These people do not know how to keep items in stock they also do not carry many products at every single other store that sells food carries workers have their nose up in the air and too busy playing on cell phones customer service people walking around are no help at all too busy in their own little world prices are overpriced and they support child grooming. This location is complete trash. She would be better off going to any other store don't worry about ordering ahead for somebody to bring stuff out to your car. The app only works half the time so you might have to go in anyways these people have no common sense and do not care about anybody but themselves do not waste your time or money at this location management does not give a shit about you or anything but themselves. read more

I always love going to Target. Whether I need cleaning supplies, home decor, or just shopping around. This was my first time at this location. Pretty standard Target experience. Everything was well stocked and the clothing area was organized and picked up. I also love looking at their All In Motion brand. They have some of my favorite shorts. I like that they have self checkout. The line can move slow but I've always had an easy experience with at self checkouts. Note the location is a busy area so the parking lot was crowded and once you maneuver around the parking lot you are pulling out into a busy road. read more

I love getting our household amenities at Target, the deals they have on beauty and household items that I cannot pass up. The best Target in the immediate area, easily. Staff are always busy and polite,. Unlike at the Miller Park location. The Miller Park location clearly has employees that lazily re-stock items where they don't belong, and give attitude, even though YOU'RE the paying customer. Fortunately, this location doesn't suffer from any of that, and I've never had a bad experience here. read more

I usually go to this target when I need house ware products and go to the pig next door for the food shopping but I have never left a review or check in so today I will. This location has a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks which I never noticed because I rarely eat at food courts and just don't pay attention to them. I can always find the house ware products I'm looking for and leave with my needs filled but today I would venture in to a section of the store that I have never been in or seen which is the food store for my dinner cooking items. After looking at the adds and commercials I thought it was a complete food store but it's quite small and limited. My dinner specific needs were not filled and I had to go to the pig like usual. Overall I can usually fill my needs but it will not replace the grocery store which I tried to do today and failed but I know targets limits now. read more

However, I go out of my way to come to this target because they sell the traditional pizza hut wings and every time I come, if Lauren is working, she refuses to make the wings. If anyone else is working and they'll offer to make the wings if I don't mind waiting. Lauren, on the other hand will just lie that they don't have any. Whenever i come and she's working, I always leave with a bad experience. read more

Asked a clerk where women's socks were. She pointed me in the approximate area. Not bad. Wanted to ask another clerk where slippers were. Two clerks talking. They clearly saw me. I stood there waiting and they did not stop for at LEAST a minute until I literally interrupted them to ask for assistance! I was then told ladies sleepwear or shoe. At which point they resumed their conversation. I had to interrupt again and ask WHERE these departments are as I'm not familiar with this store. I got an arm pointing and the words saying, "Over there." Yeah, ok. Well, I looked. I found 'over there' and they had zero selection plus I thought the layout was a nightmare. Felt like a mouse in a maze. Won't be returning to this store. Couldn't help but get an overall feeling of We Don't Care just by the displays, inventory, general air of the clothing portion of the store. Made me just want to get out of there instead of shopping further which is what I was out to do. read more

I bought an iPhone adapter for my tv after working 12 hours as a laborer for 60$ then I get home to my pregnant girlfriend who only wants to watch these YouTube videos and it doesn't work. So the next day after working in the hot sun literally digging holes with a shovel I take it back and this ignorant employee at the customer service counter accuses me of bringing in a old adapter and switching it and wouldn't give me a refund. Yes I got mad but I was mad because I had ripped clothes on from digging all day and he treated me like I was homeless I asked to speak to a manager and they called security what a disgrace of a business to treat paying customers that way I said you have a guarantee and they said not when someone lies about the product I called the headquarters for 2 days no response. What can I say? I love target! My apartment is about equal distance between 2 targets both within a 10 minute distance. This one seems to have a better selection of womens and juniors clothing than other area targets. The houseware section always has good clearance items on sale and the grocery section always has more than I expected it to have. I don't think I've been disappointed yet. The store has always been clean and most of the time the staff is nice and helpful. The only thing sometimes questionable is the cashiers. The other night when my husband and I were waiting in line at the checkout there was a woman behind us with a son that was maybe 9 years old and putting items on the belt before the customer in front of him. The cashier was loudly complaining about the boy's behavior to the customers in line before this mother and son. I don't know why she made such a big deal out of the boy's tiny mistake. How rude to do that in front of the mother! Other than that, the only thing I would do to improve the store is have a self check out for personal items that sometimes you don't want a young man at the register to see you checking out. At least have a male and female cash register attendant! I still give target 5 stars because I just love shopping here regardless. Update: they now have self checkouts. The store itself is in a convenient location and it is kept clean - even the bathroom. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the past couple times I have come here I used gift cards (which I received as wedding gifts) and the cashier looked at me with disgust since I was paying with gift cards. Normally I would have thought the cashier was having a bad day but each time was a different cashier and I didn't go while it was busy either and each time I was looked at with disgust. I will stop shopping here once my gift cards are used. read more

When dealing with big chain stores, and it almost impossible to get bad service, as the associates are held more accountable for their actions. However you do occasionally run into someone having a bad day and just lash out at an unsuspecting customer. That's when you either complain to customer service, or right a letter to their corporate headquarters. So that's my review on Target. read more

I had a great experience today checking out with your West Allis, WI employee and manager, Mohammed. He was friendly, detail oriented, genuinely helpful and thoughtful. I am 8 months pregnant with a toddler who began to have a meltdown as we were about to leave the store. He promptly came over and offered my daughter stickers and distracted her enough for me to get us out of the store happily. This meant so much to me. This employee for me who exemplified customer service and is a genuinely kind person. I'm impressed with him and this store in general. read more

I totally have a love hate relationship with this target location! I'm located pretty much right between the two target stores. I generally prefer this location because of the size and variety of products. Here's my issue with you target- I want to spend tons of money with you but EVERYTHING IS OUT OF STOCK! I'm a Target addict! And from my experience, this is by far the BEST location there is. The associates are friendly and helpful, solving problems as they go along. I don't think that I have ever had an issue that they weren't willing to resolve satisfactorily. In addition to the front end associates, the Pharmacy staff is beyond compare. Now, I will only get prescriptions filled here. Every other pharmacy fails by comparison. I have gone to Walgreen's twice in the past month to fill emergency prescriptions because I thought it would be less of a hassle and quicker? Not so much and going there only reminded me of how much I like the Target Pharmacy and Staff. Also, the Starbucks located in this Target is beyond compare. Friendly and patient while I decide what I want on any particular day. I actually prefer this one to the "regular" Starbucks down the street any day. read more

The Target is *terrible*. Specifically, their pharmacy is awful. Is there no place in West Allis/New Berlin where I can pick up my prescription in peace? First I tried Pick N Save (the workers were judgmental, unhelpful, and slow), then I scraped the bottom of the barrel and tried Wal-Mart (who tried to charge me double--twice), then I tried this Target. Ok, some background: I have a standing prescription from my doctor that gets renewed yearly. Because this medication is vital to my continued functioning at a normal level thanks to childhood health issues, I may take out 3 months worth at a time. My prescription is renewed in August. I usually go 3-5 days before I run out to pick up my next 3 months' worth of pills. I don't go earlier because if I do, the prescription usually isn't ready. I went today (4 days before I need more medication) and was told my "doctor hadn't called in the prescription." News flash: my doctor called in the prescription for the ENTIRE YEAR in August. (I apologize for using all caps, which is most vile, but I felt I needed to capture the tone of voice that I used on the pharmacist). I had no issues picking up my last set of pills. I called my doctor and had them put the fear of God in the pharmacist, but I did not walk out of there with my pills. Lesson learned. It's time to find a new pharmacist. And I won't be using that Target again. I suppose only the one on Moorland is left. TL; DR: Avoid this pharmacy unless you are in a life or death situation. read more

This Target store is rad. I once went to the Walmart on 27th in Franklin on a Sunday night at 7, waited 30 minutes in the checkout, then went to this store, got in line at 9:45 and was checked out immediately with 3 people already checking out. They had 2 more checkers than a Walmart super center that didn't even open their self checkouts. This store is well stocked, easy to navigate and all about customer service. read more

Been a long time since I was here. It will be a long time till I return. The store itself is gorgeous. I can't take anything away from that. Where it lacks is with the customer service. The cashiers all seem to hate their jobs. At least the ones working when I was there. Also, some of the customers made the experience worse. Surely, common decency can't have gone away completely right? If this store could find a way to make the cashiers happier and some of the customers would tone it down a little, I'd come back. When it comes to Dept. stores, Target is my favorite. The mgmt. has a great way of keeping the store very clean and organized. I feel the prices are good, and they usually have what I'm looking for. WHen I do need some help, the staff is always friendly and willing to go out of the way to help get me what I need. I have made this a weekly stop when I need things for around the house and I don't see that ending anytime soon. read more

Target is a great place to get all of your shopping done at one time. You could run in for one thing and end up leaving with a cart full because there is always something that catches your eye. I love their sales. The store is clean and brightly lit. Customer services is pretty good, never really had any major issues there. Easy to find your way throughout the store. One of my favorite Targets. There is Always something to buy here. The staff is friendly and were rarely wait long in the checkout lines.

I love target but this location is constantly out of stock. In general the staff is nice but you do get those random associates and security guards up your butt like your are stealing from them when your are trying to coupon. It's creepy they come right up behind you when you are trying to read the sale tags/signs and give you an uncomfortable feeling. It makes you feel like you are a criminal when all you are doing is shopping and trying to save money. This happens every time I go so idk if it's profiling if you are not Caucasian. That's my major complaint with this location. read more

Lately every time I go to this location the cashiers and customer service people are rude and don't seem to want to be there.

I want to share my experience at the Target at 2600 S 108th St West Allis, WI 53227. This evening I accidentally left my cell phone in my cart as I was getting my purchases and 8 month old son into the car. I did not realize this had happened until I got home and immediately headed back hoping that the phone had been found and turned in. When I arrived back I was told the phone had not been turned in but I could check the carts if I wanted to by customer service. I asked the cart attendant (Austin) if he would mind helping and he immediately began to help me check the carts searching by the carts he had just returned. He also taught me how to use google to find my phone and even tried to do so from his own. At this time we were unable to locate my phone so I returned home to see if I could use the online program to find my phones location. I was successful in finding the location at home and immediately returned back to the store to try to find my phone. On this second visit the frond end manager with the brown and blue hair spoke to me in a very condescending tone and made it clear that she did not care to help. I even had to ask her if I could leave my phone number to be contacted if the phone was turned in. She took my number, but acted like it was an inconvenience. Austin on the other hand, armed with the information on where my phone was likely to be located spent a good 20+ minutes or so searching the cart area with me to try to locate my phone. Unfortunately, we were again unable to find my phone. However, I feel that Austin deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond to assist a customer. He is a phenomenal employee and one that I would hope others would emulate. #target #austinisawesome read more
