Where do I begin. Will (the main dude in charge, whom really isn't too involved in the day to day) is cool, but I wish someone with some sort of degree would hold this position. It seems when someone has a degree they somehow generally are more informed and have greater mastery on their subjects. Chris is super cool, also wish she would have some type of advanced degree, again when you have someone on the other side of table that gets what a college degree, even more a masters or doctorate brings to the discussion it makes for a better outcome. The individual counselors and the one nurse "the just call me Nina," oh bitch well they can soon call you Nurse Notgonnaworkhereanymore. This was my first interaction with the nurses in 2 week, outside by the blonde nurse in her thirties. She is probably the sweetest thing there and really understands patients rights and a position in healthcare. Next time you are in the doctor's office pick up the literature on patients rights, specifically nurses duties. Across the board one the top three (3) will be "make patients feel comfortable, relieve anxiety and stress," and one other top three (3) will say patients rights to know the name(s) of their health care provide. Ms. Nina mocked and insinuated my first trip to the nurse ever there was "convenient" to when group was about to start with Matt (I will soon start of Emanuel Cunt 2.0). Insinuating I was faking it to avoid class. For lack of a better term, bitch in 22 years of schooling (i'm a doctor) I have missed 11 days, 6 of which were due to chicken pox when I was 11. I have no aversion to sitting in class. I then ask her name instead of doing what she's legally bound to do she tells me "you don't need to know my last name thy call me Ms. Nina. The rationale of putting so high on the list of medical caregivers duties the obligation to disclose their names, is so we don't have Chester The Molestor touching us in the most intimate places and not letting the public know or ability to know the identity of the person. Honestly the WORST medical center I have ever encountered. We recently moved to the area. This medical group was assigned to my mother's insurance. She has been having major pain in her knees and needs medication adjustments/ refills, needs medical attention ASAP. I called 12/2022 for an initial appointment with primary care. Mid-March was the soonest available, fine. We'll take it! The Friday before, they called us to reschedule because the provider was not available...??? The next avilable appt was June, 6 months!!!!! The day before, they call to again, cancel and give her an appt. for August. Seriously???. After I go off, they offer to have someone give her a phone visit 1 wk out. All they did was refill her meds...what???? with no blood work!! We finally get her in at the mid-July and she gets her lab orders which I take her to get done right away...to date, we have not received any results. I called and they tell me that they need to give a phone visit for next week to go over results. The morning of the damn phone call, they let us know that the provider will not be available and reschedule the call for the end of the week. Meanwhile, radiology calls us and says she needs to go back in for further testing because they saw something unusual??? I call again, worried and no one can help me because it is a different department and only that department can help me but they are closed for the day (typical: "that's not my job") WTF??? And don't get me started on their customer service...I am a certified medical assistant with 15+ years of experience. I've worked in both private and community clinic settings. Customer service is the #1 and most important thing when being a health care professional. From the moment a patient walks through the door, or when the staff picks up the phone...courtesy, respect, kindness, and help is what customer service is all about. Nice staff but for the past 3 months it seem impossible for them to perform basic communication or just not doing their jobs. My son takes care of me and every time I need my proscriptions refilled it takes days before even a simple fax or phone call is made I have to call everyday just to remind them "hey remember me? Was told my proscriptions would be ready Tuesday but it's Friday. Still haven't seen a real doctor only a nurse practitioner. Honestly am thinking of switching healthcare insurance. read more

Worst medical center I been to in my life they treat black people like shit over the phone or when we come in it's a group of Mexican ladies who always take breaks early and they all go to the Starbucks I asked can I walk in at the counter she lied and said I'll be there all day and won't be seen I said no issue I'll wait all it's no problem it's my health I go upstairs first 10 minutes I was seen they basically run you the wrong way any question I ask there googling it like there in aware of there own job just cursing using disrespectful language walking off while people are tryna ask questions at the front desk or make an appointment these people I would never reccomnend only cool one is the doctor but once he refer you some were you won't be able to be seen because these people don't take they job serious or book appointment so you would be wasting your time they run this place like a gym or a office job we're you sit on computer all day that's all they do . read more

I been bringing my mom to this facility and I don't recommend this place at all they will schedule your appointment just to go for lunch and leave you in the waiting room if not in a room for hours unattended if I could give this place no stars I would. Also if the doctor is in a bad mood she will treat you bad like if you did something to her. It takes forever to get medication for my mom just bad. read more

A complete joke. I had a double mastectomy 17days ago and was told they(dr rich)do not give pain meds. Because they are a recovery center. Then do not be accepting people as a primary dr!! You have no right to allow me to be in such pain! read more

I'm updating my review, but while some things have improved, others most definitely have not. The upside is I have been able to get an appointment within two weeks the last half dozen times I've been, and often within only a few days. The doctors, nurses, and assorted staff are still friendly and professional, but that's where it ends. The downside is wait times are even worse than there were when I reviewed this the first time. 3 months ago I was there, and after 5 hours of waiting, they "discovered" me in a patient room as they were turning all the lights off and leaving for the day. The doctors had all already gone home and they had no idea I was there, even though I was right where they had put me... two hours previously. Needless to say I was not pleased and there was much disturbance in the force that day. The next two times I was in, they didn't forget about me, but my more on time appointment I was still not seen until 2 hours after my appointment time. Really, what's the point of an appointment? I feel torn between staying with them because they have all of my records for the last eight years or so, and switching my doctor to somewhere else with my insurance. read more

Had an appointment at 10 waited over an hour in the waiting room. Saw patients walk in after me with no appointmemt get services before me. Finally walked to the front desk after an hour of not being seen or addresses and asked for information about my appointment and was informed that I should have been seen over an hour ago at my original appointment time. My sister just passed 60 days clean and sober, all thanks to Tarzana Treatment Center! Her health has improved to the point that her doctors have not needed put her on the liver transplant list as they originally thought when she first arrived at Tarzana, all her swelling is gone. lancaster is the best of tarzana's treatment centers. the staff there are very friendly and the counselors go that extra mile to help each of their clients. if any of you have to do inpatient services i recommend you do your time here, food is great, the staff respect you, and you don't feel like your locked up here. it's the best place for those of you who are bringing your children along with you. they have the best on site daycare here and a playground for children. they also have weekly outings to the library the park, and this place is just the best than the one in long beach and reseda. read more
