Jeana took me to all of my appointments and communicated directly with my doctors when I couldn't fully understand what was being said. During my surgeries, she was by my side. When I was hospitalized, both Jeana and Lisa were just a phone call away, always ready to listen and offer comfort. Jeana would check in regularly to make sure I was doing okay. When I was unstable or after surgeries, the team would stay overnight at my home--not just to be present, but to help clean and organize my space. In many ways, they didn't just tidy my home--they helped me put my life back together. Every single one of them--Rosa, Dawn, Nancy, Lisa, and Jeana--played a part in saving my life when everything was falling apart. They are some of the kindest souls on this earth. When the time came for me to move into an elder care facility, their absence left a real void in my life--a noticeable change. I miss them every day. I often think back and realize that without their care and dedication during those two years, I likely would have had to move into a facility much earlier... or might not have survived at all, given my neurological challenges and instability at home. She came to my house (yes, pre-COVID, but those days will be back!!) and spent 2 hours with me making outfits from the clothes I had, using my belts, jewelry and shoes. She took photos of my outfits and then sent me a lookbook that was easy to use on my phone. So I could get up in the morning and pick an amazing outfit, without even thinking! But also, through this process she identified a few pieces that I was missing. And she shopped for them for me! And brought me choices. The other thing is, she really is part therapist - she makes you feel AMAZING. If something doesn't look good, she has you change it up or take it off or get rid of it. I did throw out my very favorite pair of black pants that I might have had since 2010. They were just too out of fashion to survive another day. So the outfits that I wound up having in my lookbook made me look so good - and they fit with the situations that I needed to dress for. She made it all work for me. She is also an incredible personal shopper - can find you the exact right top in your price range and the best shoes that you would never have found yourself.
