    Jambalaya

Voodoo kitchen food truck offer the Cajun Cuisine. I have a chance to try them when the generation food court event host an Orlando food truck in Tampa. This food are modernize with the menu in LED screen. The even indicate if you cannot see the menu, you probably have the sunglasses on. They serve Creole style cuisine such as crawfish étouffée, fried shrimp popboy, gumbo, and jambalaya. I have one of the jambalaya and is $9. The jambalaya is with pull pork and chicken with sausage. The rice is well cook. I have better jambalaya with a bit spicy. This jambalaya is a bit Tone down. May be they can put some voodoo sauce to make me hook. Overall from the order to deliver is quick. I got my food in 5 minutes. If I try again, I would go for the shrimp popboy or crawfish étouffée.

Delicious food! They came to my job on a day we have food trucks and definitely a great and filling lunch. I got the southern fried chicken sandwich.

My sister and I went to a Food Truck Bazaar in October and this place was one of the featured venues. We had their Jambalaya and it was amazing! Very flavorful with the perfect amount of spicy. We couldn't stop raving about to our family! Can't wait to have another bowl and try some more of their dishes. :)

Shrimp Po Boy, can't wait to try the roast beef!!!

WOW! I first tried voodoo around the time they opened a few years ago and I was impressed... And I only got the grits! Since then, they've continued to raise the bar for me. Their red beans and rice, jambalaya, the boudin balls, crawcake bruneaux, and shrimp po boy have all made their way into my belly and each dish leaves me longing for just one more bite... It's all that good! Portion sizes are perfect (couldn't finish the po boy) and the price to value ratio is even better than most food trucks I've seen. Fresh, authentic ingredients lovingly made and served all over central Florida (and sometimes more).

    Nicely portioned.

I did have a hurricane and oh my Lord it was just like New Orleans. The service was impeccable. I can't remember the name of our waitress, but Lord was she good. We had a sweet 90 year-old woman with us and that poor thing was having trouble cause everything was spicy and it wasn't the restaurant fault Cajun food is spicy and they were so good to her. Oh man were they good!!!! Ambience everything to me and the decorations come straight from Nola and heavens I loved every second of being in that restaurant. I will go back again and again and again. We did not like it at all, we told our server (Sophia) and explained we didn't like the flavor, the Crawfish was overcooked and rubbery, and the disu was cold. Sophia offered to bring us somewhere else, we declined stating we would have plenty once our entrees arrived. What I was not aware of until we got the bill, was that she did not make it right. She should have taken it off the bill considering only 1 bite was eaten. Main courses, Shrimp Etouffee for my husband and Shrimp and Grits with Debris Gravy for me. The Etouffee was very soupy. It had to be eaten with a spoon. I tasted it and all I could taste was tomato sauce and stewed Tomatoes. He said it was ok, but was obvious no one ever tasted ot while cooking. Any chef will tell you constantly taste as you cook. My Shrimp & Grits was wonderful as usual.
