I had no idea what this place was like or I have never chosen it to be my primary care provider. First appointment that I got was in 2 months from when I called. I didn't have to wait too long after I got there and the nurses were really nice and helping. They gave me another appointment for a pap smear test, because I asked for a prescription for birth control and apparently they can't do that unless they have my test results. When I went there for my test, there were 3 more people except the gynecologist in the room which was oh so uncomfortable. They told me they can just fax me the prescription after they get the results. It's been over 3 months after my test. I've been calling them over and over, have been on hold for over 30 minutes, have been hung up on after holding that long and I still don't have a prescription. I am so frustrated with them. Also, they don't have a direct phone number to call. Every time I call there there are at least 7 callers ahead of me. I only gave them 2 stars because when you step in there they are really nice and helping. They really need to do something about their phone calls, though. It's really inconvenient. read more

If I could give this primary care medical group a rating less than 1, I would. Their knowledge of medicine is very limited. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The supervising doctor said if you don't come every three months so I can remember your healthcare find another doctor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They are never prepared before walking in the room and take up the whole time looking over your medical history instead of listening to your current health concerns. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Rude and incompetence.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They bill your insurance a full office visit when you call on the phone to leave a message for the provider. If they call you back, they bill your insurance for another office visit. They probably bank on people not checking the bills. They claim that anytime someone reviews your file they are entitled to payment. This sounds like fraud since they are not providing medical care but just relaying a message. Also, when you have a virtual visit, they bill you completely different than an office visit and at a higher rate to your insurance company. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good luck speaking to billing. Check your bills and how they bill your insurance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, primary care doctors or nurses would not complete a medical form I needed with one yes or no question on it. We made vaccine appointments a week ago, and when we showed up for our time slots, they informed us that they cancelled all of their vaccine appointments for the day. We received no calls, texts, or emails informing us ahead of time. Wouldn't recommend. I wish you could negatively rate a place! Every single experience here has been terrible! Every single one! This most recent one the "doctor" SYLVA GARAGULAKIAN walked out of the room as we were talking to her. Just walked out mid sentence! Didn't say anything. We had to go out and ask for the discharge papers we brought in from the hospital. So we could leave as she never came back! I have an autoimmune disease that went misdiagnosed for over 20 years! My daughter is presently presenting with a lot of the same issues. I asked if they could check her blood specifically for one thing as that is what I have and my daughter has a 30% increase in having the same thing. She said we will check her blood for auto immune issues. I told her I got my blood checked twice a month for over a year and they never found what I had because they didn't specifically look for it until last year when I had a specific flair up in one part of my body. She then replied with "I'm the provider you aren't going to tell me what to do" I'm sorry no one is telling you what to do or challenging your authority. I'm simply asking why you wouldn't check for a specific thing when she has a 30% more chance of having that over any other disease!?!? She also never once touched my child or looked at the area of her body that was hurting her. She said there is no way you tore anything I'm just going to send you to physical therapy when we let her know the ER suggested we follow up with an orthopedist and rheumatologist to ensure she doesn't have a tear or an autoimmune issue. She isn't even a doctor. She is a nurse practitioner or something, she has no idea what she is doing, has zero bedside manner, or professionalism. Maybe if she had any confidence in her skills she wouldn't be so triggered when someone asks for a procedure to be done and instead would put the clients health as first priority. Even after having an appointment, I waited over an hour to see someone. They do not do any blood work in office and expect you to do all testing at a lab. Awful, terrible, complete idiots. I had to be called by a NP here because a physician at the Tarzana location straight up refused to see due to Covid exposure concerns (see that review for more info). Anyway, a week out from my original scheduled visit at Tarzana, I was called back by the MA I had the absolute displeasure of meeting and was told if I wanted to be certified by a physician, I would have to pay $200 to do so. So, I called the appt. line and got a telehealth appt. Overall, the call was okay- the provider I spoke with jumped to answer, as if she were listening to respond and not actually listen to my concerns, like a car salesman trying to make a sale. Anyway, once I mentioned to her that I needed my disability certified, she informed me that she doesn't know how to do it on the internet and would need a paper form. The EDD local offices are closed, so any hope of getting that paperwork is null until all of these self-isolation restrictions are lifted- leaving me without pay and without rent or money to feed my kid. Anyway, a few hours after the call, I get a call from some other person asking me what I was calling about. I informed her that I needed my state disability certification done online. She then asks me what I was calling about in reference to my prescriptions. I informed her that I didn't call about any prescriptions. She insisted I did. I told her that I did not. She informed that I did. I advised her to call my pharmacy- because what she was calling about sounded like an authorization. She hung up. I called my pharmacy and they informed me that yes, indeed they were calling from there for a prescription authorization from the provider and had not been able to get into contact with anybody there. They just called me again to inform me that the physician would not do the certification online and that was it. No other options for me, not to speak with another physician who DOES certify online, they don't have the paperwork there and that's it. I'm just SOL on getting paid. These people suck and are complete idiots. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional. If someone is running behind, then the courteous thing to do would be to say it to the patient after waiting 30 mins. My son had a physical scheduled for 2pm. I checked in at 1:47pm, i have 3 kids with my oldest being 10 years old, this is not my first time at the rodeo. I've never had a packet to fill out that took almost 25 mins to complete prior to being seen. We were finally called at 2:40. Poorly ran, no one even apologized for the inconvenience which is like a broken record when heard but at least it would have acknowledged their error and poor time management. I work in a medical office myself, and never have I ever been in one where there was a lack of empathy or customer services altogether for running so behind. They just went about like it was all good. Never coming back. read more

I've been trying to get my mom her vaccines and they keep saying that they cannot administer and that their job is only to send prescription once my mom does her research of where and who can administer it. I called over 15 places everyone told us that Dr. Marta had to administer it we called their office at any and i asked if they can help us due to my mom struggling for over 4 months. She ones again told us that it's strange that no one can administer it and once again their job is to only send the RX. We called my mothers insurance and they also told us that everyone will tell us same thing due to her insurance her PCP has to administer it . I don't think they've ever tried going out their way to help. Even after I told them my mom is stressing cause she wants her vaccines. The woman who tried treating my husband (used treating loosely) tried prescribing an over the counter medication Mucinex for pneumonia. My husband had been released from ER for bronchitis and after reviewing his chest X-ray they highly advised to go primary care to review for pneumonia. This woman did not review his records had no idea what was prescribed or treated for. She was highly offensive to me and my husband. Some people just do not belong in medical field who deal with people. The office staff tried make excuses for her and I asked them if it's there family would they accept the assumption for that type of condition? No response. read more

Dr. Marta Bill is still a great doctor. She listens and really wants you to feel comfortable. She also helped me go to a weight loss support group at this center which is also very nice and they really listen. I highly recommend this doctor and that support group. read more

I came in for my appointment to obtain a medical leave of absence from Marta Bill who refused to come into the exam room stating she will not give me a MLOA for my shortness of breath I wanted her to come at least to examine me, to listen to my lungs and talk to me as I haven't seen her in person since last year, I wanted to discuss my x-ray showing lung scarring since no one has explained it to me I told the medical assistant I had other questions and explained I just need a temporary amount of time to keep my job. I asked why she is behaving like this unwilling to come in and he shrugged saying as long as he's worked there he's never seen her give a patient a doctors note for a medical leave and without cause refused to talk to me today. read more

Expect extremely long wait times even with appointments. 2 hours minimum wait to be seen. They take your information and disregard you for an hour. Then once your in you wait another hour or more to be seen. If you can afford to buy different insurance I recommend Kaiser. read more

The service is here is really bad. It looks like most people end up here because it's the only place that accepts medi cal. And you can see the lack of motivation to provide any semblance of customer service. A sure sign of the issues they have is that the staff is locked behind a thick pane of glass and the only way to speak to them is through a microphone and speaker in the middle of the glass. Maybe I had a really lucky visit, but I was in and out of here on a Saturday morning within an hour as a first time patient. The facility looks very clean and updated with parking in the rear, lots of in-house specialities you can make appointments with directly to make it convenient to not need to make appointments at 10 other locations. Staff was great and the doctor was so nice and listened to all my concerns. Fingers crossed my follow up appointment goes as smoothly next month. read more

this is by far the worst place you can even attempt to get care! trying to get a 2nd dose covid vaccine for my mother and all ive gotten has been a run around. from the call center to everyone they trnasfer you too, no one knows how or when you can get a dose. all they say is go online, we go online it says to call for an appt, we call and they say go online. we showed up as walk ins as they only admin. vaccines fridays at 7:58am and are told they dont do vaccines fridays! what do you mean? we were told to show up friday after calling the day before from 8-3pm for a walk in slot, and now they dont do vaccines on friday? how are people supposed to get vaccinated when the people running this facility have no clue as to what is happening!? horrible service! its almost as if they dont want you to get help, but yet no patients = no money! step it up where is the management here? where is the customer service healthcare proffessionals should be providing? we are still in a pandemic and you cant even get ur vaccine here becuase they dont know the time of day! horrible! read more

Although the staff I've encountered have been nice their service is terrible. I was assigned to this facility while I was being treated by Facey Medical Group in Northridge *who I fully recommend. They get their job done and are so on top of things making it obvious that they care about their patients* The first time I scheduled my appt at this place I showed up on time for my appointment only to be told that the doctor I was supposed to see was out. I wasn't too bothered by this because the doctor I did see Dr. Cussi was nice. They had me scheduled as a followup although I had never been there before. Mind you I'm trying to get help with a hand laceration that was sutured and needing to desperately see a hand orthopedic since my left hand thumb won't lift plus numbness around my fingers due to injury. Dr. Cussi took notes regarding my previous treatment with Facey and put in for a referral for orthopedic and extended my time off of work until Aug 1st. A week later the disability office requests a form to be filled out by doc stating the extension of my time off wrk to continue receiving my benefits and it's been a complete nightmare. I drop off the form, express to girl at front desk that I need the form submitted by a certain date. Dr. Cussi wasn't in the office and was told she would be in a few days later on a Saturday. I call on Saturday to follow up and find out they are closed. I call on Monday and was told she would be out until Friday. At this point I'm upset. They don't provide accurate information and when I asked if another doctor could see me knowing my deadline they couldn't help or try to fix the false information I had been receiving. I'm floored at how an office can run this way when patients seek care and to get the help that is deserved. Now I'm waiting until Friday for the doctor to hopefully sign my form. I had to call the disability office and explain the run around I've been getting. Thankfully they were understanding and reassured me that I would be ok. I'm still bothered. I am all about customer service and work with people as well and could never do this to an individual especially when it concerns ones well being. Second visit was told doctor wouldn't sign form. I went for nothing! They didn't even have my information recorded in their system from first visit. Not happy with this facility at all. read more

I got horrible neglectful treatment.....went monthly for 2 yrs...they refused to forward me to orthopedic surgeon and let me con't to walk around on dislocated hip for 2 yrs and had to find my own ortho....ended up having sculeosis and am permanently disabled due to all joints being out of alignment and horrible arthritis because of their neglectful care...3 docs, 2 yrs and 7lbs of ex-rays...cost me 2 yrs of disability benefits that then were calculated after I was unable to work so benefits much less than would have been if all treatment were done immediately...actually prop would be back to work and in good shape, still....HORRIBLE. read more

Terrible! Don't go here!! They don't care about you they just want to get paid. They won't do treatments at one time but make you keep coming back and waiting for at least an hour each time.
