Yikes! . I just had the worst pedicure ever. The guy removed my gel polish by gripping the polish with the cuticle scissors and pulling it off. He peeled up part of my nail on two of my toes. When he realized he had done this he stopped and used a nail file to remove the rest of the polish. He left a big divot in that nail. The massage was ok, but there was no offer of hot wax, hot towels, sugar scrub, or hot stones. I asked for a design on my big toes and was informed that "he didn't do designs." One of my big toe nails was left jagged. I will never go back. I wish I hadn't paid the guy. That was the sorriest excuse for a pedicure. This didn't even seem like a particularly friendly place. I wanted to try a new place, but should have just stuck with the place I know and trust. read more

My mom and I walked in on a busy day and we waited no longer than 20 minutes. My mom was sat almost immediately and I was sat 15 minutes after because I was getting acrylic full set. There was lots of staff which made the service very quick! The man who did my nails was very kind. Let me choose between many different colors for my base and helped me chose based on my skin tone. The staff were all very kind. Very clean area!! 10/10 Recommend. read more

Horrible business!! They messed up my appointments twice in a row! No apologies, no accountability, blamed their mistake on me. Terribly rude and unprofessional!! Not to mention they did a terrible job on my nails. Had to go to another place to get them fixed. My only recommendation is to stay away!! Location is clean, covid-conscious, and have a great color selection. I always notice flaws with any manicure. I tried Dip manicure for the first time which was cool! I went there today and an hour later my nails started to chip and the side of my thumb nail chipped and tore I went in to get it fixed and was told I need to make an appointment so that's what I did When I went back for my appointment time that was made I sat for a super long time and the owners kept looking at me ' like what are you waiting for ' So I continued to wait and finally got tired of waiting and left This is the second time this has happen to me when I have went there . Got a French tip manicure here and they did a really good job. A week later and they still look great, haven't chipped or fallen off. I was in a chair right at my appointment time and out of there in 40 minutes. A little pricey at $40 but worth it. I'll be back. read more

Giving 5 stars because there honestly doesn't seem to be a better place in the area. Second time here and very happy. Nice gel selection and good quality manicure. I had my last one for two and a half weeks and I could barely see the corner of one nail peeling. I posted a picture of my pretty pink and gold mani. Love it! read more

I heard about this place word of mouth, and if you love a great massage with your Mani pedi, this is the best I've ever had. People are friendly and prices are good. I will be going back for sure. There is nothing fancy about the place, but they know what they are doing. I give it 4 stars because of presentation of the place, but that is the only reason. read more

There was three of us and they over booked. So they rushed. So they were late starting us and then late starting the client after us. For 40 dollars i expected more than 5 min. After calling the day before to make an appointment I arrived at salon and had to wait about 20 min. This was not a problem. When i was called back i was never asked what I wanted done. The Lady that went before me by 15 min was also getting a pedi. I had a male and he was finished with me in about 20 min. He did no cuticle work, very little nail preparation work and didn't take off polish that he painted on my skin. He also had to answer the phone while he was working on me. When i paid my $25 i was surprised when the lady that went before me also paid $25. There was no comparison between the two pedicures. She definitely got her money's worth and I did not. I would never go here again. And yes I did tell them how disappointed I was. read more

People are extremely nice, and I have never had a problem with my nails getting them done here. I am a really picky person about my nails, and they listen to you and make my nails look amazing. This is by far Best place to get gel nails in Walla Walla. I have tried a bunch a different places and this is the most detail oriented and they really take their time. I went in to get a full set of nails put on, painted tips. The tech that took care of my nails did an awful job. They were uneven and one was slanted. The shaping and buffing and procedure (where they use the tool at the top of the acrylic to smooth it into your nail) was rough, cut my skin on three different fingers and dug into my nail enough to make a red indent (which takes a good month to grow long enough to not see anymore, so it makes the next 2-3 future fills look awful).
