A little over an hour later, walked out with two new body mods that I am extremely proud of for a price that was both affordable ($190 combined) and well worth the service I got. Tattoo artist Miss Morgan did a fantastic job with a first-time client. She worked quickly and put my mind at ease. Pain on a scale of 1 to 10 was about a 4, with a few twinges of 5 as she approached the bonier parts of my sternum, and many stretches where it was a 3 or even nonexistent. From start-to-finish, it took less than forty minutes, and possibly half that time. When she said "You're done." I was pleasantly surprised. Now I have two Chinese characters that are personally meaningful to me on my chest forever. Most important, I am certain I made the right decision. Based on the much more intricate designs on their walls and their heavily-inked clientele (which means a lot of repeat business), I don't think you can go wrong with any artist here, but if this is you first tattoo and you are nervous, consider asking for Miss Morgan by name. I could not be happier with her work, and she had a fantastic bedside manner. Piercing was done by Caleb, who does all of their piercings, I believe. I'm not shy about my body, but if you are and you want to get pierced in an area that isn't visible to the public, you should know that Caleb is courteous, professional, and very good at what he does. He helped me decide between a Prince Albert and a frenum based on what I was looking for and his expertise without steering me either way forcefully. I previously had a Prince Albert, but opted for the frenum this time, and I am extremely pleased with the result. It's still healing, and will be for some time, but the initial excitement and pride of getting this done still hasn't worn off. The pain was about a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10, but Caleb worked so quickly and efficiently that I barely noticed it after a very intense less than one second period. If you are male and reading this while thinking of getting a piercing down there, my advice is to do it (you can remove them and they will heal without much notice or any damage). Professional service matters, and Caleb provided it like it was second nature, probably because he's done this many many times before. Both appointments were walk-ins on a Friday afternoon. Note that there can be a bit of a wait, since I do not believe they take appointments on the weekend, but only for the tattoo. There was almost no wait for the piercing (just 20 minutes or so for them to prep the area after seeing another client). I had been thinking about getting both procedures done for a long time, and I'm extremely pleased that I did not have to wait an excessive amount of time to get them done. Overall, this is a very professional and affordable shop, and I would recommend it heavily to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo or piercing, especially if this is your first one. If I could give this place a sixth star, I would.

I told him I was on my way and I got there, there were some individuals being helped by him but he acknowledged me and helped. I spoke with him and he listened and helped me and looked over with jewelry with me. I felt bad because I assumed I was holding up others that came in behind me but a young lady stepped up and helped so he could be more attentive. He told me someone would be coming up and there was a nice lady Bayle that helped me. She was amazing and very detailed and she tried to see if my piercing was still open but it closed up. She told me about aftercare but it was completely different than the place I went to before which I appreciated. She told me what would go with my face and nose shape and also helped with letting me know if some would turn which would cause irritation. She gave a lot of little words of advice even if I don't come back since I don't work in St. Louis. I am happy I didn't stay at the former place. I will definitely come back to her and Simeon at the front was amazing. I will recommend piercings here most definitely.

I did my research and Rhonda is a member of the APP(Association of Professional Piercers). This is important. Since I was sitting next piercing room, I could hear that the girl in inside went to a unreputable piercer. Rhonda was helping her correct the sizing and with the infection. Rhonda could have said, " I told you so". Instead she was kind and understanding to this girl. Being a member of the APP is very important. Even with all the people in the waiting room Rhonda was on time with my appointment. Now let me say, I'm a 51 year old man who wanted a PA. Rhonda could have been skeptical of me but she was kind and caring. I was scared(I've never had a piercing) and she made me feel comfortable and safe. Rhonda was quick and very professional. As for the pain, it was about 20 seconds. I've had a vasectomy, this was a cake walk compared to a vasectomy. I'm sure this was due to Rhonda's skill and experience. Now you may be asking why a 51 year old wanted to get a PA? My wife passed away several months ago. I've always wanted a PA. I've come to realize that life is too short, do what you want. Take a chance. I have too many regrets already, I don't want more. I explained this to Rhonda. She was so kind and understanding while still being a consummate professional. My experience with Rhonda at Needle Lotta Lovin was cathartic. I'm trying to move on from sorrow and sadness, Rhonda helped me with that. She is highly skilled, professional piercer. Her skills are only surpassed by her kindness and empathy. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Rhonda. Highly recommended.

I got my first tattoo about a month ago by Jonathan, who was super professional, chill, conversational, etc. --aka everything I thought I was looking for in a tattoo artist. Got donuts at the consultation which was great for my diet, and he managed to capture my rather vague description of what I wanted the piece to look like. The actual process itself was a lot shorter than expected, which was great. The place is very sterile, clean, reasonably priced. Would definitely return if I ever wanted to get another tattoo!

I read some unfavorable reviews from Google but ultimately decided to take the plunge. I usually avoid med spa type places like this (not my first rodeo, I get botox regularly so it's not like I'm clueless in this space) but they're the only places that offer photo facials in our area. They obviously try to upsell, which is typical. I had a few dark acne spots from a breakout and wanted to get rid of them. The first two sessions were fine. Nothing special. I didn't notice any difference after them but I had already paid for three. The third time I had scheduled for an evening before vacation. They text me a couple days before to move the time up - which meant I would have to sit in traffic to get there but I was flexible for them. Not a big deal. For vacation, I was going to a cool area so I wasn't worried about it but the day of the appt our airline changed our layover through Hawaii for 48 hours. I immediately called and told them I wasn't comfortable getting laser right before being out in the sun. They insisted it was fine and I would have no repercussions. I emphasized my worry and told them I would just forfeit my last session so they would still get payment. They told me that with last minute cancellations they would also charge my credit card on file $50. I reiterated to them that I would just relinquish the last session and they were insistent on the charge. They promised I would be fine. I wore a hat, used sunscreen, etc but being pale and close to the equator, even though I didn't get sunburned, I came back with melasma all across my forehead which I've had a tiny spot for years but it never got bigger. This is now spread all over the upper half of my face. I did a bunch of research which shows that after laser treatment, it can cause that. I'm so disappointed and sad. They just want their money and don't really care about their patients.
