I wrote 2 checks before I finally got it to suit him. I don't know if his employer knows about his treatment of clients or not. This man and his attitude isn't an asset to your company. As you can imagine, I won't be calling or recommending your company to anyone. He would benefit from a partner until he gets his attitude adjusted to deal w/customers.

Brian diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a very fair price, but warned us that if he had to replace the lock and the door handle it would cost more.
