I used to love this store - I used to love Target! Now, order pickups take at least 30 minutes, there is never more than 1 person bringing out orders (even if all 24 spots are full - last time I left after 30 minutes of waiting, no in-store answer to their phone, and left my phone open on my drive home, and after an hour and 5 minutes, they still hadn't noticed I'd left my spot - could I have been there all night waiting for $30 worth of merchandise?) They don't value you as a customer, so I will take my money elsewhere. Very disappointed, I really used to like this place. read more

I think staffs only rule is to wear something red. Hard to tell who is staff or not and staff never wants to help. Items are always misplaced or price isn't marked correctly. Included pictures show their makeup clearance filled with stuff that's not clearance (like I get an item or two mistaking gets in but HALF of the stuff???). When you bring up pricing discrepancies or stuff stocked in wrong area the staff blows your off or passes blame elsewhere. TBH it's a typical target experience, which really is the sad part. read more

I am having a hard time with this one. I bought 2 Oral B 1000 electric tooth brushes from this store and when I got home and my wife was looking at the pink one she ordered, and noticed the box was TAPED closed- not sealed. In addition when I compared the insides of the boxes all of the cardboard keeping everything together wasn't there. The brush head was also not sealed, the package was torn open. After further inspection of the mechanical device I noticed a white ring at the brush connector. After noticing that the toothbrush was USED we looked a little deeper and found that the there was actually toothpaste on the toothbrush, and it was partially charged. (Unlike the other one I'd purchases). I am completely appalled and disgusted with this store on how they handled a return of a toothbrush, especially during this time of COVID. I did take it back the next day and got the exact same thing just unopened. No one seemed to care though. How this tooth brush was not only returned and accepted in this condition, but also resold should be a crime. If we had not bought two we may not have even noticed and then what? My wife would be using a USED toothbrush. I am done with this place, I can't eve. Imagine it getting any worse than a used $50 toothbrush read more

Upon checking out my husband was belittled by an associate by the name of Junior. Junior preceded to tell him that basically he was to big to purchase the exercise shorts he was purchasing, which he wasn't but that's beyond the point. Each time I have been in this store it is hot mess of a train wreck. All of the clothes are strewn on the floor, off the hangers and impossible to shop. It is so bad that one time I just left because it was unshoppable. I am understanding and have worked many years in retail, so I know that there can be bad days but enough is enough. Worst experience today. As a former employee and we are talking almost 23 years ago this particular Target has taken a dumpster dive. The store is filthy, the employee I had the pleasure of ringing me out was a complete jerk like went out of his way to be an a-hole to my 5 yo Autistic girl. Then get out to the car and there are wet paper flyers stuck to my windshield because I parked in what was formally a handicapped parking space as I have had 4 back surgeries and walking is hard with out assistance. Mind you all of the other handi-spots were taken and the new curbside area which is quite expansive had 2 maybe 3 cars actually using the service so I'm not quite sure who I was inconveniencing the customers that pull into these spots aren't getting out and the employees are paid to take the items out to the vehicle so what exactly the problem was once they saw the handicapped plaque hanging in my window was is beyond me. Paying off and canceling my card I refuse to spend my money at a store that has zero customer service skills and beyond that employees that literally goes out of their way to be jerks to the paying customers! read more

So, unlike the Wal-mart on Vestal Parkway which is just special, this Target is a typical Target (but, in and of itself, Target's are worth 4 stars, I feel). The usual items, I also happen to love the 'Archer Farms" line they make :) It's clean-ish here, kind of off on the side, quiet, and "pricey" compared to Wal-mart across the way. Growing up in this area, this is where I lost my Target virginity so this store holds a special place in my heart that no other Target will. It helped to form all of my most valid points in the Target vs. Walmart debate with friends that almost ended in fist fights when they just "didn't get it." While I'll always remember her the way she was when I first laid eyes on her, she's also gone through some renovations and additions that has transformed her into the beauty she is today. While not a Super Target, it does have a fresh foods section. For those caffeine fiends there is a Starbucks at this location. Stock in most items at this location has never been an issue for me. Line lengths are average and what you can expect at most stores. I love that with the Target red card I'm saving 5% on all my purchases these days and it's the same as using your debit card. read more

This Target is always clean and has friendly staff! The customer service desk employees are great and usually won't give you a hard time if you have a legitimate return/adjustment. The register lines are normally long though. On a moderate day, you're looking at a 5-8 minute wait. They also don't have as much grocery products as I would like. I love using Cartwheel and it's annoying when you find a great deal just to find out that this location doesn't even carry the item you're looking for - even if these items are found in other grocery stores around. read more

This Target is okay. The staff is overall friendly, though I did have a bad experience with a very rude cashier one time. My biggest issue with this store is that items are frequently out of stock and are not restocked in a timely manner. For example, the seltzer I typically buy has been out of stock for about two weeks. The isopropyl alcohol and witch hazel I used to use have been out of stock for several months. The paper towel aisle is often empty and many household cleaning products are out of stock, as well. About half of the time when I place an order for pickup, I find out that at least one of my items is out of stock, and unfortunately there is not an option on the app to choose a different item like there is on Instacart. Another issue I have is that when I order drive up, they sometimes forget my items and I have to come back to the store to get them. I'd say my order is wrong about 20% or so of the time. They did give me a gift card one time for messing up my order, which I appreciate. However, most recently, they gave me part of someone else's order and when I returned it, I was ignored at the customer service desk for about 10 minutes (there was a girl behind the desk who acted like she didn't see me) until another worker who happened to walk by helped me. Overall, this Target is hit or miss. I go here because it's usually less crowded than Walmart and I have a Red Card and Target Circle, so I get a lot of discounts. Update: On our most recent order, 5 out of the 14 items we were planning to order were out of stock. read more

Target has a campaign going on where their cashiers are rewarded for every customer who applies for a target credit card. They PUSH the issue of 5% off EVERY purchase. Sounds great right? Sure, but don't forget your card because they cannot pull up your information that will allow you shop without the card. All other stores ask for your phone # and viola, you can purchase your merchandise. So what to do? ME, I leave everything behind. 5% is 5%, no matter how small the amount. It's money out if our pocket and into theirs. Everything u wanted i got at other stores. So beware. If you get the credit card and you want the 5% off, don't leave it behind when you go shopping at target. read more

Went there to shop for summer clothes then realized they didn't fit properly. I went back to return 3 items and brought my receipt but was only offered store credit. Apparently target only has a 30 day return policy so the store clerk informed me that my receipt was invalid since it was a few days past that. I asked to speak with the store manager and the clerk informed me that he was. Needless to say I will not shop there any longer. read more

We are big fans of Target and this place is pretty good. It's clean and well-lit, the staff is usually pretty helpful, and they keep the shelves stocked and orderly. The parking lot is sometimes a little hectic, but what can you do. The one thing that does not work well is the photo printing kiosks -- they're pretty beat up. FYI the red courtesy phones do not work either. If you are looking for something specific try to find an employee to ask (this can be challenging but there is no other good alternative). Most of the time the check out is pretty quick, but it can be long if it's a busy Saturday or during the back-to-school rush. Overall, this Target is solid. read more

Just moved here and love this Target! Found the perfect set of shelving here after fruitlessly searching BB&B. Kierra was the best at helping us get a discount because the packaging was pretty damaged. She also even found a cart for us to help us cart it away! Very nice, clean store with great selection of stuff and prices are good. But they need to turn down those damn radios that they use to communicate with each other-VERY EXTREMELY ANNOYING! Otherwise it's a good store with a Pizza Hut and Starbucks Café. read more
