My daughter bought a care here last year and she has driven it maybe six months due to the car keeps breaking down. After she bought it she only drove it two months and had to take it to the closest dealer which was in Lubbock, TX. Supposedly they fixed it, but four months later it would not start anymore. We had a hard time getting in the shop due to busy schedules. We finally got it in to a Jeep dealer in Amarillo, TX at Texas Dodge but they can't figure out what is wrong with it. Her jeep has been in the shop since February of this year and they still don't know what's wrong with her 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Worst purchase ever!!! read more

My husband & I had a great experience with them. The car selections are good here. You can see their stock on their website actually. We did not check out the trucks or SUVs, though. The salesman we worked with was extremely knowledgable of the cars we test drove as well as the financial aspects. Their trade-in values are reasonable. They provide financing specials and additional warranty options. Certain areas of this dealership are weird, but that's probably because they took over this building after Hyundai (I think) had been there. The location of the dealership is fairly prime... especially because the Lovington Hwy gets up to higher speeds going north... good for test driving. They also have service specials. While we don't have experience with their service department, their parts department is aces. Very helpful employees. We had already ordered a CARFAX on the pre-owned car we bought, but I believe they will order it for you while you're in the dealership. It wouldn't hurt to ask. I have taken my vehicles here for every service and discovered over the weekend that they broke my air filter cover by over torquing the bolts when I asked for them to replace the damaged parts they denied breaking them and were not willing to work with me to make it right. read more

I bought a new 2018 RAM 3500 Tradesman in February, 2019. I work in the oilfields. I need a truck that can pull it's weight, and then some. My truck also serves as my office. I'm in and out of my truck most of the day. I count on my truck to keep me cool on hot days, and warm on very cold days. My truck also has to power several mobile devices, a laptop, a printer, a flashlight charger, so it idles a lot. Check Engine Light (MIL) comes on and my truck has no power, less than 3,600 miles on it. I couldn't get it into the dealer in Carlsbad, they weren't very friendly on the phone, and told me it would take two weeks to get to it. Also, there were no rent-a-cars available in Carlsbad. So I called Enterprise in Hobbs, and then called Tate Branch in Hobbs, NM. Charlie tells me it would be a couple of days before they could get to it, but that I could go ahead and bring it in in the morning. Cool. So I bring it in, and Charlie isn't there. Some lady helps me. Cool. I drop the truck off and get my rental, and start heading back to Orla, TX. The lady service advisor calls me when I'm half way back to Orla and says she can have it ready on Saturday morning, which would be the following day. I worked all night the night before, and I needed to get a couple hours' sleep before I go on duty again, so I told her to take her time because I would not be able to pick it up until that following Monday. She tells me that it needs a new EGR cooler. I asked how an EGR cooler could rob my engine of it's power. She said because the engine isn't getting what it needs. (?) Anyway, I reasoned it out myself that the EGR cooler was plugged and put the truck in limp-in mode. So she says that also the EGR valve needs to be cleaned and that it would be $400. Nope. Not for $400. She also told me that RAM would void my powertrain warranty if I continue to idle my truck (which I have been unable to corroborate). No problem. So I get my truck back Wednesday instead of Monday. Cool. I bring it back to work with me, and I'm running all my electronics from an extension cord to avoid idling. But today, there was a lot of activity on location, we were flaring 12 million cu. ft. of gas per day, and it was 100 degrees outside, and I could not get close enough to the power outlet for my extension cord to reach. So I had to idle the truck. 5 minutes later my truck cuts out. It turns out that they flash programmed my PCM to deal with RAM's inherent EGR problems, and they never once even mentioned that to me. I had this hit me right in the face after I spent two thousand dollars on parts which would have solved the problem all together. NOW, I can't idle my truck at all, no matter WHAT parts I put on it! I am so ticked off that they pulled this crap. I have a job to do which requires me to be in my truck ALL FRIGGIN DAY, and I can't even run my A/C. I wouldn't give SPIT for Tate Branch service. They can go straight to _________ _______ (fill in the blanks) for all I care. read more

We recently purchased a vehicle from here. It took a few times because we were looking for something specific and we would speak with someone and no one would ever follow up. But then we spoke to Jessica and as a woman, she understood our concerns and what we needed. She was a real go-getter and She worked hard to get our business and what we needed. Going in and actually doing the paperwork took less time than in previous experiences. However, we ordered something that had to be installed after purchase and that was a nightmare. It took us weeks and board trips to finally get it installed. The service department definitely does not have it together and don't seem to care. They seemed overwhelmed and no one seem to know what was going on. The only reason they get such a high review is because of Jessica. read more

If I could leave no stars I would, took car to get the ac checked and it was there for three weeks and was never looked at called multiple times and they said they would look at it asap but never did. I guess if it would have been a business or work truck they would have looked at it immediately but since i was an average customer they thought it was not that important. read more

I have an 06' SRT8 Chrysler 300C (a 42 thousand dollar purchase) and a v6 Challenger. Lately ive had an issue with the fans and A/C on my 300. I found out there was a technical service bulliten related to the issue so i naturally went to the service department at the local dealer (Tate Branch). I politely explaind my issue to the service manager and she was EXTREMELY rude to me. I understand these people are busy but you do not treat paying customers that way. Sadly i now have to drive to Odessa Tx to get my vehicle looked at by someone both capable AND friendly. If your brave enough to buy a car here i hope for your sake it never needs service! I am a mechanic and if i copped that kind of attitude with a customer i would be out of a job! read more

Love this place and these people. It is refreshing to find a great place to purchase and feel the sale does not end when you leave finance. They are awesome on all aspects of driving.
