The prices are spectacular so it's perfect when you need a little home-refresh. We're also currently in the market for outdoor furniture, something they also offer. There were a few options we say that were really great quality -- heavily debating going back to purchase. Love the rocking chair and table set, as it's very modern. The store itself is clean and well-kept. I suppose you could call it organized, though there are just so many items it can feel a little chaotic. Recently when I came back, I was disappointed with the small selection, goodwill-ish atmosphere, and the person I came with was bothered (basically harassed) by one of the employees. The employee who shall remain anonymous back by the fitting rooms stopped my relative while she was shopping and talked to her for over 15 minutes about a fundraiser he was attending, and tried to convince her to go as well. My relative thanked him for letting her know about the event and tried going back to her shopping, but he kept going on and on about the event. All she wanted to do was leave! I finally saved her by asking the employee for assistance, and after she got away he TRACKED HER DOWN ACROSS THE STORE to continue talking to her for another 10 minutes. I couldn't figure out where she went, and when I found her she was hiding with her cart behind a clothing rack. I feel kind of bad because he seemed lonely and in need of someone to talk to, but he pretty much chased us out of the store. Awkward and uncomfortable... Overall, the clothing is hit or miss, but the hits are extremely affordable and seem to be decent quality. Just be prepared to possibly get stopped by the occasional chatty employee.

They stand around chatting with each other, and barely notice that there are even customers around them. The grocery order pick up is a joke. There are always delays, it takes them HOURS to shop like 10 items. They have a phone number listed that you are supposed to call when you arrive, except no one answers that phone number. The worst part is, they are completely unapologetic for how horrible their service is. This department has one job: to receive orders, shop those orders, and have them ready when you arrive. They are unable to accomplish this task. I have lived all over the country, and I have never encountered such inept, oblivious, and unmotivated Walmart employees. You don't have to own a Snellen chart to do a simple home "screening" just hold a book or phone text out to view and close one eye at a time. If your need professional and informative eye care. I highly recommend Sams. Not only because of price. But this Dr (Ryan Demaris .) . Is informative and pretty much did 90% of my testing without the use of optical techs. I spent a good 80 minutes with him and 10 minutes with the optical tech selecting frames. The only test he had the tech do was measuring pupillary distances and elevation onto the lens. They said they could not cancel the order because it was being processed even though the order had not left the facility yet. I was also informed that it would take up to 60 days for the investigation complete. Kohl's handling of customer problems and account information is seriously lacking. They do not protect their customer's information in a proper manner. They need to add two-factor authentication and requests for changing personal information should have a fail safe. I am extremely angry over the situation and will be closing my account with Koh's once this fiasco is over.
