I went to get my vehicle serviced here and each time they found "another" issue but never fixed the main problem. I took my car in 5 times but the manger informed me they only had 2 in their system when I reached out about these reoccurring issues. Each time they stated they "fixed" the problem but my engine light came back on every 2 weeks on the dot for the same exact thing I caught on that that were just clearing my engine code. They even went as far to replaced my battery because they said it was triggering my engine light to come back on. I will never get my car serviced here again. I would also like to add the manager tried to make it right by asking for another chance ( number 5 mind you) he informed me they would pay for all repairs then when they did another diagnosis. I got a call it was going to coast me another $1000 that he agreed to pay for but backed out of his word. I told him that was ridiculous because they keep clearing my engine code he became very upset and he told me to get it serviced somewhere els because he would never say he would pay for the parts or that his staff would clear any engine codes just that he would pay for only the diagnosis. $2,500 dollars later and 5 times my car was in there shops care, I finally took it somewhere els that fixed it for $200. read more

Worst experience EVER buying a new vehicle. I sat in the dealership for 3 and 1 /2 hours the day I purchased this truck. I left with the demo license instead of the necessary TEMP license. My On Star was not turned on, I didn't get the second set of keys, I didn't get my owners manual and 1 Week+ and I am still waiting on the completion of the paperwork. I went to the dealership, 56 miles away, last Tuesday, sat for 1 1/2 hours because, "They're pretty busy",, and was told, by the manager that, 'The salesman would be 'AT MY HOUSE', on Wednesday at 5:00 pm. This is Saturday and I am STILL WAITING. Permian is the WORST EXCUSE for a new car dealership in the Permian Basin. I don't know who or when I need to pay for the finance and still do not have a copy of the sales contract, the finance agreement or any other of the mountains of paperwork that I signed over a week ago. We bought two 2014 Enclaves, fully loaded, and I will be writing Buick about my experience as well. We were not handled the way customers should be handled, and it still continues; the Buicks both whistle while driving and the service department never even called Buick to see if there is a fix (I had to suggest it). Every step of the way I have to do everything - I call to see if plates are here, someone else had them and never called me - I have to keep calling about getting the cars fixed - we have to call about getting parts added to the car (and still no call back on this) - and more - Horrible dealership, and it is even starting to turn me off Buicks. Out of all the untrained employees, Shanna shined more than anyone else, but that is hard to focus on when all I can think about is how unhappy we are with the experience. read more

Personally I don't even think a star is deserved, but I cannot do a negative rating. Went in for a test drive and was shutdown unless I would give them all my information so they could make a sale. I have been into this dealership once where I signed for a credit application on April 8, 2016. I did not authorize a credit pull from this business on May 23, 2017 over a year later. I did not sign an application for credit on May 23, 2017 . I wasn't even on the premises at this later date. I spoke to no sales person either. So why do I have a hard inquiry on my credit on May 23, 2017?!?!?! Is this business archiving personal data that they can pull out and review at any given time? Is my personal data on file for any employee to view? Is yours? Is it legal? If this is business as usual at Permian dealerships I will never buy another car from any Permian dealership. I bought a certified pre owned Cadillac CTS in 2014. I later found out that I was supposed to receive 2 keys. In January of 2016 I informed Black Rivera, my salesperson of this. I finally got the extra key and was informed to take it to a Cadillac dealership and have it programmed. The dealership who programmed it told me to pay them and have Permian reimburse me.
