My most recent experience including wait at the door for over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged to get a simple take out order of a Bubble tea. I did order a stir fry on one of my visits and it honestly wasn't that good either. Poor portion size and it was overcooked and wasn't worth what I paid for it. Recently, i was there with a large group and i haven't been asked for so much as a glass of water. I told the organizer of the group about my experience and was told the owner apologized profusely but couldn't be bothered to apologize to my face despite me being there. If you are a member of the disabled community here in Guelph, i do not recommend this establishment. I am a known disabled advocate here in the city and from experiences from this restaurant, I cannot recommend it as I felt like I wasn't valued as a guest or even recognized as a person.

It's worth noting parking is not the best, there's not a designated lot. You'll most likely have to parallel park on the street or find a open lot and walk. But it's worth it, in my opinion!
