He also gave me another name to write the check before settling on Greenville (which I wrote as (GVL) Pro Locksmith Services. His demeanor changed 100% when I started to ask why all the changes. I wrote 2 checks before I finally got it to suit him. I don't know if his employer knows about his treatment of clients or not. This man and his attitude isn't an asset to your company. As you can imagine, I won't be calling or recommending your company to anyone. He would benefit from a partner until he gets his attitude adjusted to deal w/customers.

Called on a Saturday afternoon about a door look on our back door that wasn't working properly…read more Despite the door being unlocked, it just wouldn't open no matter how much we tried. Brian diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a very fair price, but warned us that if he had to replace the lock and the door handle it would cost more. He came by 40 minutes later and repaired the lock quickly and with no problem (thankfully a replacement wasn't necessary). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.
