I was already reluctant to go to a Starbucks inside a store but the people I was with were determined to go here. First, they were sold out of many regular drinks. The drinks were blocked out on the menu with sold out signs. Then, when my drink came, it was not even close to being full. It was about a full inch from the top of the cup. Even the people I was with were shocked about it. Third, they had no napkins at all and no drink sleeves at all. Lastly, the lids didn't fit the cups right so drinks ended up spilling on coat, pants, all over. If you tried to take a sip, it just spilled down the cup into your face. Needed a few necessities so stopped here to get what I needed. This Target store has a huge parking lot, so there's always places to park. The store is very well organized, and it is easy to get in and out. I also like that this store has many food items available. You can even find organic and unique food items here too. The store has good lighting, nice and bright. When I approached the checkout lane, I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait too long. I have a love-hate relationship with Target that perhaps most can sympathize with. If I could, I'd like to do all of my shopping here. In the end, I always end up doing more shopping than I ever intended when I walked in the door. My biggest downside here is the lack of a true and proper grocery section. Also, generally, they are a smaller Target. For my basic home needs in a pinch, they have it all. I particularly like coming in to see their seasonally fluctuating supply of stationary type items. It's cool to also see them all-in for the "greener" solutions like compostable trash bags, refillable glass soap jars (Grove), etc. They seem primarily staffed by local high school and college kids. If you don't ask for help, it won't be offered. I also learned they no longer gray-dot the barcodes on shelves to indicate something is out of stock in back. Valuable knowledge to me, in case it helps anyone else to know. In any case, my business is going nowhere for a while. read more

The staff is friendly and the store is very clean and tidy. It is nice to have a Starbucks in this location too. We can usually find things we are looking for quickly without assistance. Their prices are comparable, but their clearance prices are awesome compared to other competitors. They are usually pretty good about keeping lines short and opening enough registers. I usually don't go to Target stores but this one is one of the better superstores I've been to. The place is usually clean and the employees seem to be happy and want to be there, unlike the Wal-Mart and Giant Eagle in the area. Whenever I go there they do a pretty good job of keeping items well stocked and replenished. I also love their movie and video game selections, really good amount to chose from. There are a few little issues, some food items can be a bit pricier than other stores a couple miles away, and I do wish their produce aisle was more expansive. In fact their food area is somewhat out of date compared to a lot of other stores, so they lack certain things most other places have. I also wish they had more clothing options for men, seems they are very female oriented. Pros: Calm, friendly staff. Shelves stocked most of the time, great selections for entertainment, clean and tidy. Good deals whenever I'm in there. Cons: Certain areas lack selection, some things are pricey when they really shouldn't be. read more

I was shopping with my sister a couple days ago and witness the manager Carol and cashier be very rude to her because of a deal that was posted in the target ad for a gift for baby items. They did not want to honor what was in the ad even though we were spend a lot of money which made me very furious! We will not be shopping there any longer and they should be fired! read more

Accidentally left a set of Bluetooth headphones on the rack while shopping. Came in 2 days later to inquire about them and found out an associate brought them to lost and found. Could have easily pocketed them without saying a word. Huge props to an honest staff. read more

This store disappointed me more than usual on my last visit. Employees stocking shelves were totally blocking the aisles, both ends. I was having to move boxes out of the way to get the items I needed off the shelf, some inaccessible at all. No one working the registers mid-day. Really?? I love this Target store, especially the Starbucks that inside. All the associates are always very friendly and helpful. They never run out of anything and the shelves are always stocked. I have been going to this Target for 4 years now and the same people have been working there for over 4 years. Anytime my Cartwheel isn't working on my phone they always give me the discount. I love the associates that work at the Starbucks too. They know my name and know exactly what I want. They are always super friendly and never get frustrated when there is a long line. I have never had any problem with any of the customer service reps at this store, ever. read more

The wadsworth Target store was the absolute worst customer service that my wife and I have ever experienced went there at 7 am to wait in line for a a Target exclusive funko toy we were first in line and we went online to find out if it was in stock and it said there were 3 in stock so we go in and can't find any and we ask for help and the electronics guy refused to scan it for us we pretty much had to beg him to do so when he did he didn't even look and said they had none so we went to another employee and they said there was 3 and made an excuse why there was none and when we questioned that the employees were hiding them for them selfs or friends they became extremely rude so we left and called the manager and she said they now have 1 available and it would be at the electronic desk so we drove back there the rude electronics guy sold it to one of his buddy's who was sitting there shooting the breeze with him so my wife became more frustrated and questioned why they sold it to someone else she the manager came over laughed in her face while she was explaining why she was mad and had security walk her out I will get this out so people know about this awful store read more
