I wrote 2 checks before I finally got it to suit him. I don't know if his employer knows about his treatment of clients or not. This man and his attitude isn't an asset to your company. As you can imagine, I won't be calling or recommending your company to anyone. He would benefit from a partner until he gets his attitude adjusted to deal w/customers.

Brian diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a very fair price, but warned us that if he had to replace the lock and the door handle it would cost more. He came by 40 minutes later and repaired the lock quickly and with no problem (thankfully a replacement wasn't necessary). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.
