I called the office and they offered to waive the delivery fee, as long as I went up to the gravel pit and picked out the material that was supposed to be delivered. They were also going to charge full price on the new materials and no credit towards the dirt pile besides the delivery fee. Maybe i was wrong by saying 3/4 inch crushed stone CLEAN. Big let down...

We live in a mobile home so its difficult finding someone that knows what they are doing. DJ was fantastic!! He came in with a great estimate, he is very professional and courteous and listened to all we wanted. He gave us recommendations and we agreed. In the meantime our toilet line sprung a leak! He got here asap and immediatly fixed it. He starts the job next week and also introduced us to a great electrician Aubrey who we also hired for some electrical work! They kept all work areas clean and even wore booties over their boots which I appreciated very much in the in-climate weather. Eddie and team were also able to take all the old stuff with them which was a huge help to us. When I had initially called them, I had a broken toilet and even though I didn't need them to come out in an emergency call situation, they did call me right back and I was grateful to them for getting back to me so quickly. Jenine the office manager was a huge help to me in selecting the new products that were installed and for coordinating a date that worked well. I…read morehad a leaky shower faucet that another plumbing company previously attempted to fix with second hand parts and failed so I called Badger. Since I was going to have some plumbing work done, I went for the shower/tub mixing value replacement and a new water heater too. I was in communication with Jenine and scheduled the work. They showed up with the water heater and new shower parts and did the job perfectly. Even turned the water heater so that the front was easier to access. Eddie and his crew were prompt, communicated well and finished the job promptly. Will definitely use them again. Can't say enough good things about them.
