The basics were never checked first and all the unit needed was $200. in coil packs. Ended up using a trained professional to diagnose and fix in a single visit. So new gas meter was waste of time and expense, but they got paid. They even pulled a wire to make it seem like machine was fixed...total scam. Don't trust this company or its supposed expert owner, who always acts like the 'smartest guy in the room'. In the end, zero consideration on the invoice, basically robbed us.
