Long wait time. You may spend long time in the room and praise the Lord for healing and pay your bills after missing a day of work.
Mehrdad K.

Needs to work on and catch up with normal offices. Most of patients are Persian or Spanish and this place is representing very low level compare to other offices. Ata Kashani is knowledgeable physician for those with lower expectations. Not modern and pretty behind. Long wait time. Not child friendly. These is a place to be if you have a day or two to waist. Not recommended. Ata Kashani is a good doctor but if you are looking for the whole package perhaps you need to disregard being around this office. He probably is a humble man and continue his practice at low level until something comes up and oh no what happened! Most of patients +60 with sufficient insurances and day to spend in doctor's office. Good practitioner but lots of work to do in his office. If you are a talented individual and believe in yourself to make changes, shoot him an email and start by volunteering job and serve poor patients immediately. Thank you!

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. I've been a patient with Dignity Health for over…read morea year & a half now, and all the people here are awesome. Everyone, from the receptionists, nurses, all the way to the doctors, are great. Dr. Chase Cho & Dr. Evelyn Hartvig are excellent and very caring medical professionals. They make sure to really take the time to listen to your concerns, and are not dismissive. I have no doubt I'm in good hands whenever I go see them. Wait times are hardly ever long. Today, I waited not even five minutes before I was called back. Once I was called back, I didn't need to wait long to be seen by my physician. I understand that nobody ever likes having to go to a doctors office, but I will continue to go here since the quality of medical care is excellent.

I do not write negative reviews lightly, especially about medical providers. I stayed with this…read morepractice for years, saw many different doctors, and wanted it to work. Leaving has been a difficult decision because changing healthcare providers requires enormous time, emotional energy, and research. I feel strongly that women deserve to be warned about this practice. This practice may work for male patients and younger women who prefer a highly rigid, standardized model of care and who do not mind a lack of continuity with providers. For me, continuity and trust are essential to good medical care, and I found them almost impossible to achieve here. I would wait months for appointments with a physician I was beginning to build a relationship with, only to have the provider changed days before the appointment. Just as I began to feel comfortable with someone, the relationship disappeared. The people at the front desk and many answering the phones were also cold and rude. I felt I was treated with more warmth and humanity at Trader Joe's than by this medical office. One of the worst experiences I had was when I called the patient advocate office for this practice hoping I could finally get help after repeatedly feeling unsupported in my care. The way I was spoken to during that call was so dismissive, cold, and rude that I still think about it. It shocked me that someone in a patient advocacy role could speak to a patient with so little empathy. I understand this is a teaching practice, and I did meet some younger doctors whom I appreciated and connected with. At the same time, I also had some awful experiences there. What troubled me most was the larger institutional culture these doctors were being trained within. The overall approach to women's health, particularly for women in their late 30s and beyond, felt outdated, rigid, and disconnected from current research surrounding hormonal health and menopause care. Women's health has historically been underfunded, understudied, minimized, and poorly researched compared to men's health. Because of that history, it becomes even more important for practices to stay current with the evidence-based research that does exist. Unfortunately, my experience here was the opposite. The practice felt out of touch with evolving menopause and hormonal healthcare guidelines and resistant to changing its approach. At a certain point, I realized I was essentially going to a hardware store trying to buy milk. I kept fighting, advocating, and researching, hoping this system would eventually provide the care I needed, when in reality it was fundamentally unequipped to offer it. What became especially painful and demoralizing was how little trust seemed to be placed in my lived experience and intuition about my body. I repeatedly felt that unless something appeared clearly on an MRI, X-ray, blood test, or scan, my experiences were not fully believed or taken seriously. Another deeply frustrating part of my experience was how little urgency there seemed to be when problems arose with medications or prescriptions, which happened repeatedly. Medications were prescribed incorrectly, refills were mishandled, and important details were missed. Often, my messages and requests for help were completely ignored even when the matter was urgent. Over time, it became difficult not to feel that my wellbeing simply did not matter. What became increasingly alarming to me was how little consideration was given to hormones as a contributor to symptoms in women entering midlife. Yet I repeatedly encountered the same narrow responses: antidepressants, birth control pills, or dismissiveness, while feeling that the actual root causes of my symptoms were not being seriously explored. Many of the health issues I struggled with for years improved significantly once I finally received estrogen therapy elsewhere. I spent many lost years suffering, researching on my own, and trying desperately to connect the dots while feeling increasingly dismissed and isolated inside this system. I genuinely believe it can be dangerous for women in their late 30s and beyond to rely on practices that are not meaningfully educated in modern menopause and hormonal healthcare. Women lose years of their lives this way. One of the most painful ironies for me is that this practice includes the word "Dignity" in its name. Personally, I did not feel dignity here. I finally decided to leave, advocate for myself, and find a provider who is equipped to offer current, evidence-based care grounded in modern research surrounding women's health. You must do better for women.

I wish i could give more than 5 stars for this office because of how much they deserve it…read more If your looking for a new doctor to go to GO TO THIS OFFICE! The staff here is SO attentive and helpful and always guide me with what i need. i came in last week for a physical so i can get a referral since i have providence care network hmo as my health care and immediately was greeted with so much help. the front desk workers were super quick with getting me checked in and one of the staff named sasha got me into the room super fast. she gave me constant reassurance and help when i expressed my needs while providing comfort. I ended up needed to get some labs done which the nurse practitioner referred me to the quest lab diagnostic office that's on the 6th floor of the building. when i went to my appointment there later in the week to get my blood drawn the people in the lab clinic said they didn't take my insurance because it was under "malina/medical" which is NOT the case at all. I have providence care network HMO which is why Dr.Tonekabonis office recommended me there. After the Quest lab kicked me out after i waited all week for my appointment i went to Dr.Tonekabonis officer to express my concern with my insurance and being recommended there. I was in luck when the Office manager Kathy was in and ready to take action! She left the office and went up to the Quest office with me to talk to the supervisor regarding me being denied there because of my insurance plan even though they take it. They ended up giving her a hard time but she didn't stop and helped me find somewhere that could take me that day since i was already fasting for my blood test. She hooked it up and got me into an office for my blood test when i was not scheduled in that office for it. She took action and helped me immediately. Kathy obviously cares about the experience of the clients and works hard for them. Sasha got to take my blood test and i'm one to be squeamish over blood being drawn but she helped comfort me and keep me calm. she was so smooth with taking my blood i didn't even feel her take the needle out or in. This office obviously cares about the needs of their clients and has phenomenal customer service. Sasha and Kathy were amazing along with The nurse Practitioner who did my physical earlier in the week. I will definitely continue to come here and recommend this office to people i know. Thank you to the office for helping me so much so the process was as smooth as it could be!
