Unworthy of even one star! You just lost a longtime customer! Bought a new dryer and it quit…read moreworking after a month. Olums won't take the dryer back because it's past their whopping 3 day exchange policy. Yep! 3 day exchange policy applies to defective appliance that are under warranty! Olums outsources repairs to Hargo Appliances as Olums does not have a repair person. Took Hargo 11 days to come to the house for 10 minutes to determine that a part needed to be ordered. Told 2-4 days for the part. 6 days later called to check on the status since Hargo never called. Part still not in. Won't be in for 4 more days. Told that it will be another 12 days before Hargo can come back to the house. What happens if the part that was ordered doesn't work? Consumer beware! Take note of the 3 day exchange policy and also take note of no repair person. A brand new dryer should be replaced NOT repaired! I will NEVER purchase another appliance from any Olums store.

He worked with me to find a great bed on which I'm sleeping comfortably. But he really came through when I had an issue with some sheets I bought there--even though the problem was not Metro Mattress' fault. What happened was this: I bought a set of sheets, and they were delivered with my bed. But somehow, they'd gotten dirty before I opened them. Max directed me to the company, which mailed a replacement. Somehow, those were dirty too. I'm guessing this was an unfortunate coincidence. But this time, when I contacted the company (BedGear, not Metro Mattress) they made things more difficult, saying that I would have to mail the old sheets back *and cover the cost of shipping myself.* That seemed messed up. And I contacted Max. He went up the chain of command at Metro Mattress, and ultimately told me that they would provide me with a new set of sheets, at no extra cost. He could have easily said that this was an issue between me and BedGear, and shrugged it off. But he took the time to help me out, and I really appreciate it. The new sheets, by the way, were fine.

We were prepared to purchase a brand new tempurpedic and we were super excited to treat ourselves to a premium bed. Then Katie said she could save us a lot of money if we bought a floor model. We were reluctant at first but she assured us that it would be clean, and hardly used at all. The price difference was nearly $4000 so we decided to put our trust in her sales pitch. That was a mistake. The mattress is way softer than the one we wanted. We are going to have to replace it already and its only been a few months. It wasn't even close to what we wanted. Upon closer inspection, my wife found blood stains and what looks like a urine stain on the mattress which leads us to believe its actually a used mattress and not merely a floor model. It has a huge soft spot in it as well, as if someone had slept many nights in the bed. There are no returns on floor models so we're stuck with it and I have to hear about it nearly every morning from my wife who blames me for the entire thing. When the delivery people came, they didn't wipe their feet or wear booties like every other delivery people have. I was scrubbing mud off of my white chair while they were bringing in the other items. They saw me and said nothing. As they were carrying the base of the bed upstairs, they smashed a chunk of the edge of an archway going upstairs. They were bringing it back to the truck and decided to try again. I later found out how they did it. I noticed part of the cloth was hanging down from the base and one of the boards that frame the entire thing, was split into two. There was also mud on my mattress that I had to clean. They were sloppy and reckless and had no regard for the situation. I also had to clean mud off of my walls and other things in my house. I didn't realize the extent of the damage right away so nothing could be done. Customer service is minimal at best. If you are looking for good service in any way, this is not the place to go.
