Updating my review because I've never been spoken to by another human the way I was yelled at by their delivery person and no one, let alone a paying customer who left a considerable tip should be attacked the way I was today. I ordered delivery, paid in full, left clear instructions for my delivery as they were offering contactless delivery. I, like the majority of people nowadays was working from home and couldn't pick up my phone, apparently I missed the delivery person...he then called me YELLING at me relentlessly, and continued unloading on me about people calling the restaurant complaining about the food being cold (which I've never done in my life). He then tells me to come outside and proceeds to continue yelling at me on my front lawn! I'm seriously floored. When I pointed out the delivery instructions on the receipt he was asking me to sign he stopped yelling a bit and went back to his car. To add insult to injury they forgot part of my order. I'll never be ordering from this place again, they need to learn customer service skills and basic human kindness skills. I'm appalled. read more

WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN Worst customer service ever, always order from here driver from the store demands tip and a hefty one at that cause he chooses to deliver in the rain so I ordered pick up received my order as it was already packaged and when I got home it was a white weird sauce with my chicken and broccoli I asked them to deliver as I already settled in with my children manager refused and stated that they will make my order over for pick up and he won't help us anymore. Our delivery order was just a few items but the servings were a nice size and the flavors and textures were spot-on. The pepper steak was perfectly cooked, sauce nice and savory, the onions' flavor proved they'd been cooked but crunched like they were raw. Pork Lo Mein with tender shreds of meat and such deep flavor. Egg rolls also very capably prepared. The food is fine, but.... the last time I ordered it took 2 hours for me to get my food. No exaggeration! I called 3 times, tried to cancel my order, but finally it arrived. The owner delivered my meal and I paid for it. He said the next time I ordered it would be free. Signed the back of the receipt and everything. Today I attempted to redeem the reciept. He said he needed to look into it and call e back. That was an hour ago. No food is good enough to be treated so poorly. The customer service is horrendous. Hands down the best Chinese Restaurant in Auburn. I have never once received an order that wasn't as good or better than I expected and they are always very friendly when I pick up orders. You can order from their full menu online and pay with a credit card, which is very convenient. Chow Mai Fun is one of my favorite dishes, and they may be the only restaurant in town that serves it. DO NOT GO HERE There is something seriously wrong here. Went for lunch, after we ordered and paid the kid behind the counter whispered creepily "I feel sorry for you" (seriously) and then refused to explain what he meant after we asked a couple times. So we should have walked out then but waited for our food anyway. Ordered pork and got served a plate where the meat was either nearly pure fat or something that was not pork. The other dish was a shrimp thing that seemed ok but who knows only had a few bites. I feel sick even writing about this. Used to really liked this place. Recently moved back to town and had been a couple other times and it was ok. Not anymore. Never again. Something's up and it does not even feel safe to eat there not sure what the hell is going on. read more

I have to agree with the post that it was unfairly reviewed. My husband and I love this place. They are always so friendly, the food has always been fresh for us, and it's fast. My husband gets the General Tso's chicken with fried rice, I will either get chicken and broccoli or sweet and sour chicken. I always order vegetable LO Mein with some egg drop soup...we have never been disappointed with our orders. The $1 charge for delivery is fine especially when we're too busy or a little lazy and they deliver fast. read more

Absolutely horrible, the food, the customer service, the delivery!!! We waited an hour for our food. When it didn't come, I called and they said we'll check into it and hung up. After a half hour it still did not come so I called again only this time they had blocked my number and didn't answer. I waited a few more minutes and called from my husband's phone. They answered and said they called the driver and he was 5 minutes away. I waited another 20 minutes and tried to call again, but they had blocked me again. Eventually, the delivery person called, but he was at the wrong house and argued with me about the address. Then when I said how long it had taken for them to deliver, he argued with me again. The food was horrible. It all pretty much tasted the same, tasteless. It was awful!! Blocking a customer's number is ridiculous, unprofessional and not good customer service. I have ordered from here many times and usually there is at least one problem. Wether it's arriving late, wrong order, or the food does not taste good. While there are a few good things here I've ordered many things that I have disliked. The sesame chicken is covered in breading, and so is everything in the PuPu platter for two (probably to save them money since the breading is cheaper than the food and takes up room). It's very rare that they are on time with delivery. My food once arrived a little over 40 minutes late! The only reason I still ordered from here every now and then is that they deliver and have a neat online order system. I believe this is the only Chinese place around that delivers. If you have the time to pick your food up, I would recommend Spring Garden which uses the same online ordering system. I wish that spring garden delivered so I could give them my business! read more

Avoid the beef with broccoli dish. Or maybe anything with beef at this place. Better yet, avoid this place altogether. We got into town a bit later than planned, so did not have many options for dinner. We opted for Chinese, thinking it's hard to really screw up Chinese food. Turns out we were wrong. The beef tasted like it had been sitting in flour for days, and while there were seemingly a large amount of beef in the dish, each beef slice was really about one centimeter thick of beef in 5cm of flour covering.
