that we have spent doing things, it all makes less and less sense. I look back on the things that brought us joy with a degree of amazement. A Target, nothing out of the ordinary. Clean. Parking lot. Attentive people dressed in significantly standard and out-of-place. And when I think of the store, I can not recall any of the details, it all just becomes a blur. But I can recall two details of the entire store. That they have Peets coffee in the isle that if you walk in, it is down all the way on your left. That we pushed shopping carts around in the night and realized they have amazingly well built shopping carts. read more

My most visited target store! I go here mostly for the cinnamon sugar pretzels sold at the deli(lol). Every now and then i find an outfit in the clothing department or some camille rose or similar in the black people's hair section. The selection is meager at best. This is the closest Target to me and it is always crowded and very hard to get to because it is off Scenic Hwy. It is a Super Target with groceries and a Starbucks so it makes the fighting through all of the traffic somewhat worth it lol. The women's section seems to always be picked over or I am never there when the great sales are. I love the Health & Beauty and hair care section. Everything you could possibly need and more in regular and sometimes travel sizes too. It gets crowded very quickly in the evenings and afternoons so expect a long wait in line. read more

I recently called their Hiring Manager and as I was talking to him he rudely interrupted me with "Hello hello hello" to try and get me to stop talking, He then explained to me their policy on hiring and how they don't call you but instead will email you which fair enough, but once I started talking again saying "Well thank you so much for your time!" he abruptly hanged up on me without even letting me finish. This location always has exactly what we need. I love their cat and jack brand and their art class brand. Both are cute and well priced for my kids. Their popcorn is delicious! My kids love getting drinks and popcorn at their little shop. Customer service is great. Make sure to keep your receipt, it makes for a super easy return. read more

The store itself was alright. Typical target shopping experience. My rating comes from the customer service. At one point during my shopping I was having trouble finding an item I wanted and could not find an employee to save my life. I must have searched that whole half of the store for anybody that could help. There just wasn't anyone around. Second, upon checkout, the young lady at the register forgot to give me one of my bags. Not I forgot a bag. I stood there waiting because I was surprised that she got everything into one bag but the bag was pretty full so when she started bagging the next guests items I thought I had everything. Later that night, I was going through my things and realized that I was missing a few items. I called the store the next morning and their phone system was down. I literally could not get through to anyone in any of the departments. Except the pharmacy. They said the phones haven't worked for over a week and that many people have called them with the same issue of missing items. Unfortunately she was not able to transfer me to outside of the pharmacy so I had to drive down there (I live in Lawrenceville), wait in line, and then wait for them to find my bag which was in a cabinet with several other 'left' bags. She found mine and without so much as a sorry handed it to and started 'helping' the next guest. WTH? Customer service is just not a thing anymore. Not going to this Target again! read more
