Tonight I finally did and all I can say is OMG! I did the chopped cheese, with just vegan cheese, because I'm not vegan just lactose intolerant. This chopped cheese was delicious! So savory, juice, and cooked to perfection! The bread was amazing, soft on the outside, but toasted on the inside. The sandwich was topped with so many flavors, but the chimichurri sauce being the one that stood out the most. The chopped cheese was $16 ($1 was an up charge for vegan cheese), but it is SO WORTH IT. There's limited seats and by that I mean 2 picnic tables, but this place is new to the area with limited days/hours! Overall, I have to come back to try their vegan empanadas, yuca fries, amongst other sandwiches/burgers. Hidden in a small parking lot across Tako Cheena, you have to try Papi's if you're in the area, a hidden gem forsure! The employee that took our order was very friendly and double checked to make sure we didn't want to fully "vegan-ize" our chopped cheese. Will definitely be back!

One more thing, upon closer inspection we found none of the pepper jack that was listed as "stuffed inside" on the menu. It is worth noting, I spoke with the owner who is very concerned with the health/safety and permits etc. which I respect & this is only their 5th outing so they are VERY new.
