I got a piercing yesterday(a double forward helix) it was an amazing experience, very clean, the piercing barely bled. Even after 24 hours of having the piercing there is little to no pain. Thank you for the amazing piercing I would recommend to anyone who wants a piercing to go here. read more

My husband has gotten 3 tattoos here, I've gotten 2, and our sister-in-law got both of hers here. We absolutely love this place - obviously, since we keep coming back! The atmosphere is fun, safe, and comfortable and the artists are the same. We've been in several times with various artists and they've all been amazing, but every time one of us is with Jason he has gone above and beyond. At our most recent visit he stayed over an hour past closing to make sure all three of us got in. When we're in Walla Walla and wanting tattoos, this is the only place we'll go. read more

07/27/2017 I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life at this tattoo shop. Yesterday, I walked into the shop very enthusiastically, looking forward to getting a piercing I really wanted. As soon as I sat down to get my piercing, however, the piercer asked me, "Where do you want it?" In return, I pointed to my ear, saying, "Right here. Don't you know where it goes?" (Because I had initially thought that since he performed that piercing multiple times before, he must have known where that specific piercing went on the body). Then he said, "You are being a smart ass and I do not service people that are smart asses." He refused to give me the piercing I wanted. He also mocked/laughed at me as I was leaving the shop because he saw that I was angry... Today, I am walking back into the shop to make sure I receive the quality customer service I deserve because if the workers at that shop really care about their customers, they will care about me too.. Nick is kind, professional, detail oriented, and most importantly, good at his job. Came in to get a botched piercing from a different place fixed and he took extra time to make sure I was happy with the placement, re-marking and making sure everything was perfect. Ok, it's been about 2 months since I got my tat and I am soooooo NOT HAPPY! I asked the artist repeatedly if he could do 3D and he reassured me, repeatedly, that he could. Dude, all I can say is WTH???? Let me show you. This is NOT 3D!! And the color has almost faded completely away! I have way older tats with more color than this and look better than this! When it comes to tats i never write a review until well after it has healed. And yes, I followed aftercare instructions to the letter (this was not my first "rodeo" by any means, all my other tats have held their color nicely, no I didn't get them at your shop)! Now I have to pay someone else to fix this major disappointment. This WAS a very important tat to me because of what it was supposed to represent, that's why I chose 3D, and now it's just meaningless. In fact when I look at it my heart breaks and I actually cry because I am not proud to wear this on my skin. I don't know what kind of ink you used but it's either inferior or you didn't achieve anywhere near enough saturation. And no I won't come back so you can fix it, you didn't do it right the first time so I SAS can't trust you to do it right the second time! I won't be back, not that you care. read more

Although these guys do have a clean establishment, they definitely lack the professional edge. I can't speak for the work of all of the artists there, but the last piece I had done was by Remy. He drew up the stencil placed it on the skin and went to work. I brought in a specific example and supplied tons of reference material, but he was certain that his design (which was twice the size of my intended design) would look crisper. Their motto is "Go big or GO HOME." The finished piece looked horrible!!! The lines were shaky, the color was blotchy, the shading was inconsistent (the needle marks weren't blended in on most of the design), and HE EVEN SCARRED ME. I was charged $300+ for the piece, and when I tried to discuss touch-up options with him later on, he had such a bad attitude, like he was offended because I was being too critical. I was charged for the touch-up, which consisted of going over 4 lines and listening to off-handed complaints the whole time regarding how frustrating it was to have to work on people who were obsessed with having a perfect tattoo. It made me extremely uncomfortable. Based on the claims listed on their website, I was under the impression that they guaranteed the quality of their work, and placed priority on customer satisfaction. I have consulted another local artist, and due to the scaring, the large needle size used for outlining, and the extensive use of black, I will have to pay $600+ for him to straighten out the lines, and work cover-up on the areas that might still take color. Don't go to Tatmandu. Save yourself the headache and permanent eye-sore. read more

This is the best place to get piercings done in Walls Walla. Every time I go in to get a new piercing, I am always greeted in a friendly manner. I am always attended to very quickly, which is great. My piercer is always so knowledgeable and lets me do my thing so I can relax. They are so gentle and profession. Their pieces are really reasonable as well, which is a big plus since I am a college student. Will definitely be going back when school starts to get my new piercing! read more
