My fiance and I booked a trip to South Korea and Japan last year with Charming Travel Destinations…read more We had the privilege of working with David, who kept in contact with us from the initial booking until we went on our trip. David was amazing! He is very prompt, professional, and helpful, which helped to put our minds at ease taking this tour (which was a first for both us). Our entire trip occurred just as planned. We participated in all of the events/activities planned at the locations on the itinerary listed on their website. If there are any changes, they will email you an updated itinerary or the tour guides will update the tour group the day before or day of. The hotels included in their tour packages were just as described. They were clean, well kept, and cozy. The hotel staff were amazing as well. As stated on their website, some meals are included. A buffet breakfast is usually included with each hotel stay. Lunch and dinner may or may not be included, just double check your itinerary. Our tour guides for both Japan and South Korea were amazing! Han is hilarious, personable, and very knowledgable of both Korean history/culture and American culture/history. Oba-san is very respectful and also very knowledgable of Japanese culture/history. Both were very unique, interesting tour guides that kept our tour group together and entertained. I wouldn't mind booking another trip with Charming Travel Destinations!

I called him many times and he always answer in a good manner. He always was telling us in detail about this tour. As we arrived to Osaka, our guide Brian was waiting for us. We were very lucky to have him as our guide. He was very professional, nice and responsible. we had a very good time, we were a group of 5 and my husband and my kids enjoy all the tour. The hotels in Osaka and Kyoto were plus, the one in Tokyo was very well located but the room very small, that was the only complain that we have. The tour was very well planed and very organize as we were a big group. Brian always was on top of everything and everyone. All the places that we went were the main places to know. Thank youDavie and Brian, We hope that you will get a kudos for you job as it was very well done, above we were expecting.

When we confirmed our family of 4, plus my MIL, will be headed to Italy for 3 weeks, I found…read moreNatalie with Dreamavoo on line to help me with booking our flights and finding hotels. The plan was to first fly to Sicily to see family, then Rome and Florence, and back to Sicily for the remainder of our vacation. Natalie was amazing. She gave us a few options for hotel stays in Rome and Florence. The hotel we selected in Rome was the Hotel Della Concillazione, close to the Vatican, shops and restaurants. The hotel itself was nice, clean and included a complimentary breakfast. We took a train to Florence, which Natalie booked, and we stayed in a quaint, remodeled apartment called Villa Tolomei Hotel. It was outside the city, quiet and a beautiful county-like setting. It was a nice change from being in a busy city in Rome. The apartment was perfect for our family. From Florence, we flew back to Sicily and spent the rest of our stay with family. For our travel back home, we had to fly to Zurich and stay overnight. Natalie booked the Ibis Hotel, close to the airport. It was perfect and inexpensive for a 12 hour stay. I couldn't have done it without Natalie. She was always available via text and responded immediately, even in Italy with the time difference of 9 hours. I will be connecting with her on my future trips, domestic or abroad...she's awesome!!

We won't use Natalie's services again and don't recommend her. She was not timely in getting back…read morewith us on multiple occasions which created increased costs and high stress. We asked her to help us book a trip to Europe and really needed her help with booking the airline tickets thinking she could help us find the lowest costs while also using our points to upgrade. (For those that use points for overseas upgrades, you know how valuable they are and it's a needle in a haystack to find that one flight that takes much lower points for a confirmed upgrade!) Usually, I'm the one that does all this but my husband insisted it would be a lot less time and stress to use a travel agent. Ultimately, I still did the legwork to find the flights we booked. When we asked Natalie to book our flights, she waited to get back with us and the class of service we could have upgraded to with points was gone. So I found new flights and again, after my husband gave her the card number we wanted her to use, she didn't respond, and again the prices went up and the class of service we requested was no longer available on the outbound. But because we had already told her to book, AND SHE WOULDN'T PICK UP The PHONE AND CALL US BACK, or email us, we had no idea if she was planning on booking, had a booking on hold, or wasn't doing anything. We didn't want to double book, so we kept calling and texting but trying not to be "pests". Again, we lost the flights we wanted because the price went up and the upgrades were gone. When she finally booked the tickets, we didn't get the class of service on the way out. Thank goodness I went through our booked tickets with a fine tooth comb before we left for our trip or it would have never happened! I realized she had booked my husband as a female. When I called the airline to ask them to change it, they said they couldn't honor our request because her name was the person "in charge" of the tickets and so we had to go through her again. It was an absolute nightmare and I'm sure caused more headache for her as well. So, we had to again wait for her to respond and ask multiple times for her to fix this for us. It was really frustrating! What was supposed to be a nice gesture by my husband to save me time and help us find the lowest price tickets, was really stressful and cost us over a $1,000 more between her price and the ticket prices increasing multiple times when we couldn't get a hold of her. If we EVER use a travel agent in the future (or you do), make sure you're also named as someone who can change your own darn tickets or call the airline and ask questions. That was absolutely insane to find that she was the only one that could make any changes. (That was a suggestion made by the airline btw). Ugh... And yes, it was a fantastic trip once there!
