Mike, the lead carpenter, took the time to explain every phase of the project in detail, which my wife and I truly appreciated. After multiple discoveries racking up in cost, we finally decided to email them. They were prompt with a response and a refund. We only asked for a refund for the work we found problems with, which was roughly 1/3 of the cost we paid for all of the work that they did.
