I brought my daughter in today because her second hole on her ear had closed up about a year ago and I didn't want to do the mall places anymore. We had a wonderful lady explain the scar tissue from her last piercing and how she should have to avoid that exact placement and do it slightly next to it. I came in with 6 piercings, left with 3 new ones and a ton of useful information that I didn't know from previous piercings. I thought my ear lobes were too small for anymore earrings and she didn't make any promises that she could do it, but examined my ears carefully before confirming that I could fit one more. Piercings are walk in only. Once you sign in, you can't leave. Leave any kids 10 and under at home, they can't go past the waiting area with you. I went in and she was super knowledgeable... to the clients before me she told them her professional opinion on the piercing they wanted and the healing process. I went in for a belly button re- piercing. She told me she would have to examine my scar tissue before to see if it was possible to re-do. I prayed she could make a miracle happen as I hated my scar from the previous piercing. My turn comes... she's super sweet... made me feel comfortable, gloved up and examined me. She said the same piercing was not possible but that she could do a " floating Naval piercing" showed me pics and I said let's do it!!! I had complications with a nose piercing which despite 7-8 months of constant aftercare would not heal and the doctors told me it was from the stainless steel. I got my belly button pierced march 15 of 2024 on my 15 brithday and they gave me a floating navel piercing the bottom of the jewelry went inside of my stomach because she did not give me the right size also I went back in to get it changed because she messed it up nd it was hurting really bad nd they told me they couldn't help me with anything nd i would have to pay for it. it makes no sense why i would have to pay for it when she messed it up nd ruined my belly button piercing also its not straight nd she just did it completely wrong nd couldn't provide the things i need to make sure it heals nd don't swell over the jewelry like it did.... Since there was only one person ahead, the staff prepared my area and I was in and out in a matter of 10-15 minutes. I've been here before with my sisters to get pierced and they've given us a pleasant experience with a friendly staff. We came back again today and immediately walking in some guy gave us a dirty look. Fine whatever. But then the lady at the front came to help us and had a very rude stuck up attitude. My sister is under age and we understand she needs to be accompanied by a legal guardian to get pierced. I'm her legal guardian, almost hitting 30, and apparently that's not old enough to be considered her legal guardian? That lady with the crooked bangs needs to at least have better mannerisms when dealing with clients. She quickly shooshed us out with one look but treated other people that were white better. Not recommending anyone else here again. UPDATE: I received a message from Becca apologizing for the incident as well as an apology from her "apprentice" and then turned around and went on her Instagram to say the opposite. "Please don't be rude to my apprentice because it's against the law for you to sign for a minor without proof of guardianship" was clearly directed towards me. As I explained to her through messages, if her "apprentice" with awful mannerisms could have stated that, I would have obliged, but she didn't specify any of that. Her look and attitude was enough to scare us out of the establishment. We were not rude to her at all we kindly walked away after SHE was the rude one. We went to Lockdown Ink HD in Hesperia where they were much kinder and helpful! Eduardo happily took us in! I recommend them more than this place. read more
