Catfish was EXCELLENT!!!! Pork chops were good, but not the best in the city (like a couple reviewers have claimed) Wings were very good! They were cooked crispy and seasoned well. The lady that took my order was very nice and helpful. Now the woman that was bagging up the orders and handing them out, had a slight attitude.......they lost my order ticket, and when I went to inquire if my food was ready (I sat in the car, while waiting for my food, cause all the seats were very dusty. I'll explain why, next) the woman I talked to seemed to be mad at me, because they lost the ticket. But they fixed it, and my food came out hot and fresh. The food truck sits in a dirt parking lot, where semi trucks park, so it's dusty and that dust has gotten on most of the seats. So the seats just need to be wiped down. Horrible customer service. Walked up to the window and spoke to the man with the headphones twice and finally he just nodded his head. When food was ready the lady just hand your food... no thank you, bye or nothing. Do they know without customer they would have to close down. Got there and nobody even said anything, no smile, no hello, no how can I help you or anything. Tried the barbecue wings which were really good and the chicken was extremely moist and juicy that had you literally sucking the bone. The fries were just okay for me, but I was really there for the wings anyway. The employees insisted that I come back for the pork chops and burgers and stated that I wouldn't be disappointed.
