My wife ordered tangerine beef, and then we ordered red bean paste steamed buns to go for breakfast tomorrow. The star of the night was the tangerine beef, lightly breaded and perfectly fried, in a savory and slightly sour sauce. A few broccoli florets, a handful of tangerine segments, and a wonderful thick sauce completed the dish perfectly.
